Hi,
Please go through the chain of mails with Vodafone, but after 15 days also not getting the solution.
Due to this my work is getting affected & i have to incure the losses. I request you to please look into the matter & help in for the compensation of Rs.10,000 from Vodafone.

I am using vodafone's no. [protected] from last 6 months. In the month of Feb'10, i have taken one more new connection with no. [protected]. But due to some reasons i didn't want to continue the no.[protected]. I called at customer care (111) & asked them to deactivate the same on 10th March'10. They told me to visit vodafone gallery for the same. I visited the galley (Madhapur) on 11th March'10 & asked them to deactivate the no. [protected] but they told that "system is down & we can't see the status right now. You just send the mail at vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com<mailto:vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafon...⇄ But i didn't got any reply.
Now i got the bill & again you charged me the rent for that no. Then again I visited your vodafone gallery on 12th April'10 but got the same reply "system is down & we can't see the status right now. You just send the mail at vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com<mailto:vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafon...⇄ I had sent the mail on 13th April'10 & got the acknowledgement saying will be resolved in 48hrs. But after 48hrs. also i didn't got any reply then i called at 198 & they told me to send the mail at corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com<mailto:corporatecare.[protected]@vodaf...⇄ I am really fed up with your services now.
I have not made even a single call from that no.([protected]). Now I am requesting you to deactivate that no. ([protected]). Also reverse the amount (Aprox. Rs.137) charged for that no. ([protected]) from my present bill. If you can't do that then i am not at all interested to continue with vodafone. You please deactivate both the nos. ([protected] & [protected]). Pls revert me asap.

vodafone call centre dept. — cash payments
i have made cash payments Rs.710.00 on 05.09.2008 in the morning, which my bill due date.recipt no:c.c.no:734586.i all ready given complaint to 111 or vodafone customer care my complaint no :[protected] but till date they are not able to clear my problem.please cheak your call centre dept. who using this receipt memo.
