Dear Sir / Mam,

I have using Vodafone No [protected] around 4 months . Now which was temporary dissconected due to unpaid bill .
I want this no migarte in to Prepaid So i visited your Vodafone Store Sarita Vihar & meet Gopika (Store Executive) .
She told me that first you will paid unpaid amount (1554 rs , Fifteen hundred fifty four rupees) . after that your no will activate in Postpaid . After 1 month i will convert your number in Prepaid . I have paid unpaid amount & I filled customer agreement form .She give me a new sim card & told that your number [protected] will activate with in 5 hours . Also i have visit vodafone store 3 time, who will pay my conveynec.

Now problem is that 48 hours has been gone & i haven't recevied any Response from your side . My number [protected] is not activate till now . Can you tell me that what are your executive doing there when they can't do anything.
I want my no activate with in 2 hours , i[censored] do something . Otherwise i will take action against to Gopika.

Dear sir/madam
i purchased a vodafone number "[protected]" 20 days before from main vodafone store near BK chowk faridabad. they told me tht my number will activated with in 2 days. I showed them all the documents which they want.
now i dont want this number because of poor service of vodafone...
i want my money back which i gave them as installation charges...
vodafone service is very much poor. i will not refer anybody to go with vodafone...

    my vodafone no. is [protected] i m having this no. for around three months, before 3 days i made a recharge of 229 ie vodafone to vodafone free & today when i tried to call on a vodafone no. they gave me this message"you can not avail this service" i contacted there customer care regarding this they said that my doccuments had negative verification. but i had provided my driving license copy for adddress as well as id proof moreover i m ill today how can i again give them the doccuments & why should i suffer due to mis communication between the retailer and service provider . moreover i have not received any single intimation from there side about no. discontinuation . Please help m in this matter as i am not getting any satisfactory feedback from there side.

    Vodafone prepaid services — regarding porting facility

    i want to port my mobile service provider. For getting the portability i have sent sms PORT to 1900 many times. Provider's message is " service is not available temporary please try again later. I sent request 2 months ago also. That time without any prior notice they dint relieve me.

      In regard to the complain[protected] registered on 26/04/10.
      I have activated GPRS for iphone on 20 may by send ACT IPHONE to 141 deducting 100 from the balance as advised by Kunal( Vodafone, baner, Pune). As told by him GPRS 95 pack has to be activated for unlimited browsing. I had activated GPRS 95 pack on 24 April'10 and have received the activation message on the same day. When i check *141*9# for GPRS usage it shows its activated on 24 April. When i browsed on 25 April in the start balance was not deducted but later Rs. 200 has been reduced making my balance Rs. -178. I have spoken to many customer executives including floor manager (Rahul) but haven't got satisfactory reply for the same. I have been told that unlimited pack is not valid for IPHONE. But vodafone representative(Kunal) had told its valid for Iphones as well. Please provide me with satisfactory data.

      My India VODAFONE Number is +91 [protected]
      I am using Iphone get from USA from my relative since last six month, In july my mobile bill from vodafone have GPRS charge RS, 67.10, as they people alwayas say and it is true that GPRS can not work on Iphone, i have complain and they agree to rebate in next bill,
      I found no rebate in next bill but, again they charge Rs37.20 for GPRS, i have told to higher authorities, they given me promise but second time no rebate,

      today when i am busy with call get popup sms u activated caller tune and they charge me, even i have not dialed indicated number with *, again i connect to complain they agree to rebate and promise to cancel the charge, they are fail to resolve the prob after two month, always giving promise to solve

      three time complain but no result, every time they say in GUJARAT, NInchit rahejo, have avoo nahithai"

      We can conclude that, common charge we can see that is worng can complain and invisibly they wt can do unauthorized? it is question of trust on vodafone, i have more than 200 phone in group and vodafone have so many millions of subscriber in india, if they do so in only in one-day they can earn invisibly lots of money by loots, it is not the way of money,

      So question of trust and not attain the complain in propare way, even though i get tired to complain for every month i get more unauthorized charges so i get in tense with heavy depression,

      so today i went to contact my doctor they advice me make off your mobile service,


      CAN we get answer from authorize person from VODAFONE and can we get solution and came out from Heavy loot from people?

      Vodafone — wrongly charged for gprs that i haven't activated

      HI this is Amit kumar raman

      I have taken vodafone connection one month back as I heard that Vodafone is doing well in Delhi/NCR and that very time I deactivated Vodafone live(GPRS) through SMS. After that I got deactivation confirmation sms and still i have that sms in my mobile.GPRS remained deactivated for almost 1 month. But day before yesterday (24/5/2011), Suddenly. That service was activated ( without my request) and and my balance was deducted and turned it to Rs - 37.43. It is realy pathetic that My balance was deducted for the service that I don't want,that i don't need ,that i have not ever used.

      People at Vodafone customer care are also good for nothing. as I dialed 198, he told me that he forwarding my complain and within 24 hr, i would get call but nothing happened. After 24 hr, I again dialed 198 and got reply from another end that it is national vadafone customer care no. we don't deal cases of Delhi. I dialed [protected] and they stealthy disconnected the phone when I asked to lodge complain and give complain NO. It's really disgusting. I am fed up now. Rs 37 is not a big sum but there should be some ethic.I heard lots of positive things of Vodafone but all ended at negative experience even within 1 month. if any vodafone concerned person is reading this then do something.....................
      i shared my no and my issue on the link given by you.

      i am wrongly charged for the service(gprs) as I have deactivated at the beginning o[censored]sing of vodafone connection and things went well. But Suddenly, on 25th May GPRS is activated even without my request and my balance was deducted and turned it into minus - 37 rs. It is the fault of your side. Why should i pay for the service that i have not requested and used.

      I got your email.its really very sorrowful that vodafone is still stand on its old stand despite I said that I hadn't used Internet as I have already got it deactivated at very beginning.
      well, you people really want to help me then kindly do one thing.Kindly deactivate all the default value added service of vodafone those are active on my SIM([protected]) including GPRS and send me email as a writ confirmation for the same.

      I need only outgoing, Incoming and sms service from vodafone.Except them, deactivate all the services on my sim.

        Vodaphone — My No :09823962206

        My Incoming & Out Going call service are stopped last three day,

        I regret to say I have faced much inconvinience to take connection changing of same number from post paid to prepaid connection..

        I have taken a POST PAID connection bearing No [protected] in MATRIX (VODAPHONE). I want to convert the same to Prepaid connection. Matrix has guided me and told after 3 months continueous contacts "first the number tobe converted from Matrix to vodaphone postpaid, forthat, obtain noc and goto VODAPHONE STORES FOR THE SAME". I obtained NOC for that and With noc I went to VODAPHONE STORE at Sector 31, FARIDABAD, 10DAYS BACK and paid my due in Matrix also. In turn, insted of changing immediately they asked me to give my papers same as like New connection (photo, Identity Card, proof of residence and others, ) for changing from Matrix to VODAPHONE POST PAID. I have given all my documents and I was told to come after they call, bring with documents and photos again, Sofar I have neither recieved any call nor even chage from Matrix to Vodaphone postpaid, still continuing, my connection in MATRIX. upto now[protected].
        Two times I went VODAPHONE STORES IN SECTOR 31, faridabad. No proper response for doing the above.
        Kindly look into matter and do needful for me as early as possible with intemation. ( please give pre paid connection of same No. and same address)

          My Name is Mohantesh Kanike and studying PGDSD at IIIT-B, Bangalore. I am a prepaid VODAFONE mobile customer since 2005. My SIM having mobile no.[protected] was blocked since yesterday without any reason. You may please note that on their advices,I submitted all their reqirements two months back at VODAFONE Customer Care Center at Banneragatta Road, BANGALORE. But surprised to block my SIM abruptly. I could not get proper response when I contacted the said Service Center. I have to face interviews through the said mobile number.             Please go through the chain of mails with Vodafone, but after 15 days also not getting the solution.

            Due to this my work is getting affected & i have to incure the losses. I request you to please look into the matter & help in for the compensation of Rs.10,000 from Vodafone.

I had sent the mail on 13th April'10 & got the acknowledgement saying will be resolved in 48hrs. I am really fed up with your services now.
            I have not made even a single call from that no.([protected]). Now I am requesting you to deactivate that no. ([protected]). Also reverse the amount (Aprox. Rs.137) charged for that no. ([protected]) from my present bill. If you can't do that then i am not at all interested to continue with vodafone. You please deactivate both the nos. ([protected] & [protected]). Pls revert me asap.

            Vodafone — Not sending me bill

            I am usisng vodafone connection since last three years, earlier it was a corporate connection but since last six months, i have converted it to personal connection, so now the bill is paid by me only. I get reimbursement form my present company for my monthly mobile phone bill, but for that i need to furnish a copy of bill which i am not getting from vodafone.

            Every time i have to make many request either by sms or by email for geting a copy of bill, but no one is listening, every time I get some automated replies like thanks for writing to vodafone etc. I am very irritated with this behaviour, every time i have to go to vodafone outlet and ask for bill, i needd the hardcopy of bill every time. it is very frustrating to write so many mails for getting the bill, which otherwise should come automatically . Pls look into this and resolve. The executive name who wrote to me is Debashish Mohapatra.

            vodafone- postpaid — 2% reduction in bill

            I have 6 home cug connections taken in December 2008. While signing the forms the executive said that I'll be getting 2% reduction in my bill every month if I pay by credit card. Nothing like that has been provided in the bills so far. Will it be taken care.

I Have 2 vodafone postpaid connections.The 2numbers are having corporate plan connection's.monthly rental plan 149.my numbers are [protected], [protected].My plans are having (cug) connections also.But Vodafone company has not send the bills every month regularly to email-id.And my plan having free iteam wised call list.But the company not send to iteam wised call list every month.               I want to change my individual plan to corporate plan. I have provided all documents for verification with photo and all 3 weeks before but there was no response. I raised a complaint against the vodafone store where i had submitted the docs. The representative never provided me complete information and always misguided me or tried to avoid the questions. My personal verification was done last friday on 24th April and I was told that the corporate plan will be activated by evening. Today after 5 days I call vodafone "111" and asked about the same after spending 15 minutes on call wait it was told that I should send a mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com from my official E-mail ID. I just sent a mail to them and waiting for confirmation. I expect VODAFONE store representatives to be professional and should be aware of all plans.

              I switch from prepaid to postpaid corporate plan of Rs.299/- pm, which include 750 mb 3g data and thereafter 2g unlimited, than how extra pact of Rs. 199/- (for 3g) have been activated on my number without my request and bill generated, I request to waive the extra plan of Rs. 199/- from my bill.

                  With great regret I am writing this mail. I am being harassed like hell by constant deactivation of my outgoing and incoming calls. Despite having submitted my documents for 2-3 times I haven;t been able to get the problem solved.
                  I have been going to the Vodafone Store near Teen Hath Naka,opp.-Malhar Talkies,Gokhale road. The executives that have attended me are :
                  1)Amit Desai
                  2)Kunal Thakkar
                  3)Amit Chugh.
                  All of them have assured and promised me getting the problem resolved but nothing has happened. I am just spending the transport money time and again and its really getting irritating and traumatic.

                    I am Yogesh Thakker. I purchased a new vodafone prepaid connection ([protected]) a few days back. Last Wednesday that is on 14/04/2010, I made a call on an Airtel number [protected]. This Airtel number had a caller tune, which was immediately copied to my Vodafone number, without any such request from my side and an amount of Rs. 15 was deducted from my balance.

                    I had spoken to one of your customer care officer as well as his immediate senior, Reference number of that call is 77962193. I was told that my complaint will be forwarded to appropriate section and I will be notified accordingly. Turnaround time mentioned by the officer was of 48 hours. However till date I have not received any information or intimation of any action being taken on my complaint.

                    So therefore I have been compelled to take this matter in writing.

                    I have following questions

                    1. Why the caller tune of Airtel number has been copied to my Vodafone connection without any request from my side?

                    2. Is the above said service free on new prepaid account or are there any charges on caller tune download?

                    3. If there are charges, are such charges non-refundable in nature?

                    If such charges are refundable then i should be credited by an amount of Rs. 15 and If such charges are indeed non-refundable, then I should be allowed to change my caller tune again so as to set off the loss which I have suffered without any justifiable reason.

                    Please respond to my query as early as possible, failing which I would have no other option but to escalate the matter to nodal officer.

                      I have a vodafone number [protected].Two Year Back i have given CCSI payment instruction on the request of vodafone. After completion of 1 year they have sent me a letter stating that the CCSI has been expired and if i wish to continue then i need to fill up the form again. I have not requested for that facility and timely deposited the payment month on month. From six months they are charging me twice of my monthly bill amount. Inspite of the payment before due date,vodafone is charging the bill amount from my credit card without any information and without my knowledge. I need help on this. I called up customer care n number of times and seek help on this but they have kept me on hold and did not turned up. Such pathetic customer care. I have called up cust care and spoken to Gurpreet,Vyanta,Rajesh but all of them unable to resolve the issue. When i asked them to transfer the call to the seniors then they have kept me on long hold and never turned up. I want resolution of this case as iam in a very bad state of mind. I am going to file case against them in consumer forum for such harrasment and mental agony.

                            I am having vodafone mobile number [protected] and currently i am having Postpaid connection with Talk 298 Advance rental plan. I had called up Vodafone customer care on 12th of April and told the Customer Care guy that i want to change my connection from Postpaid to Prepaid. Earlier as i was not aware of the advantages of prepaid connection so i chose to continue my Advance Rental plan for next year also. But when i realised that going on Prepaid is advantageous so i told them on 12th of April that i want to change my connection from Postpaid to Prepaid. My bill got generated on 14th of April and the Advance Rental for next year was included in it. Now the customer care is saying that as i had given the request for continuation of Advance rental plan for next year also so they cannot refund the amount from the bill generated on 14th April. They are not considering my latest request in which i had mentioned that i do not want to continue with the Adance Rental plan.

                            Please help.

                            Vodafone — Changing PLAN is resulting in expiry of Advance Rent paid

                            Dear VODAFONE,

                            My Advance Rental Plan still has some months to go. But I am interested in changing my Tariff Plan to a better Postpaid Plan you have to offer now. When I visited your Vodafone Store, they told me that this action would result in nullification of advance rent that I have paid. My question to you is WHY? I have been your Customer for six years now, and if I have put the faith on your company and paid in advance, the least you can do is return the favor and allow me to switch to a newer better plan by converting my advance rent to Credit. Is it too much to ask for after 6 years of commitment?

                            Vodafone — Not allowing to change talk plan to lower rental

                            Though I have been paying the bill for last 5 years for my number [protected], they say its a corporate card. I got my company authorized representative give them in writing that I have left the company and change ownership of card to my personal name. I have been to their store for 3 times, every time they are asking for one more documents. This process is going on for almost 2 months now. When this is taking so much time for them to clear the process because every time their employee communicate different requirement, they are not allowing me to even change my talk plan to less rental during this time. I have written multiple email to them but only reply that I get is change ownership and this are the documents to be submitted. They are not even ready to accept the delay that has happened due to their internal communication issues and asking me to pay higher rental for all this time. Also despite of the fact that company authorized representative has notified them in writing that I have left the organisation, they have changed my billing cycle without my consent because of which I am required to pay double cost for some additional services.

                              Last Saturday caller tone got activated on my mobile without placing any request and they deducted my balance by Rs. 45. I consulted the costumer support officer and he said it was the problem from companies part and balance will be credited within one day. But I have received the same till now. Today I called the nodal officer regarding this complaint and she doesn't give any proper explanation also cut my call in between. I not only want to get the balance back also want to get proper explanation on how caller tone got activated automatically on the mobile which was placed just in front of my table. And I request to take sufficient action on these cheating tactics of private Mobile service providers by this only they may be earning billion rupees of profit.

                                It is my painful experience with Vodafone Essar which makes me write to you. I lost my mobile phone on 20th April, 2010, and consequently filed for a re-issue. I have complaint for the same but Vodafona person not giving any satisfactory answer even not giving any other details of MMS. Compaint had been done on call centre two time and on web site.But not received any answer

                                      Request you to do some thing to reverse this amount and the compensation for the problem I have faced in these 40 days.

                                        Sir,
                                        This is to inform you that today i went to your Vodafone Store in Salt Lake
                                        for GPRS service but guards told me to come at 5 in evening no one is here
                                        to attend in GPRS SERVICE.
                                        Again i went there in Evening they told me to sit when ever Mr. Piyanaki will
                                        be free he will attend you . I was sitting their for 40 min after that he attend some one known to him instead of me so please inform them not to weast any one valueable time & Goodwill of company.
