She called up vodaphone Delhi customer care ([protected]) for the deactivation of the postpaid connection as she has recently moved to Bangalore and would no longer continue with this connection...

Dear Sir,

I am using Vodafone service for more than 3 years. Since Jan 2010 it started gving me alot of trouble.

The problem started mentioning non payment and hence service dis-connection in Jan2010. And When I visited the Vodafone Gallery at Thane - Hari Niwas. and officers at Gallery looked at their database and finding no issue helped to activate the serivce immediately.

I own this no. [protected] of Vodafone for the last 5 years. On 15th April 2010 the

validity of my no. expired. A validity recharge for lifetime activation was done

on the same day at approximately 10.22hrs. The customer care of vodafone informed

that the connection shall be restored within 4hrs, but it didnot happen. Again

they said that it takes 24 hrs to avtivate the same....

This is in respect with the new post paid connection, I have taken from Mulund (w) store.
Initially, I was advised that the bonafide letter on my company letter head (Nomura Ex Lehman – which is a registered company with Vodafone) will be sufficient for the address proof.
The executive for address verification did visited the place, mentioned on the letter, but due to a typo mistake , the address was mentioned as 2D 701 instead...
