Please note that I have been using
Vodafone Post Paid Plan of Rs. 299/- along with unlimited Blackberry Plan of Rs. 1099/- per month. It is very surprising and shocking for me that I received bill amounting Rs. 4079/- for the month of January payable by due date February 11, 2010 out of which Rs. 1901/- has been charged for using
Vodafone Live (internet, browsing etc.). This is regrettly noted that:
How I can be charged
Vodafone live to the extant of Rs. 1901/- when I am using Blackberry unlimited plan. I complained many times to Customer Care but they did not resolve it. On January 31, 2010, I approached to Ms. Shalini, Customer Care Executive at my near Preet Vihar
Vodafone Store. She realized that this bill was wrongly generated in this case and so they forwarded mail to back up team to correct this bill and look into this care, which I am not yet updated despite of my many visits and calls.
Meanwhile to avoid further problems, I approached
Vodafone and disconnected
Vodafone Live so that to avail Blackberry services only. But unfortunately
Vodafone Service providers disconnected my Blackberry service as well which I suffered for three days. After repeatedly following for three days, I got my Blackberry activated but at the same time they again activated my
Vodafone Live without my request and am afraid that they will again charge
Vodafone Live while my using Blackberry unlimited plan.
I have very much doubt that
Vodafone have been disguiding the Consumers (me) and charge for the services which have been availed through Blackberry unlimited Plan.
Regretfully, I wish to state that last date of submission of my bill is February 11, 2010, out of total 4079/- I have already paid Rs. 1500/- and am awaiting the correct bill to be generated at the earliest so that I can pay any thing balance on my part. But I am getting continuous calls from Customer Care Executives of
Vodafone to disconnect my services of call & blackberry, if I am not paying the total bill. Finally on February 14, 2010, My
Vodafone connection has been disconnected.
As the matter has been pending since 14 days (from the date mail is forward to correct the bill) and now my connection has been disconnected, it leads valid grounds for me to approach Judiciary / Legal/Authoritative/Right to Information Machinery to justify the case and resolve it without any further delay. I am loosing lots of opportunities and real time mails/informations availability unless my connection (for call & Blackberry) has been activated.
I am requesting you to correct the bill and send me the final balance amount which I need to pay. Untill the revised bill is generated, please activate my connection as it is apparent deficiency in service as my connection was disconnected without any default on my part.
PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE ON URGENT BASIS
