My colleuge having VODAFONE Postpaid connection slapped bill of Rs.3300 for 15 days and asked him to pay or face disconnection

Upon investigation it was observed that on a particular day for each 3 min ,1 SMS sent to specific number begin from 5 for cricket score and there were 800 SMS shown on one day chargin Rs. 3 per SMS

As this was the MIRACLE by VODAFONE itself my collegue is in difficult situation and no other way but pay to vodafone to continue his account

Be aware about such miraculous activities of company like VODAFONE

Have anybody in forum same this situation ,any suggestion to solve ?

    I am using vodafone from last 15 years and was very happy with the services. Seeing that i bought another add on number. Now this add on number which i started using was previously used by some lady who seems to be a call girl whose calls I still receive. This is disgusting and totally unacceptable from vodafone atleast. Getting frustrated I gave this number for disconnection but the application never reached the customer care. After calling up the useless Customer care a number of times they tell me to reapply for a disconnection and pay for the current months rent too even though i had applied for a disconnection before starting of the new month. Please help

      I am Goutam Dash . I have taken a post paid connection through VODAFONE sales executive on Dtd.[protected]. I had given all the documents (1) Recent Photograph. (2) ID Card Photocopy. (3) Signature Proof (PAN Card Copy). Your sales executive immediately gave a SIM Card ([protected]), when i asked him regarding the activation of my SIM Card , he told me it will activate in the Mid Night 12. After 24 hours when i called him over phone he didn't lift the call, after that i had sent a mail to the mail id (gulam.[protected]@vodafone.com) which has been given by the sales executive (Mr. Kiran) but neither Mr. Gulam nor any other person respond to my mail.From[protected] to[protected] nobody responds to me.The sales executive(Mr.Kiran) who had given the sim playing with me.Vodafone sales executive request and repeatedly insist me to take a connection as because it is a magic no. But i don't know he insisted me from his side and still unnecessarily irritates me.Please is it the BUSINESS PLAN of VODAFONE company to unnecessarily irritates a person?

      I had called the sales executive more than 40 times but that person each every time cancelled my call.
      IS IT CUSTOMER SERVICE OF VODAFONE?

      Please clarify the same or I will go with proper legal procedure that Unnecessarily mentaly harassing and irritates a corporate person.

      Vodafone — Not following the procedures properly while giving a new connection

      I have made a big mistake of taking an SIM from Vodafone store, Domlur, Bangalore. While taking the SIM as a process they have collected all the required documents and proffs from me. Following are the issues that I faced after taking a connection,
      1) The executive there told me that the SIM will be activated the next day, but waited for 1 day the SIM was not activated. So called to customer care who suggested me to go back to the store. So again I went there and got it activated. This time I had given an amount of Rs.500 to recharge for the new connection that I had taken.
      2) Waited for 2 days again the amount which was supposed to be credited the next day didnt got credited again. Again the same reason from the customer care to visit the store. So I visited again and then got it done right in front of me.
      3) After 2 weeks I got a message to the new connection saying "You have not submitted your proffs, so inorder to retain ur connection, please go and submitt it at the earliest". Again the same reason from the customer care to revisit the store.
      4) This time I went and scolded the executives there, they again told me to resubmit my proffs. So again I gave a copy of my proff and then took the number of an executive there inorder to call her directly when needed, the number which I took was [protected].

      Now its 2 months completed after all the above incidents. Again last week I am getting the same message of "You have not submitted your proffs, so inorder to retain ur connection, please go and submitt it at the earliest".
      When I am calling to the number [protected] now, it always says its switched off. So how many times I have to go to customer care for making a mistake of getting a new connection.

      Please help me in getting this issue solved.

      Vodafone — Not giving proper service

      Sir

      My name is Mayur Malviya and i am one of the costmer of Vodafone num is [protected].
      The complaint is that, that i had recharge my mobile on 21.07.11 with Rs 297/- as Vodafone offer they have to give me Voda to Voda free and 30 min free for other calling. But still i didnt get that offer of 30 min free calling for other and when i called costmer care of Voda they told me "SIR U WILL GET THIS OFFER WITH IN 24 HOURS".

      MY point is that when costmer is paying the amount to the company then why offer after 24 hours and this offer is for 30 day and i am getting offer after 24 hrs then the validity will be 29 days.

      Why these companys are not giving proper serivec to the costmer and why always cosumer have to suffer always. Why these company always lead on head of costmer?

      Please do the needfull aganist this company.

        I am Senthil Kumar S. I am using the Vodafone postpaid connection from Sep 2006 to till date. My number is [protected] and which is coming under the circle of Karnataka - Bangalore. It is a company corporate connection.

        I would like to migrate my mobile number to prepaid and have requested the same in the Vodafone office @ BTM Layout, Bangalore. But I have received the information from the representatives that there is no option in Vodafone system for postpaid to prepaid migration. They also added that I need to cancel the postpaid connection and can get a new prepaid connection with other numbers. But I found that there is a postpaid to prepaid migration form available in Vodafone website. I don't know how come the form is available even their system is not supporting for the conversion.

        I assume that there is option available in the Vodafone system for postpaid to prepaid conversion [postpaid to prepaid migration form which I downloaded from Vodafone site is the proof]. Might be the Vodafone is trying to hide the facility [in Karnataka] to retain the postpaid customers [similar to me who is keeping the same number for long period] in Karnataka.

        I recently got my number migrated from postpaid to prepaid in Bangalore and had a difficult time getting it done, and so i can direct you to the correct people at Vodafone who will get your issue resolved.

        It's possible. I think all people who want to migrate to prepaid should go together to consumer court and get petition in public interest to make it transparent and easy. Let's collect list of people who wants to do that.

        Vodafone — migration of numbers from postpaid to prepaid

        dear sir,
        i am using vodafone number [protected] earlier it was a prepaid number then i migrate my number from prepaid to postpaid and i have small construction buisness and i get 11 other numbers under some corporate scheme by vodafone and my own number ([protected]) also got migrated to under the same corporate scheme. i used the numbers for almost a year but there was a huge false billing against the numbers under this scheme, infact there was unimited free calling provided in between the same group of corporate scheme, but when i get the itemised bills even those numbers were charged which they suppose to give free calling under the group i complained about it many times but no considerations made by the support centers. and at last i decided to migrate all the numbers to prepaid so i filled a application to migrate all my numbers from postpaid to prepaid. the support members are saying that they cant migrate the numbers from postpaid to prepaid as i run my buisness its all a network based buisness i will loose my network if i change the numbers so kindly help me out. infact they people told me that there is a complete flexibility of changing the plans and to migrate the numbers from postpaid to prepaid while issuing the numbers but they are denying this thing now so that they can charge false bills ... kindly help me out........
        Today (22-April-2010) I went to Vodafone Store, Cox town, Bangalore to migrate my postpaid connection to prepaid but straight away they said this is not applicable in Karnataka circle. How can vodafone do like this inspite of TRAI guidlelines..

        Guys we need to go to consumer court. How can this possible in other region but not in Karnataka? Do vodafone want to retain postpaid cusotmers?

        Hi guys we should act against that.. Senthil thanks for come forward and raiserhis issue.. Recently I tried to change ny postpaid number to prepaid and straight away they refuse... And yes they want to keep the customer base of postpaid they called one day later abd offer me a better plan: I am using Corp249 right now which provide 200 SMS free local plus 450 min of local call.. They offer me 199 monthly with 600 min if local call with 200 SMS so I drop the idea of migrating from postpaid to prepaid...

        Vodafone — denying migration from postpaid to prepaid

        i have connection of hutch for about last 3years.Then the company was overtaken by vodafone.Now i want to convert from postpaid to prepaid,but the staff at vodafone store ,samrala road is denying . my cell no is [protected] in name of amit kapoor.I have withdrawn roaming from one month as per their rule.But still they are harassing me

        I too was told that I could not switch from postpaid to prepaid (Vodafone, Bangalore). Anyway we've now got a way out - via number portability!!!

          I have a serious complaint to lodge against Vodafone Essar Mumbai Corporate Assist Team ie. Ms. Priscilla Dias, Alifiya Chataiwala and Mr. Prashant Reelkar - Enterprise Acquisition Manager - Cell No. [protected], Vaibhav Kamble - Inter Active Marketing official - Cell No. [protected].

          Just to brief you that on 22.1.2010, Mr. Praveen - Interactive Marketing Official visited our office during lunch time and distributed fliers highlighting Plan change for HDFC Bank employees under the Corporate Plan. The flier mentioned that we can shift our existing plan to their new plan ie. Corp Super Saver - FV 199 TM Code 857 which contained more sms benefits. Immediately I sent out a mail to their Corporate Assist mail id on 22.1.2010 asking them to change plan. Then my agony started since their Corporate assist team took me to a long ride and ultimately denied the fact that they have not distributed the above flier and infact they are providing TM 856 plan to us. Mr. Sandesh Sarang from Vodafone Andheri called me to inform us. I asked them for a written apology for their wrong statement which was forwarded by Vaibhav - Interactive Marketing official. All along I have been trying to speak to Mr. Prashant Reelkar - Relationship Manager handling our account but he completely ignored my calls as well my sms. This arrogance irritated me further but still I requested them to change my plan to TM 856 and applied for a new cell no. [protected] on 11.2.2010 and had strictly instructed them to provide CUG facilty to all the 3 cell numbers which i was holding and to change the plan to the old 2 cell numbers as well and change the billing cycle for my new number from 18.2.2010. To resolve all these 3 issues their Corporate Assist Team ie. Priscilla, Alifiya, Prashant and Vaibhav have displayed complete laxity, coupled with arrogance which forced me to deactivate my new cell no.[protected] on 19.2.2010. I have warned these above officials not to forward me the bill since because of their hap hazard manner in which my cell was activated and no proper communications for the next 8 days I was forced to deactivate my cell. Would appreciate if Vodafone Essar Senior Management would recruit qualified staff in their Corporate Assist team who could read our queries well and could reply to the point and also train their Relationship manager - Mr. Prashant Reelkar to demonstrate promptness and eagerness to resolve customer queries with proactive approach and with utter sense of responsibility. Need your kind help to obtain feedback from Vodafone Essar Senior Management Team with an unconditional apology on their letter head. I can dispatch the entire set of correspondence which i had with their officials which is self explicit. Kindly help me so that some strict action is taken against these officials so that in future such instances are not repeated by them.

          Parshant — activation

          customer CAF is already been uploaded in all system and we are creating a case for GSK not activation. now same case is closed with closure remarks ( As per the confirmation received from PhoneGen, GSK is not allowed on Active Prepaid of different circle(GSK MDN SDCA AND TARGET RSN SDCA NOT MATCH), No Alt Number Provided. Hence case closed. )

          as per the closure we have change the customer's r sim but still customer is unable to otaf his GSK due to error.

          Vodafone Essar Ltd, Mumbai — Change of Address

          Hi,

          I had requested for change of address on my mobile numbers [protected] & [protected] after filling the form & submitting my new address ( a original copy of my society monthly bill) to the Vodafone store in Goregaon, I was never informed that it needs to be a stamped bill of the society, it has been over a month now, & I even received out call from your Vodafone executing confirming the change of address on both the numbers & informed me that new bills would be sent to the new address. However to my surprise I find that the address is not changed & when I call you Vodafone care team, the call lands at the lower parel office & the executive lakshmi informs that since stamp was not there, the address hasn't been changed, this is really frustrating & sick, since I have done all that was required, I was misinformed & later my address was not changed.

          I also spoke to your apparent floor supervisor Naseem Khan at your lower parel office who refused to acknowledge the problem & provide a resolution, he was very adamant & I am sorry to say if you have employees like Naseem at supervisory level, you are the worst customer service provider in my eyes. He refused to transfer the call to someone higher ( contact center manager) or Special services team, he was very adamant when I told him that I have a MGL ( Mahanagar Gas Bill) which I can email it to him for address change if they don't accept society bill which is not stamped, I am really frustrated on the situation.

          I was in the process of getting another connection of Vodafone but I have just changed my mind, I would never like to be associated with Vodafone again & would wait for Mobile number portability to be introduced in India to port over to a different carrier.

          I am attaching a copy of MGL gas bill as my new address & a copy of my Provisional IT certificate which is provided by ICICI home loans for my new address proof, it clearly mentions my new address proof, I hope your executives uses their brains in understanding that address proof need not only be confined to the documents mentioned in your reference but can vary. I want a direct contact number of your special services team in order to communicate with Vodafone in future as I presume you would take care of this situation.

          I received a message that my number has won GBP 250000 in the International UK Draw of M-Tel

          Who is TM - Vibrant (when I have registered for DO NOT Disturb)

          I wish to donate the entire sum to charity so please help me get it or else make Vodafone pay for it having allowed unsolicited calls.

          How to Claim ?

          Vodafone — Not getting activated from past 15 days

          Hi,

          I was using my old number [protected] from long back.
          Unfortunately I could not use it form some days and it got deactivated.
          I called vodafone customer care if I can use the same number or not, they told yes and they asked me to go for 249 validity recharge and within 24 hrs the number will be activated.

          From past 15 days, I have been calling the customer care, I have visited their office but still I dint get my number activated. They are simply telling it will be activated activated but nothing is happening.
          I am getting frustrated because of the way they are simply dragging and they are not willing to return my money back also so that I can cancel this connection and go for other service provider.

          Please please help me regarding this and let me know what action I can take.

          Vodafone Essar Ltd, Mumbai — Number not Activated since last 15days

          This is Rohit Sounik had applied for a post paid connection last week of February 2010, my number is [protected], from Kandivali east Vodafone store, all the documents was given at that time except my brother address & id proof, than I said that I stays in Lokhandwala andheri west so I will take connection from nearby store than the executive said that he will send someone to collect the documents..

          Due to some reason i told them to activate the number after 3rd march 2010, as i was using other number which I had requested to disconnect from 6th march 2010, then I also informed them that to give me a call before coming, they had given me call once which i missed bcoz number was busy, then I called up on that number twice noone bother to pick up the call,

          On 4th march 2010, I went to store to inform them noone has turn up to collect the documents, spoken to Ritesh store incharge of kandivali east, he said that the documents will be collected next day, the documents got collected next day, and was said within two hrs the number will be activated but on 12th march 2010, the number is still not activated, and I had given these number on my business card for my business purpose...

          I went to Mira road store and meet the executive their but he said nothing is updated on my number ,then had conversation with him to let me know his senior number so that I can speak to them, then he called up STORE INCHARGE Wasim, then he spoken to store incharge of Kandivali for the case then he told me that the number will be activated in next two hours maximum, the time was 7:00pm, I wss suppose to get a call for my business but the number not get activated..

          I am writing this mail at 12:15 am i.e midnight, I had asked for a number from store incharge of Mira rd, but he denied saying that his personal number cannot be given, because he dont want to get disturbed..

          I had worked in Vodafone for three years in Rajesthan but the service quality was far better than I had experienced.. It is just because when u work in market leader posiytion the company employee does not care for the service..

          Apart from this they say proudly Happy To Help???????????????????

          I think the concern person should take some against such a careless employee bcoz they are taking for a granted........

            sir/mem,
            we have purchased online recharge of rs. 175/- full talktime. when the credit came to account there was a deduction of rs. 16/-. we have raised our query to m/s vodafone. as per them the full talk time for recharge 175/- had been with drawn from feb 29 and later relauchned.

            i want to raise a complaint why did'nt the website say the same thing.

            till date it has not yet been resolved. i even frankly told vodafone that i am not interested in 16/- but then next time when i recharge i am very apprehensive about this.

              Dear Sir,

              My wife has been getting stupid and absurd sms messages from a vodafone mobile number user o[censored]ttarakhand for quite some time. Inspite of warnings, he is continuously sending these sms messages. The mobile phone number from which messages are being received is [protected]. The vodafone store is not helping in getting the name and address of the user of above number. Kindly inform me the same.

                  I have been getting unwanted calls from insurance agents and banks etc on my vodafone mobile. I got my mobile number registered last year but still I get too many calls.

                  I have got calls from TATA AIG today and they used insulting language when I told them not to disturb me as I have been registered with DND registry on Vodafone site. The numbers from which I got the calls today are - +[protected] and +[protected]. When I dial these numbers then I do not get through.

                  How can I get the claim as set by TRAI. They have called me repeatedly.

                  I have been experiencing worst customer support from Vodafone from the last few months.Even after activating the DND service on my vodafone I am getting calls from various Banks, Insurance companies etc.When I talked to customer care personal on this issue he said "I need details like from which number you are getting calls, date, time, which bank or company etc" that is not easy to remember.I dont know what should I do.They talk very rudely.Is there any law for the same so that we can sue Vodafone for harassment.Please help!
                  I've already activated D N D Service on my Vodafone number still i m Continuosly getting Unwanted Sms on my Mobile every day When I Call on Vodafone Customer care Number and give details of Such Sms they assure me that it will not be Repeated in future But after every 2-3 days i got Unwanted Sms from Some another Company.

                  COMPLAINT REGARDING Vodafone Number : [protected] (CORPORATE NUMBER)

                  I am getting unwanted calls (With very abusive language) from different numbers , and when I checked the same from VODAFONE Customer care they told me that this number was used by some other USER some time back.

                  Let me know who will be responsible for Such behavious and If previously it was used for some Illegal activities.

                  This is really very unforunate and Shocking to me. When I asked Customer Care to change my number they advise me to Write the same to Corporate Care email ID instead of taking my request for this sensitive issue.

                  This reply is not called for & highly disgusting and has to be me taken most seriously at the senior most level. This is imp to remain your customers.

                  Please call me immediatly regarding the issue or else I will take legal action against the same. This is really very dispointed to me.

                    My location is next to Vishal Mega Mart,back side of NIIT Technology, Roopeana Agaraha Madiwala Post, SilkBoard, Bangalore-560068
                    At my apartment vodafone signal is very low and network is also very poor.All my calls get disconnected within 25-30 sec.
                    i shifted to this location 10dayz ago and till tat time im facing this problem.
                    Please look into the matter as there are other service provider like airtel who's signal and network is very good.

                      I am using the mobile service of vodafone company.i have recharge from 61 for the free 22500 local & std sms for a month on 18 january 2010. Bt when send on sms in 4-5 numbers.Messages donot deliver to destination. when i call to the customer care executive then didnot solve my problem and disconnect the call and also disconnect the option to talk from executive. Without requesting they have actived the Hello tune service and cut the balance....

                          The mobile no. [protected] was recharged with the following packs on 10.2.2010:
                          599=625 talktime
                          75=unlimited sms pack valid for 30 days with initial limit of 30,000.
                          28=1p/sec for 365 days

                          On 12.2.2010 after 9 pm I was charged Rs.85-90(from main balance of 625) for outgoing sms when RC75 unlimited sms pack was active(valid for 30 days) & 5090 sms were still left out of initial 30000 sms.

                          Due to the above mentioned incident I was forced to get my no. recharged again with RC 75 (recharged on 13.02.2010). On recharging I was provided with 35090 sms valid till 15.03.2010

                          Again after recharging, On 16.2.2010 after 1 am I was charged Rs.9-10(main balance goes down from 497 to 487) for outgoing sms when RC75 unlimited sms pack was active(valid for 30 days) I am charged for every outgoing sms at 60p/sms. The following are the details of sms against which I was charged from the main balance:

                          1) Mobile no. [protected]
                          dated: 16.02.2010
                          time: 1:26 am
                          new balance after sending sms:488.34
                          old balance before sms:488.94

                          2) Mobile No. [protected]
                          dated: 16.02.2010
                          time: 1:18 am
                          new balance after sending sms: 488.94
                          old balance before sending sms: 489.54

                          etc.....

                          Again I was charged Rs. 330/- (balance falls from 486 to 156) for outgoing sms on 17.02.2010 after 2.00 am.

                          MOREOVER ON THIS MR. JITENDER(Customer Care executive, conversation at 1.12 am, 16.02.2010) SAYS THAT YOU ARE NOT CHARGED FOR ANY OUTGOING SMS FROM MAIN BALANCE & YOUR UNLIMITED SMS PACK IS ACTIVE.

                          I think company is trying to fool its customers.

                          Vodafone — falla sms

                          I used to get the sms recharge mobile with full talk time.
                          But I never get the full talk time by recharging on the same day.
                          When I tried to contact the customer care he will tell it has been expired just before day putting blame on retailer.

                              I have a vodafone postpaid customer , no is .[protected] and i am using VMC usb for internet, whose monthly rent is 299 plus service tax.When i was purchased this VMC connection, service is very satisfactory but last 1 month the speed of the internet is zero.I want to pay my bill online but site is not open for payment and vodafone tower is locatd only 150 to 200 meter far from my home.I was also went vodafone store pathankot(punjab) many times for solution of this problem but they are not able to solve it they just say we are work on it.My all friends who purchase this VMC usb also faced this problme.This problem is faced by us only in pathankot area.plz help us...........we are in very tipical problem........plz send some feed back or solution for this problem........

                                  I am a vodafone subscriber, and I am getting so many calls informing about new offers and these calls are coming without any consideration of time ( Even in the late nights). I just avoided compaining about this thinking that they are my service providers and some times I have to co operate with them. But now I am getting SMS from different vendors also. Last two days I am getting advertisement from one vendor from Kozhikode. I want to ask that I am paying for the services provided by the Vodafone.                                   I totally agree that all Text Messaging should be Permission Based. This is why our company only permits texting to recipients who have opted-in only. As a tier one provider we totally support all anit-spamming legislatioin.

                                    Please note that I have been using Vodafone Post Paid Plan of Rs. 299/- along with unlimited Blackberry Plan of Rs. 1099/- per month. It is very surprising and shocking for me that I received bill amounting Rs. 4079/- for the month of January payable by due date February 11, 2010 out of which Rs. 1901/- has been charged for using Vodafone Live (internet, browsing etc.). This is regrettly noted that:



                                    How I can be charged Vodafone live to the extant of Rs. 1901/- when I am using Blackberry unlimited plan. I complained many times to Customer Care but they did not resolve it. On January 31, 2010, I approached to Ms. Shalini, Customer Care Executive at my near Preet Vihar Vodafone Store. She realized that this bill was wrongly generated in this case and so they forwarded mail to back up team to correct this bill and look into this care, which I am not yet updated despite of my many visits and calls.


                                    Meanwhile to avoid further problems, I approached Vodafone and disconnected Vodafone Live so that to avail Blackberry services only. But unfortunately Vodafone Service providers disconnected my Blackberry service as well which I suffered for three days. After repeatedly following for three days, I got my Blackberry activated but at the same time they again activated my Vodafone Live without my request and am afraid that they will again charge Vodafone Live while my using Blackberry unlimited plan.


                                    I have very much doubt that Vodafone have been disguiding the Consumers (me) and charge for the services which have been availed through Blackberry unlimited Plan.


                                    Regretfully, I wish to state that last date of submission of my bill is February 11, 2010, out of total 4079/- I have already paid Rs. 1500/- and am awaiting the correct bill to be generated at the earliest so that I can pay any thing balance on my part. But I am getting continuous calls from Customer Care Executives of Vodafone to disconnect my services of call & blackberry, if I am not paying the total bill. Finally on February 14, 2010, My Vodafone connection has been disconnected.


                                    As the matter has been pending since 14 days (from the date mail is forward to correct the bill) and now my connection has been disconnected, it leads valid grounds for me to approach Judiciary / Legal/Authoritative/Right to Information Machinery to justify the case and resolve it without any further delay. I am loosing lots of opportunities and real time mails/informations availability unless my connection (for call & Blackberry) has been activated.


                                    I am requesting you to correct the bill and send me the final balance amount which I need to pay. Untill the revised bill is generated, please activate my connection as it is apparent deficiency in service as my connection was disconnected without any default on my part.




                                    PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE ON URGENT BASIS

                                        I am facing Vodafone Network problem since 5 years, after repeated discussion with multiple support customer care personel the problem remain unsolved from it day one. I had a personal and Business loss due to this network and incapable service provider.
                                        they feel sorry for inconvenience caused by to paid services to costumer and this will not help.
                                        if Vodafone are not able to rectify network problems, i request for not to collect for the call charges that were disconnected because of Vodafone bad service this would a great deal to both.

                                        Please request you to stop Vodafone bad services in Bangalore. And Kindly provide them a Non conformity/approval for not keeping a check on Vodafone bad network and Vodafone expect their own customer to do their job for which they collect money.

                                        Vodafone — severe network problem

                                        Its since 15th oct 2008 that i and rest of the vodafone users in n around shopprix mall sector 61, Noida are facing a severe problem due to vodafone network.
                                        I cannot receive or make any call while in this area and the calls get dropped within 10 seconds. Since i am living in this area and i cannot change my flat because of non responsive nature of the vodafone authority, i have been trying to get in touch with these guys from last 4 days and neither of them have tried to even understand or resolve the problem.
                                        I have lost almost buisness worth few lakhs.
                                        please guide me some way to sue them or at least make it sure that they take the consumer seriously.
