I went to haridwar i was unable to make out going inspite of complainting to service provider on every day twice i had received call that problem is resolved from company but within 7 days it wasn't solved and also i was charged incoming for complaint redressal call whats use of such mobile please reverse my incoming charges and take action to solve problem for same.

    Hi,

    This is with regards to the harassment I have been facing at Vodafone Customer Care Center Faridabad. Following are my issues with Vodafone Customer Care representatives at NIT (near Municipal Corporation of Faridabad), Faridabad.

    • I visited the Vodafone center for getting billing address and ownership changed and I was NOT given the complete information in my first visit;
    • There were different versions given to me by different representatives at the same center. It seems Vodafone does not follow the standard process;
    • Some representative is accepting household cooking gas connection book as address proof; some other denies it;
    • I was not told in the beginning about the value of stamp paper should be used to get the rent agreement that was acceptable by Vodafone. Surprisingly, Government Bank accepts the rent agreement to change my house address but not Vodafone.
    • The representatives possess the attitude of harassing the customer. They lack empathy;
    • Who will pay up the cost of this 23 months long harassment and the time and efforts I have invested to get this simple task done???
    • On this Vodafone center, there are seven (7) customer service counters and hardly, I saw more than 3 or 4 representatives serving the customers whenever I visited there. This results in huge waiting time for the customers.

    Background of this complaint:
    • I am using [protected] since Jan 2004 and this no. is under Company owned-individually paid status. I have got this no. from my previous company (Rapidigm India Ltd.) in Nov 2006. Since then I am using this no. and paying for it on regular basis.

    • Since my Voter ID and Passport both bear address of my permanent house which is out of Faridabad, so I was told that I can produce a copy of ‘house hold cooking gas connection’ or ‘rent agreement’ will serve as address proof. I got arranged the rent agreement on stamp-paper of Rs.10/- and got it notarized by the notary in Faridabad court. I also got the NOC from my previous employer. At last, the Vodafone Customer Care representatives

    • Important to note that my previous employer Rapidigm India Ltd. was taken over by Fujitsu Consulting India Ltd. and hence the name was change from Rapidigm India Ltd. to Fujitsu Consulting India Ltd. I was issued the NOC on Fujitsu’s letter head and it clearly states that Fujitsu consulting (formerly known as Rapidigm India  please refer the attached scanned copy of NOC).

    • Neeraj and Deepak also refused to accept the copy of rent agreement and mentioned on Rs.10/- stamp paper is not acceptable and it should be of the denomination of Rs.50/- or above. And NOC was rejected by them as it was not stamped by my previous employer. They reviewed other documents and suggested that I should give them a copy of my passbook of any government bank.

    • I got the NOC stamped again and carried the passbook with me to the same Vodafone Care Center on 3rd Apr 2010 and then I was told the NOC should be issued on the letter head of Rapidigm not that of Fujitsu by Neeraj. I tried to convince him that in case of companies’ mergers, all the contractual obligations are transferred to the new entity and moreover the NOC is mentioning the old name of the company also. But I was told that nothing can be done. Important to note that all the original documents including the PAN card was checked one representative namely Swati.


    For the entire issue I have registered my complaints on 111 and the complaints nos. are:
    • On 24th Mar 2010  Complaint nos. [protected] and [protected]
    • On 2nd April 2010  Spoke to Ms. Deepa on corporate helpdesk phone no., since my no. is owned by Corporate; as advised by Vodafone care (111) on phone.

    Now, I feel harassed by Vodafone representatives namely Neeraj, Deepak Swati and Jatinder at NIT, Faridabad Center. It seems they work on their whims and fancies rather than trying to help the customers by following policies.

    There should be written policy available on Vodafone or TRAI website on process of changing the ownership and billing address.

    Vodafone Essar — Bill Payment updation & Harrassment

    Hi

    I would like to let you know my grievances for Vodafone, who is not able to update my payment of outstanding amount submitted on Vodafone Store before due date. Also they are harassing me sending SMSs and making regular phone calls to submit the outstanding amount.

    I have submitted the complaint thrice, however no action taken apart from giving an compliant number.

    Bill Outstanding Date:- 21st May'09
    Payment Made :- 15th May'09

    First complain submitted :- 18th May'09
    Complain Request Number(Vodafone) :-[protected] ( NO ACTION)

    Second compliant submitted:- 20th May'09 by Phone to Customer Care

    Third compliant submitted :- 25th May'09 By Email with Bank Statement
    Copliant Number :- [protected]


    Kindly let me know the course of action required from my side. As I am mentally tired and harrased with this kind of CHEAP customer service.

      I am Devendra Sharma. I m a Vodafone Prepaid Customer in indirapuram. I have a problem that whenever i recharge my number with a topup, the messege is displayed that Recharging is not allowed. I talked to customer care they told me your sim is damaged and you have to convert it on post paid or change the number because it is recharged 20 times a day with a wrong code. Regarding this i am complaining about Vodafone Customer that on same day there server was down and nobody in indirapuram was able to recharge there Vodafone pre-paid. So obviously i tried it more than 20 times. Now they are not realising there mistake and they are not taking any action regarding this issue. I don't want to change my number because it is official and very important for me. I am using there service from last years. Is this the way to help customer by using the advertisment of a Pug. I am very frustated with there behaviour and do they have any rights to terminate this number without any reason. I have two Refrence Number [protected].

      the mobile no.[protected] has not been verified till now i am totally disappointed by such a behavior shown by your verification officer . Then also i request you to activate this number shortly as it contain the balance around rs.30 . As the sim has been lock without any information(without any sort of inquiry) . so please sort out this matter as soon as possible.My contact number is [protected] .

        I purchased mobile# [protected] from Vodafone company date.10/11/2009. I used it for less than one month after that i discontinued this my mobile# [protected], then in Jan'2010 i went to Vodafone store regarding my mobile# [protected] for cancellation & I met there Vodafone representative, she told me approx. out standing payment is Rs1000/-. Then I requested her for cancellation of my mobile# [protected]. She told me that you have to pay only your out standing amount Rs1000/- and then discontinue your mobile# [protected], after that your mobile# [protected] will automatically get cancelled. But now, in March'2010 Vodafone customer care representative called me on my alternate# [protected] and told me that your due amount Rs795/- is pending regarding your Mobile# [protected], I told them that i already cancelled this mobile# so, why should i pay for it. Then i told them the whole above mentioned scenario to the representative and he told me to visit Vodafone Store. These days, i am not able to visit Vodafone store due to some personal problem. Then on Tuesday, 4th April'2010 in afternoon around 12:30 PM, Vodafone has stopped all services related to my alternate# [protected] connection without any ultimatum. Afterwards I called Vodafone Customer care and the representative told me that your mobile# [protected] payment is due that is why vodafone has stopped all the services related to your alternate# [protected]. Due to which I am unable to attend my important business as well as relative calls and suffered lot.

        Kindly help me out on this matter.

          Dear Sir

          I have purchased a new SIM (number [protected]) of Vodafone from a retailer in my locality on 20th March 2010. I am able to use the service for approximately three days. However the service got barred and I am unable to make calls or send SMS nor receive calls.

          At the time of buying the new SIM I submitted the necessary documents. Approximately after four days I got a message saying that the document I submitted was rejected/incomplete and asking me to submit afresh so that the services may be restored. I did so on 27th March 2010. However till to date the service have not been restored. I called up customer care[protected] many times as well as visit the retailer many times. But my problems have not been solved. The retailer called up an agent at [protected] who said the service will be restored but was not. I myself also called the agent up many times who told me that I will get the service back.

          Please look into the matter. As per Vodafone's request I have submitted the required documents two times but still I am unable to benefit from the service. Whenever I called up Vodafone Care their replies are different each time I called up.

          Please help me so that I may be able to get the service back and benefit from it.

          I am Gopinathan I am operating a SB account at Tiruppur branch from the year of 2008. A few months back I tried to authenticate my card for 3D service for purchase on line Railway tickets. But unfortunatly 3D facility is deactivated.(Fault may be mine, ) And a few days before received a mail to y ID, I was notified , and asked to re activate my debit card I attempt many time but results the server was not found. now my card is suspended. I request you to guide my in this subject. to make every thing successfully.

          to we are getting appro. 15days late payment. In the min time one lady Mrs. Radha cal to me for
          payment. And also pressure me the if are not pay this amount, will going to leagal suddenly.

          After that day i do not pay the outstanding amount. But now we paid the all outstanding of my cell fone to
          your recover agent.

          After payment my cell sim has been suspend so far. Kindly look into the
          matter and reactivate my cell at an earlias, so that we can satisfied from your service

            sir i have a vodafone post paid conecction no. is [protected] i have always paid my bills in time to time but which person have my reference no [protected] he was not paid his bill . the company had been pressured me that told him that he paid his own bill i tell him for paid his bill he tell me that my credit limit is only Rs. 2000.00 how my bill is exceed my limit and any time company told that his bill is Rs. 1400.00 any time Rs. 3800.00 what he do & what amount he paid against his bill & now the company suffer me for my no. [protected] while my last bill when company start barring to my no. incoming & outgoing calls then i have pending my bill for that month i[censored] take action & restart my no. [protected] then i pay my bill otherwise i take action in Hon'ble court.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                This is to bring to your knowledge that I had Purchased a Vodafone Postpaid Connection
                on , July''09.

                I actually made payment online through ICICI Bank netbanking on 02/04/2010 at 10.30 am amount Rs.2323.& the due amount was Rs2337 & the due date was 07/04/2010.& on 03/04/2010 i got a call from vodafone executive to deposit my due amount & I told them that i had made my payment online yesterday.They said ok.

                Then same day around 3.00 pm they stopped my outgoing & incoming calls.

                Same day(03/04/2010) When I spoke to the customer care department at 8.00pm ,they said due to the outstanding amount they can't open the services.Even i said to record my transaction no. that i made through the netbanking.He said when they update the payment then they would be able to open my services I again said ok.

                Next Day(04/04/2010),When I spoke to the customer care department at 8.00pm they said actually we had received ur payment but we can't open your services,u will have go to vodafone store & will have to deposit again the same amount by cash then we would open ur services.I requested that guy to open my incoming calls.So that my near & dear one contact me any time because i m far away from my house(Kanpur) & i m living in Ghaziabad.But he refused to to so on my request.

                Due to this carelessness of vodafone services i might be thrown out from my company because my bosses r trying so many times to contact to me

                Due to this i m mentally torchered by vodafone

                So I request you to kindly look into the matter an do the needful.

                Vodafone — Service stopped even after full payment.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I have made my vodafone mobile phone payments on time but they have stopped my mobile services saying they have not received my payments. I even crossed with my bank the same cheque has been debited from my account and transferred to vodafone. Even submitted my statement as proof of deduction but got i very bad resposne from vodafone they said they wont start my services until they receive the payments. now what i can do about this i have given them the proof also along with the payments debited from my account.
                Dear Sir/Madam,

                i am using the telephone number [protected] from the name of peoples education society & trust, i am on of the employee this trust, nehru nagar bgm. I got the bill of dec 2010 Rs.1149.00 which i have paid on[protected].30pm at Belgaum one, and the trasation number is CDS[protected] transation Date[protected].I got two three calls from your vodafone office saying that bill has not been paid, but i have told them i already paid throw Belgaun One who is authorise representative to collect Vodaphones bills.
                After one week that is today morning i am getting voice messaging before i could call to any number saying that your payment is over due kindly pay for non intruption in your communication.Sir kindly look in to the matter payment is online and please delete my voice message from my mobile phone which is causing me the disterbane

                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                  Mobile Number - [protected] - Mumbai Circle.
                  My Vodafone account is locked becasue of non-operating the account for more than 180 days. The message shows that please contact customer care.
                  When I dial to customer care, the service is chanrgeable @ 50 paise per 3 mins.
                  I accept the same and try to get information from the customer care agent. Agent ask me all the security questions. This takes more than 3 mins. Then he tells me that please enter wrong pass word 3 times and then log-in as new user again.
                  I tried that also. After doing so, again I get message that please contact customer care.

                  In my opinion, customer care service should not be chargeable at least for service industry like mobile phones. This is one way of looting people to earn money. I would like to get back my money which was charged on me for such calls.
                  I strongly oppose the system of charging customers for online service.

                  Please help.

                    I am Vodafone prepaid customer, who have done an online purchase of Bonus Card for Rs 35/- to avail below mentioned benefit. Post recharge I had got a confirmation mail & also an email communication with (MIC reference no :- MICI[protected]) confirming that the recharge has been done. But once I made a call to USA ( duration of call 8:45 minutes) , I was charged some Rs 56 odd which was deducted from my main talktime balance.

                    Since I had not recieved the benefit then Vodafone should refund this amount of Rs 35/-.

                      I have applied For a New Connection of Vodafone In your Faridkot Vodafone Store and fulfill all the condition and submitted the necessary documents as demanded by Vodafone office.i.e 1. Identycard 2.Vote Card.
                      I am a Govt.employee and working as I.A in P.S.E.B office under A.O Field faridkot office.
                      But your Vodafon office incharge of faridkot Mr. Saurabh, told me that he is unable to activate the number allotted by the office.it is therefor request to please activate mobile No. mention as above.
                      If my mobile No. is not activate by your office,then please returned by my documents.
                      The dealing of the staff of Vodafone store under the Saurabh is very poor,and he say me that I will not activate the connection and neither return the documents demanded by me.
                      As Mr.Saurabh always missguide me when ever I visit the office.So please issue necessary instruction to Vodafone store faridkot to activate my No. or returned my documents immedeatly.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I had taken a Vodafone Postpaid Connection([protected]) on 10th March, 2010. On activation of the connection I had Blackberry connection(Plan-Rs 249) activated on my phone number on 13th March, 2010. At the time of taking the Blackberry Plan, I was mis-sold the plan stating that I need to pay only Rs 249 for sending and receiving the mails. After using the Blackberry Plan for 2 days, I found that my bill has exceeded Rs. 600. When I spoke to the customer care on (111) , I found that I was using the plan where I was being charged for /Kbps download. After that I had kept my cell on switch off mode till date. On 29th March, 2010, I visited the Vodafone Store, G.S Road, Guwahati for de-activation of my Blackberry Plan and my cell connection. On that day I was offered a new Blackberry Plan of Rs. 899 (Unlimited) which I reluctantly accepted. Today[protected] I received an sms stating my connection has been debarred because I have exceeded my credit limit. To my utter surprise I found my bill to be Rs.1146. Today in the afternoon I went to the Vodafone Store, G.S Road, Guwahat, for de-activation of my phone number and Blackberry Plan. The executive Geetika Deka mis-behaved with me in your Vodafone store and she tore-off the de-activation application form submitted by me in my presence. Is this the way you resolve customer queries? Your advertisements always speaks of "HAPPY TO HELP" but thats what Vodafone lacks. I am totally pissed off by the filthy behavior of Geetika Deka. She is the person who mis-sold the Blackberry Plan. Since she has exposed herself, and her conduct is unbecoming. This email be treated as an application for de-activation of Blackberry Plan and Vodafone connection. I have already paid an advance of Rs.500 at the time of taking connection and I am only liable to pay an additional amount of Rs.100 after adjustment of advance Rs.500, and please ensure my Blackberry Plan and my connection gets de-activated today[protected]. Since I had kept my phone in switch off mode and have not used it, I will not entertain any further financial liability. This mail be treated as a Disconnection as well as Legal Notice and I am deeply shocked of the experience with Vodafone.

                              I hereby explaining the difficulty while using the Vodafone.Please consider the complaint and do the needful.


                              1 .While using Vodafone voice chat IC and chat with different person but I came to realized that their your own person appointed by you ,it vodafone I can through neccessary.

                              2.I repayed the full amount with full interest only on condition that the same number will be reactivate.After receiving the amount I got the information that the number has been deactivated ,and it is impossible to activate the same number.

                              3.When I intimated the above issues to your nodal officer Ms Jency ,she replied that issues could not be sorted due the de activation of sim card.After that I submitted the complaint through e mail I got the reply from Ms Jency that it will be activated at the earlist and requested me to contact the nearest Vodafone Store.

                              4. I didnot get any satisfactory reply from your Nodal officer Ms Jency for my query about Voice chat & in my own enqirey i know that vodophone appointed through an another company that"s name was spice digital that" another name cellibram this company appointed to female staff. (I was cheated and have realised that your own female staff had been chatting me by waisting my time& money.The above all you have exploitted the customers innocence and trust with you and I came to know that you have appointed staffs for this pity game for voice chatting.While calling your vodafone number 111 & jency,binoy are engaged such a game.

                              this is inform to jency . she replied to i dont give the details about spice digital because vodophonecompany procedure didinot have permited. u have only written complaint to me. so have written and sent to jency & binoy but no use.


                              5. this is final & last written complaint did not sovle the problem i have do take my action in my own side

                              6. then in my 03 vodophone sims custemer care no 111 is not working . when calling 111 she said to be pls check the number .these cause rof reason only jency this is inform to more than 10 times but no action take it .


                              Please consider the complaint and do the needful.

                              After my written confirmation to them for conversion from postpaid to prepaid, without any prior intimation to me, they had allocated the same no. to somebody else. It's shos that, they are very negligence towards customer service.

I had asked to return my deposit amount of Rs. 300. I got a reply from them saying that it has started processing and till now I did not get any response from them. Also they are not sending any replies for my mail after that. So please do something to get this amount back.

                                      I am using vodafone number [protected] since 2004 and everytime i face problem from service provider. My trouble is that i can not change my number and i am waiting for number portability. Using this vodafone is always levying charges. I have following problems:
                                      1. From last three months i am requesting for waiver of late payment charges but company is not rectifying it and every month we have dispute and they put up LPC, when i complaint about this i got reply from compnay plz pay your billed and unbilled and unsubscribe from our company, i think this is not a consumer friendly behaviour.
                                      2. I was trying to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid in january 2010 but GURPREET KAUR from vodafone store, lawernce road amritsar convinced me to change my plan to per second and also offered 300 sms per month free for first six months. But in my bill compnay is charging me Rs. 30/- everymonth.
                                      3. My billing cycle is 8th of everymonth and my plan has benefit of 18000 seconds free against fixed rent of Rs,. 300/- per month, but every time i check my unbill on 8th date, company is just adding rent, taxes and other charges in my total unbilled till 8th and send me bill. where is discount of Rs. 300/- i have saved sms o[censored]nbilled amount for last bill month.

                                      Dear Sir/mam, i have full faith in indian consumer complaints forum because i had got support from your side in resolving my complaint and same has been resolved. This time please help me out because Govt. is postponingnumber portability and it is very difficult to stay with vodafone for a moment.

                                      Vodafone — Late Charges

                                      We have CUG from vodafone. We have paid the bill on time with cheque payment for which we also have receipts, still vodafone is putting the late charges on it and for the last 3 months it is unresolved by them even we being corporate customers. What would happen to a normal end user?

                                        I recharged my mobile through internet banking for an amount of 333. Though the transaction showed successfull recharge debitting my money, my mobile is not yet recharged. Following are my complaints

                                        1. When I called up customer care (3 to 4 times), they asked me to wait for another hour (all the times) but still the recharge did not happen.

                                        2. Some agent said he will register a complaint and I will get the complaint number in message. I did not get anything.

                                        3. The same agent said someone from escalation level will call me and address the issue However,Its been17 hours but no one called me.

                                        4. The most irritating is the vodafone IVR. They have an option to play with it. Means if they want to prevent customer reaching the customer care they can easily disable the option. I was trying to connect with an agent but the options were changed.

                                        I want either the money to be refunded or the recharge to happen.

                                        I am planning to move leagally with civil court of trivandrum as I have all the evidence of recharge and I have the conversation personally recorded in my samsung phone with the agent. If necessary I will employ my lawer and sue against vodafone for the loss of my money without service.

                                        Vodafone — Recharge Not Happening

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I am a customer of Vodafone in netcruise, Black berry and cellphone. But Lat 72 Hours has been very torturing for me and I am writing this e-mail; if not resolved immediately, I have to think of other options.

                                        Series of Facts:
                                        1. I recharged my netcruise number on 6th April-2012. (Netcruise Number: [protected]) Transaction ID- MCIT[protected]
                                        It is more than 96 hours (at 2pm on 10/APR/2012 my recharge is not effected.

                                        2. I have raised two Service Tickets: APR-182 and APR-211. There was a promised time of 25 Hours and 16 Hours and none of them has been resolved.

                                        3. In the process, I have interracted Saurabh Sadhukhan (Call Centre Exec), Rahul (Supervisor), Saikat Chakraborty (Supervisor). But all the responses I got is quite frustrating. Only answer, I got is "We have forwarded the matter to concerned department, and they will resolve the same, we will let you know."

                                        I need the recharge to happen but No responses have come. My money has also not refunded.
