Vodafone — No automatic updation of billing

Hi,

I am using vodafone no [protected], which is registered on my friends name Sushil Sahu.

Since last 6 months I am facing of the problem billing with vodafone,
I use HDFC internet banking for bill payment.
Instead of paying the bill they dont update there account and force me to send the account statement and message and put the late fees on same, I am use to of all this but for the month of Sep 2008 my account has not been updated after doing all these things as well, I have mails whichy I am sending to customer care of vodafone as proof.

Vodafone — 13-10-2008 at 5 pm

sir, I paid 300 rs to one of vodafonestore, pallimukku, ushnaztowers, ekm.for199rs for life long validity and 100 rs for recharging. they said it will activate after one hour. but no use, after 5hours I called custmer care reaction is very bad . after that I serch internet and i got a nu mber that who has a person in maternity leave.she shouted me after some times a magic was happend I got only 10 rs .they recharged 10 rs. it is a clear evidence of cheating... is it????????????

I have paid last bill.Outgoing are restricted scince three weeks. Why? Made several SMS & phones to 111.No positive reply from Vodafone.Shall I discontinue Vodafone as only incoming is working

Vodafone — Vodafone Bills not updated even after 4 visits to the Vodafone Store

I have paid my Bill via Credit Card for my Cell No [protected] & 02 on 04/10/08 via receipt No 3246898 & 3246899 at Vasai Vodafone store but even after 4 visits at their shop and requesting them to update the same, the amount is still not reflected in my Mobile Bill payment.

My Cell has been disconnected due to their carelessness and I am fed up with their false commitments.

Need some help to resolve the same.

Hi i am Tanveer Alam was useing the connection of vodafone Number [protected]. The thing is that this connection i was useing from a long time but company has change my plan into othre plan without informe me. So i was dis-agree then i did not pay my due amount then company has deactivated the services and connection also but now after one year recorvery department was call on the behalf of vodafone to my friends and talking with very abusive language so i disagrre from this behaviour of recovery department so here i am warning them pls stop do this other wise i will take action againts you because they are calling on the behalf of vodafone. i will go in the media and will take help of news chennel. i am agree to pay the amound for those services which i have actullly used. So do you best as soon as possilbe
