Really i agree strongly. My Vodafone Mobile No. is [protected]...My sms service was activated but when i saw my bill, in this my service of Sms pack (300 SMS/M) was deactivated, when i called to Customer Care they said me ur service has been deactivated for ur request on dated 07/08/2010 from Navasher Vodafone Store. But i had never visited to Navasher and i had never made any deactivated request & also i live in Amrisar and Navasher is far away from my home (250 Km). I tryed to solve out this problem but i call many time to Customer Care but every time not solution from them. I visited Vodafone Store Lawrence Road, Amritsar dated 22/09/2010 but executive said me that we unabled to solve this problem please connect Nodal Officer & he gave me No.[protected] but i tryed but Nodal Officer not Picked my call. Then I called again to Customer Care but the Customer Care abuseed me and this was shocking for me.Its is Vodafone Company. I dont think so I will never bear with this company.

Vodafone — Giving faulty replacement of product.

I have vodafone magic box handset, now it is not working properly, it is in warranty period and go to my nearest vodafone store, near malhar talkies, Thane (w), but they not treating properly and everytime giving faulty handset in replacement which is going dead within a week. Manager of that store also very rood and not taking any responcibility.

Vodafone — Wrong information provided at Vodafone Mini Store

Dears

I visited Vodafone Ministore located in Vasant Vihar on 22nd Sep 10 and seeked information regarding recharge of Rs. 51 to make all calls at cheaper rate. Customer care executive there told me that using Rs 51 voucher will make all Vodafone to Vodafone calls at 40ps and others and STD at 50ps. However, when I asked that first minute of local and STD will be charged at original rate then she said no its old and now everything is at 40ps or 50ps ONLY.

Upto my surprise, this was not the case and when I made first STD and local call then its first minute was charged at FULL rate. When I contacted them, then again they said that it will be corrected in 4hours. I waited for 1 day but again the same problem.

My mobile number is [protected]. I was told about this scheme from a road side vendor however I didnt believed him and trusted on Vodafone store as its company's outlet and more authentic but I was CHEATED by official store ITSELF.

Please do the needful to correct the problem.

Voda fone service provider is activating VA jobs Alerts and deducting the money of R.S 30/- with out user interaction.I have been facing this problem for past 3 months.Last month i de-activated for the same but they activated again.i called no.of times but there no resolution.Even they are not giving proper information.
