Vodafone — Barred Outgoing calls
Dear All,I am put up in Mumabi, and I have been using this number from last 3 year([protected]) I am very sorry to say that the customer service from Vodafone is very poor compare to any other network. From last 20 days onwards I am not able to make any outgoing call as well as not display callers ID also. I got message from Vodafone Company for submitting my ID proof, Address proof, Photo etc. As per Company request I submitted all mentioned details at Vodafone Store Borivali, Mumbai on 23/09/2010 evening and I request to customer care executive to provide acknowledge. But customer care executive is not ready to give any acknowledgment and told me after 24 hrs your banned services will be available. On 25/09/2010I received message from Vodafone “ Hello! Your service registration number is [protected]. We shall respond to your query by Tuesday 28-Sep-1- 04:55 p.m. Sender: My Vodafone” I was waiting for restoring my services. Again I got another message from Vodafone on 26/09/2010 “ Hello! Your request dated 25-SEP-10 has been processed for your Vodafone mobile number [protected]. Sender: My Vodafone”
When I called up the customer care regarding the same concern on 28/09/2010 8.00 P.M and replied me wait another some times your request is under process. I requested to executive for getting ticket no. or etc. but not given any details. And again called to customer care on 29/09/2010 11.00 AM I got same message from his side wait another some time. Again called to customer care on 29/09/2010 8.00 P.M I have received some different replay from his side which was our system is showing your document is not received, I told him all stories whichever submitted my document. But he changed his tone started to behave his negative attitude on customer by using his loud voice asking me to shut up and listen. I don’t understand one thing what your CSR think About Customer. When we are calling to Vodafone getting replay "we are happy to help you ". Please tell me how you are helping us?
This is not a short period of time which you are banned my services. And let you know one thing my services is possible to restore or not?

Hi my number is [protected], I have also submitted all documents at the time of taking my sim. I started getting calls for asking my document once again as per the government rules and deactivated my caller id. I submitted them once again and waited for one day but they didn't activate my caller id. I called their customer executive and he told me it will surely be activated before 10 O' clock on that day but it didn't happen. I once again called their executive next day, Now they are saying I'll have to get the registration number from where I submitted the document. I wonder why don't they mention to get registration number when we submit our documents second time. Now they asked me for registration number of from where I submitted documents so they can resolve my problem.

Here Using 30 vodafone number this place.but not at all sastisfied.all people said very bad services.almost all are gave more complaint. i am also made the so many complaint to Customer care. But they will not at all responce.Customer care service also is very bad services.inform to agent please transfer to line higher officer but they will not transfer to the higher officers. i thing there is not working any higher officer that why not picking my call. May be agent will transfer the line .fully going on ring then automatically hang the call.Last 3 month back only i sent throw mail regarding this query to Appellate & Nodal Officers .after only they will take a action but still this problem not been solve.one people came & check with here every thing as been noted.but not in use.he also said.sir i will send technical deperment it is clear maxiamum 2 days.but does not clear.than i got the call from vodafone team & Asking time but not done it.one people made the call to me the name is Mr MOHAN PRABU. They was said sir give to me maxiamum time to 3 or 4 months surely we will arrage to clear the problem .but i not satisfied this services bcoz i know very well they will again take a time 3 or 4 months. i will asking i gave the complaint past 1 year back i[censored] not complited 3 or 4 months ah. saying sorry sir.he was said i know that particular area is going on the network problem. I agree so give me time sir. i was asked sir you are know the problem going on there but why should not be clear there.again they will said arrange to clear problem.i will told sir now i not able to use vodafone number.but they will not care about my problem. simly asking time only.i am very sad to say this Sir.i feel so sad.bcoz my bussiness purpose only this Number.i trust is this problem will be clear ASAP. Vodafone — Not providing the Gprs services
I have done recharge of RS 97-gprs (for 2 gb surfing plan in a month) on my vodafone prepaid number [protected] on 25 sept. 2010.Then i have saved settings of gprs manually by myself but service of gprs did not start.
Then i have visited Bhatia Vodafone care on Ranipur more but they only registered my complain but did nothing.
So ,today its 7 oct 2010 and still i am not able to connect to GPRS services.
Please help me out.

Hello,I registered for DND by sending SMS to 1909 and I have also got the confirmation SMS on Oct 1, 2010. But, to my surprise, I still get the regular promo calls from Vodafone daily. The support is not responding properly.

My mobile no is [protected] and i am the loyal customer of vodafone from last 5 years. i have submitted my document related to mobile connection twice earlier. again vodafone is asking my documents.Is is fair to asking document again and again. no response fm customer care it is useless as usual.Moreover they have barred my outgoing. When I ask them to provide the copy of Govt order for re verification o[censored]ser no answer from them.
Vodafone — Repeated disconnection of mobile services
Dear Sir,I am having two Vodafone Prepaid Connections in my name having nos.[protected] for my official use and another [protected] for my personal use.
Around 2-3 months back comany requested to submit the documents again as per DOT guidelines and I have sumitted the same for both the nos.
My nos. were again disconnected and on contacting vodafone store they said that the verification was found negative and requested me to submit documents again, however nobody has visited my address nor any call was made to me for verification of the connection.
Since one out of the two is my official number and I am suffering huge business loss because of Vodafone.
Kindly take some necessary action in this matter.

Vodafone Prepaid (Punjab) — illegal/deduction from
daily basis the vodafone prepaid people are sending me messages and calling me for their VAS services activations. When i deny to their proposal and disconnect the call i am provided the information that the service has been activated on my phone, without my approval & amount has been deducted from my account. this has been done by them consecutively for about 10 times day after day. They are doing such a fraud to me. even though i got registered with DND service they are not leaving me for such fraudulence.even now while writing this complaint i am trying to connect with customer care and they are not responding after hearing my query.
