Vodafone — Conversion of Post Paid No. into Pre Paid (9628134000) - UP East
With reference to this application I (Deepak) would like to convert my Post-paid ([protected]) connection into Pre-paid Connection. It is mandatory for me because I'm unable to pay the bill which comes through the Post paid.I also could not take another number instead of this as all the concern person having this number only so, it will affect my relation if I disconnect it.
So, there is humble request to you that please change the type of connection for this particular number asap.

Vodafone — undue charges
dear sir,i'm using the matrix no [protected] for last 2_1/2 yrs. today when i called someone, an autogenerated voice came that i should submit my residence and id proof again to vodafone store. and lat last "for home collection and locate the store press *9." now when ipressed *9, the caller tone of the person i called got copied. and when i called customer care for that they said i should send "CAN CT" msg to 111. I did the same and again called customer care. now they told that i'll be charged for rs 45. for the same. now i fail to understand why the caller tone copying no *9 has been set to locate store or home collection. coz till any body press this no the caller tone starts and get copied. this is a intentional trap. however i want my refunds in billing if any thing has been charged to me, or i will think to stop this number as its not a matter of 45 rs its matter of technical trap and making customers fool. pls advise

SirI am vodaphone prepaid customer. My no [protected]. Within this year i have submitted all necessary document 03 times to vodaphone ministore at manpada, thane, maharashtra. Last I have submitted on 28/09/2010. As per them it is government requirement. 29/09/2010 it has been activated for out going call. But today 03/10/2010 it is deactivated again for outgoing call. Message showing for government requirement it is deactivated.I have tried to contact customer care on 111/[protected].But direct customer agent not in option. It is computer generated voice. I have tried with other phone, after 20 min connection nobody is pickingup.As it is chargeable for other network.What should I do now. I am doing service. In this year I have taken 06 days leave to submit document to Vodaphone ministore. Staff of the vodaphone store also not cooperating. I ask them after submission Of document why my profile is not getting updatted. Re ply It is not Your business.Last 02 Times they have not given any acknowledment, But this time I have taken one xerox as proof of submission of document. If you can transfer my leftover balance to other service provider account I will be thankful to you. Then I will disconnect my connection.

Vodafone — Reg plan change and Waiver
Hi,I have requested for plan change through written application around 27th July for all of my numbers to the executive who comes to our office.
Unfortunately Vodafone is changed the plan only for one number ([protected]) without intimating the change and another number is left as it is without changing the plan ([protected]), I have noticed this after a month when the bill got generated I have called customer care to give complaint regarding this around 29/09/2010, I have complained two things in the complaint.
1. Change the plan as per my previous request (but they have raised a new request which is absolutely wrong).
2. Since the mistake is from Vodafone end they have to adjust my bill, Adjust my payment.
After my complaint no: [protected] September (Complaint is closed by giving some nonsense reason without giving the waiver and not informed the complaint status until I called customer care)
My plan got converted on 3rd September Adjustment is not happed, customer care want to send me a mail regarding this.
Please do need full to adjust the amount and let me know the adjusted amount so that I can pay remaining amount.
I have informed Vodafone that I will not be paying bill until this problem get solved.
This is not the first issue I am facing with the Vodafone, I have sent mails to Corporate care @ Vodafone regarding this on 22 September 2010 and remainder by asking the status on 24 September 2010 I have not got any response from the customer care.
I was frustrated about the Vodafone services and decided to stop the Vodafone services.
I have called and spoke to Vodafone customer care and informed them that I will not be using these numbers anymore and asked them to disconnect he suggested me to send a mail to Corporate as per his suggestion sent mail to Corporate care regarding the same on 1 October 2010 by asking them to contact me on my Official or Personal mail for further conversations and stopped using my numbers I have not got response for this mail as well.
