I have a vodafone connection ehich i purchased in March,2010.Since then i am facing this problem that they deduct BALANCE from my phone on account of services like MCI, MusicStation, Job Alerts.
This didnt happened once or twice but about Ten times.
Last week they deducted my balance on two occasions.
I have activated DND but still i get messages for services and balance is being deducted.
I contacted Vodafone but they are not ready to listen to my complaint and say that that i have activated this service.
On two three accounts they admitted their mistake and refunded my money but still i faced a lot of inconvenience.
As a result i had to resort to this letter to reach someone who could assisit regarding the same.

hi my number is [protected] and i had submitted my documents at the time of activation of my prepaid connection(which they activate only after submitting the documents)...but now they have deactivated my called id and say will deactivate my outgoing if documents not submitted ....... they have already updated my address on the system...everything is the same nothing has changed ...... they says they want to verify ..... if they want to verify then why don't they come and verify at home ...they govt. orders then where is the documents that i had submitted when i took the connection....i says why should i waste my time to submit my docs...which they have misplaced...if they want new docs to show the govt. then they should compensate me for the same i want to find adress and name of the number [protected] thank you

My CLI was barred around 13th September 2010. I submitted my passport copy and photo at prabhadevi vodafone care on 17th sept 2010. My CLI got activated in 4 hours. Again on 25th September 2010, my outgoing is barred without any notice or call from vodafone.Vodafone — Sim renew
My vodafone sim has been out of ordered from 5 days. I have been using this regularly from 2 years. Suddenly it was rejected and when i insert it again in my mobile it shows "INSERT SIM". Could you please tell me what is the problem. And how can I renew this number. Vodafone — did not receive balance after recharge
sir i recharged my mobile on 29 sep. at 7.15pmi recharged it of 25 r.s. as i got the msg from vodafone that RC25=Rs.27 for 2 days
bt i did not get balance still
recharge was successful as i saw it myself

My Vodafone Mobile No.[protected] is the prepaid connection and after the prepaid balance amount in my phone regularly deducted without any notice by call or sms continusly for cricket and other misc. from last two to three years.But regularly complain lodge to your Vodafone nearest customer centre they are not refund my any amount which deducted by them for cricket and other expenses.This condition regulary contined by them again as per last alsopaid by me Rs.150.00 through prepaid scheme on 2nd August, 2010 in the same condition the above Rs.100.00 approx they are deducted for cricket within the 23rd September, 2010 and now the mimimum balance kept by them. After the complain to the Vodafone nearest customer centre in Dalhousie, Kolkata they are not given the detailwise statement for the above amount Rs.150.00 and not agreed to refund the deducted amount also of Rs.100.00 approx.
So, I am request to take a action for refund my amount or detailwise statement from the begining for finding the details of calling charges and cricket whichone is higher.Please reply through my email [protected]@yahoo.com immediately without delay whichever they give me the refund money immediately.

Vodafone — Misleading addition of VAS
Yesterday at about 11:15 in the night I got a message regarding activation of caller tune.But I have not registered neither I made a request for it.
Hence immediately I called the customer care of Vodafone Maharastra to know the status and the reply was system is slow unable to process your request. within 10 minutes callertune has activated for which I have not requested, and amount has been deducted from the calling balance. when I trired to reach them again the customer care put my call on hold for more than 35 minutes and I was forced to disconnect the call.
