I use Vodafone prepaid last six month No [protected], after one month we got massage learn English, but we do not acctivate, after one month we see massage
Rs 30, dedict my account, we complain Voda phone custer care . he said send sms
we send sms and we send E-Mail many time but not responce.
we request you to please close this English speeking course and return my amount.

My complaint is towards vodafone mobile service provider that why are they allowing such scamsters to use their customer databases. Being a educated and sensible fellow, i know this is fake but what about others who'll unnecessary fall prey into such scams.

Please take necessary action towards the company i.e, vodafone india mobile service provider.

Vodafone — services regarding m-surfing

Dear sirs,
i recently bought a HTC smart phone from QRS-MG road , Trivandrum,
the QRS services centre is good and the net surfing has to programmed by the service provider.
to that according i have contacted medical college branch of vodafone, who in turn told me this service is done only in vazhuthakkad, and only one one staff is doing this,

i rushed to vazhuthakkad and came to know from his collegues that this guy is not available, as he went hospital and softly reoplied to comback tomorrow.
iwent next day afternoon late again the counter staff said he went some where.

then i politely give my residence and mobile number to call me to make sure that i will get my service. his collogue scribbled the phone deatils and never called me,

what i do next. i stay in ullor and vazhuthakkad is very 6 km away from my home. their servise is very bad and what i should do next as i stranded?
