Vodafone — Ad Hoc Cancellation of a Lifetime Prepaid card
My mobile number [protected] is a prepaid card and was made a life time connection.For some strange reason the card is disconnected.
As per the terms of Life time connection I need to recharge once in 6 months and I had successfully recharged my account on 30th June, 2010 through ICICI bank vide Payment ID [protected].
However, my account was deactivated in July, 2010.
I had contacted your customer service section, and after months of follow-up they told me that because I had not recharged once in 6 months my account is deactivated.
This is ridiculous, I showed them a proof of recharge done online through ICICI Bank, which your customer service are refusing to accept.
The simple question is that, how can my account be deactivated and still recharge was done successful.
As my number is more than 6 years old, the disconnection is effecting me and my business. The number is widely circulated amongst my family and friends and also to my business contact.
Your careless attitude is affecting me both personally and financially.
I want my above number to be re-activated at the earliest.
Vodafone — without any notice blocking of the numbers
With due regards this is to inform you that i am the user of Vodafone prepaid service from more than 6 years and in between these six year i have always submitted my documents for verification and that is almost 12 times i done that but this time i don't know what happen they blocked my two phones without any information(no sms and no computerized call) my numbers are [protected] and [protected]. There helpline numbers are always busy and not providing satisfactory replies. I just want to know that the service providers don't have any responsibility towards there customers. Vodafone — Incoming call number not displayed
Hello,Mobile is not displaying the incoming call number.I have submitted the address and ID proof documents required for the same twice at the Vodafone store Kormangala ,Bangalore, its been month i have submitted my documents but still it has not been corrected.

when i send a text message some times it sents n many times it does not ,..
its also not receiving messages many a times ,..

now what should i do ,...

Vodafone — Loss due to disconnection of outgoing and Internet connection
Dear Sir/Mam,My name is Narendra Kumar Yadav and I have a postpaid connection (No. +91 [protected]) of Vodafone company. My maximum limit is INR 3200/-. My bill is generated on date 11th of every month. In current month (i.e. November) I have activated an Internet plan named VMC (Vodafone Mobile Connect) on chargeable basis of INR 499/- for a month. In this plan Unlimited browsing and downloading is free (Excluding of those sites where the downloading charges is mentioned as confirmed by VODAFONE COUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE). This plan was activated on my mobile around 17th November.
But, When I started to use the plan, the normal charges of internet is also starts to add in my regular bill. Hence my bill amount also increases respectively and after 4 days my bill amount reaches upto my maximum limit. Due to cross the limit my Outgoing is disconnected by Vodafone which is wrong because I have sure that I never use any sites which is chargeable. Second thing if Vodafone provide such internet facility then they must have two different ways for talking plan and internet uses. I invest my Rs. 499/- for internet but I am unable to use the benefits of the plan and losing also my outgoing calls.
I have talked with customer care executive regarding this but they are looking helpless at all time. They told me that your connection will be activate only on condition when I pay at least Rs. 2000/-.
Why I pay Rs.2000 instead of Rs.499/- ??
I am Project Engineer Sales in a company and currently I’m handling very sensitive projects. Due to disconnection of outgoing I am facing lots of problems because only this no. is circulated in all vendors, clients etc.
So, Kindly request to please resolve this matter as early as possible.

Vodafone — Unauthorised Charges/ Invalid account
I have not used a number at all however i was charged 6200. Need your help in coming out of this issue.They say that the number is on my name hence i have to pay... it looks like they faked my adress.

Hi, I have a vodafone karnataka number. I have recharged with Rs 29 i.e. Per day 100 local SMS free for 30 days. But In the night 12 to 2 SMS are changed, they gave a silly excuse that in that two hours of time 100 SMS will be credited, the duration can be extended to more that 2 hours also.Secondly, from the last 3 days they have not credited any single SMS to my account. From their end it has been told that there are some "Technical issue" so that no SMS is being credited. Now I have paid money to have 30 days service, why should not I will be getting that service? If I do SMS mean wile they will be charging it and there is no option of refunding that.
My complain number is [protected].
If I call Customer support they hold me for a long time after that they disconnect the line. I do write a mail to them but did not get proper reply from them.
So If I have paid to have service for 30 days they should provide it.

Vodafone Essar East Limited / Postpaid Connection No - 9836487676 — Fraudulent billing by Vodafone
Sir/Madam,I used to have a postpaid connection of vodafone
(Phone No -[protected]).
For several months I observed that the postpaid bills that Vodafone used to send me were abysmally high compared
to my phone usage. In one of the bills they even claimed an amount to the tune of Rs. 154/- as ISD call charges, although
I never made any ISD call in my entire life. I sent them an email metioning all these complians. The email is attached herewith for your reference. In reply they claimed that the bill they sent was correct.
I stopped paying their bill thereafter. After a few days they disconnected the connection.
Recently I recieved a letter from advocate of Honourable High Court of Calcutta where the advocate claimed Vodafone Essar East Limited as his client and asked me to pay them them an amount of Rs.830/- in addition with an interest rate of 12%.per annum on the amount. In the letter it has also been mentioned that if they don't recieve the amount within 10 days they are going to start legal proceedings against me in civil and criminal forum of law.
Please save me from this organised form of cheating.
