Vodafone — Activation of Phone

I have taken 2 numbers from Vodafone [protected] and [protected] which was not activated till now from 8 after second verification done and submitted, I am calling every day at least twice a day and I get the same response from all that in next 24 hours my phone will get activated which never happen now. I spoke to one floor manager after that manager's stopped taking up my call whenever I called up I was put on hold with no response. I am highly dis-satisfied with Vodafone service in Gurgaon. I am Vodafone customer for last 4 years in Hyderabad never had such issues, my Hyderabad Vodafone number is [protected].

Not getting any proper response, If Vodafone is not interested in activating my phone please let me know so that I don’t waste my time waiting and doing follow ups

Vodafone — Refund not received from 2 month

Hi Sir / Madam,

I am Viresh Shinde live in mumbai, I applied for Prepaid to postpaid connection at Vodafone Store at lower parel (Paninsula Tower) Branch for my Vodafone number i.e [protected] and i paid Rs 500 for deposite but the connection was not activated due to address verification as per vodafone custumer executive (But the verification guy come twice at my home and had tea). after one month Mr Devesh (Manager of branch) told me that my request can not be complited because of address verification is negative and he will refund my Rs 500 within 1 month but yet its not refund when i went there now they told it will take 60 days.
Please tell me what to do???

Hi,
This number [protected] claims himself as Guddu Khan is disturbing me unneccesarily and when we tried him to stop by calling back he uses all the slangs in the world.
