This is to inform you that I Ivon Massey facing problem in my billing details for [protected].As I called up your customer services today to my surprise I came to know that I have been charged for Blackberry Services since April' 09.As you can check that I have never used Blackberry services even I do not have Blackberry handset.I bought new Blackberry handset few weeks back.As you can check in your system that which handset I was using previously.As per your representatives I have been charged since 2009.I have never checked bills as I totally trusted your services and I have no issues reagrding connection.However,I cannot understand that how the big company like Vodafone can do this to it's loyal customer that you are charging me for Blackberry services which Iam not using and I am very disappointed to know about the charges.Now these guys are not giving me any satisfactory reply they are telling me that i am have sent message to get these services activated.I got a new blackberry handset last month and previously on that handset my freind was using blackberry services.When I called up Vodafone customer services they told me that services are already activated.Then i tried to use services on my blacberry handset and these services are not working.They told me to restart handset and then try and services does not started.Now my concern is that i want my money back for the services which i am not using.

dear sir/madamI am Shekhar Biswas, I am using the services of vodafone telecommunication & my no. is [protected]. the complaint is- few months ago I got an IVR call from vodafone for activation of caller tune service on my cell phone no. [protected], they offered me that on activation through that IVR there is no charges for song selection only I have to pay the rental charges & I got that service for few months, But on[protected] my caller tune service is deactivated by vodafone without any deactivating process done through my cell phone, and without informing me, When I complained for this into customer care the told me that you have to activate caller tune again, and you will not get the previous service again.

Vodafone — disconnection problem
I take one Post paid connection from you through Aluva Vodafone store. While taking the connection the executive collected Rs 300 from my side and inform me that this would refund in my next bill. Till now that is not refunded. In the last month I inform this issue to your videophone store and they told me to adjust this amount in current bill but that also not yet done. And in my billing time they again called me and I raise this issue at that time then they inform me to pay the bill less this amount. So I paid my bill so that I have 300 Rs pending in my bill. Now my connection is disconnected , then I contacted customer care and paid 300 today morning. Till this time my no is not activated. Pls take this as serious issue and correct my problem as earlyMy no is : [protected]
