Hi,
I had sent the pervious mail on 4Th November’2010 & has not received any resolution from your side yet. Neither have I received a response from you regarding my concern even after repeated mails.
Currently (As of Today Nov 8, 2010) my Unbilled transaction amount stands at 1244.00 INR/-. Which means for the last 9 days (From 30th Oct – 8th Nov) I have been charged INR 1244.00 /- & my credit limit is INR 900.00 /-
As a Vodafone customer I really feel cheated with the plan they promised me. If this is happening with a corporate plan subscriber it is rather painful to imagine how unethically Vodafone must have dealt with other customers across the country. This unthoughtful way of handling consumer’s concerns is not acceptable at all by any consumer & this behavior has created tremendous mental pressure on me.
I now wish that I had never taken this connection from Vodafone & would like to solicit judiciary action against Vodafone in the honorable court of consumer rights in India as per my capacity as a consumer If my concern is not immediately dealt with utmost respect, sincerity & urgency.

I am writing this mail to draw your kind attention to my situation & for an immediate solution to the same. (Account no:- 8.11527171.00.00.100100, Current talkplan:- VG_Corp_IT_99)
Kindly find my problem below
1) I was billed INR 271.31 /- for my usage till 28th oct’2010 from 4th oct’2010.
2) Then (As per the below mail) The “Vodafone Live @99 Unlimited” service was activated on my mobile on 30th oct’2010.
3) Today I checked My billing details and found that my -
Billed outstanding amount -- INR 271.31 /-
Unbilled outstanding amount -- INR 727.70 /-
Credit limit – INR 900.00 /-
4) Which means that for the last 5 days (From 30th Oct – 3rd Nov) I have been charged INR 727.70 /- . As per my communication with a Vodafone executive I was told that, these are not the actual charges that I have to pay. On my billing date the discounts as per my corporate plan will be applied & then I have to pay only the “charges for my phone calls + 99/- + (whatever taxes apply)“ as I am only surfing internet using the VL service & not engaged in any file downloading.
5) Now the problem with this arrangement is that, with this kind of exorbitant charging done daily , My outstanding will exceed my credit limit in 1 or 2 days. & then Vodafone will stop the outgoing service on my connection which will cause a lot of difficulties for an average consumer like me. I cannot pay this amount as these are not the real charges.
Under these circumstances, I as a consumer asking you to solve this matter immediately.
1) Kindly confirm me about the charges (“charges for my phone calls + 99/- + whatever taxes apply“) that I have to pay (pt 4 above).
2) As per the executive’s suggestion kindly stop the billing immediately so that my credit limit is not wasted & I do not face into any other undesired difficulties.

Disconnection of card number [protected]Number [protected] was deactivated on june July due to some sim problem.
We have received an amount of Rs. 8500/- in the statement for which we have not utilized.
Further to add it was already intimated long time back to the executive of vodafone that the number ([protected]) was already deactivated. today we came to know after the enquiry that this number was used for internet purpose, which was not used by us.
