My Self Manoj Jain,Do not disturb service is activated at my number [protected] after that I m getting continue the market massaage and I m fed up with this. Pls stop this with immediate effect.

Vodafone, Kurla Store — fake offers and mental harrasment
Myself pradnya satardekar,I m a student,23 year old.I am using reliance card.3 months before i had received a vodafone call from kurla store with operator name Riya.She is forcing me so much to take new card,nearly for 2 days continuesly.i told her that i want prepaid card not postpaid..but she forced me,and told me that u take this post paid card,scheme is that she'll convert it to prepaid after paying first bill,dont use it.u give call after first payment to me or kurla center .
I took 2 cards withnumber [protected],[protected]payment of 400 Rs.I paid first bill of both cards as rs.110 and 111 respectively without using those cards.my total expenese without using is rs.622 rs.i had been calling in kurla center for whole month but they ingnored my calls,by saying Riya is not available,please hold,riya will call u later.Riya is having Lunch..on that month vodafone people calling me n telling to use those cards otherise ur service get stopped..so i use one card for just 3-4 calls and 2-3 msgs,by their request.N den in next month vodafone send me again bill of rs.107,rs.rs.358.
vodafone is giving fake offers..they dont conver my card to prepaid according to the offer they told me..not even i have received any gift as they told before..and now they are calling me n telling that they will take legal action aginst me if i dont pay 2nd bill.
I am a student and now i really cant affort to pay more 465 Rs. more without really using cards..Please help me,i need to complaint against vodafone,mainly aginst their kurla center.

On Nov 28,2010 i got a promotional call from Vodafone , and i ordered a postpaid connection, vodafone representative came to my place to deliver the sim, it was a blank sim and they stated that i'll be able to get the number next day and it will start the same very day, and from Nov 28 till date i have not received any call from Vodafone and i am trying to contact the store manager- Raj he is also not taking my calls, i registered my complaint at nodal office also still no action has been taken.
Being a reknowned brand in telecommunication such attitude is not expected.
IN future i have to think twice before having vodafone product.

Vodafone — Cheating the customers
VODAFONE COMPANY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS : Complaint against the Vodafone & the staff for talking rudely and not giving proper information and also for cutting the line. On 24th November, 2010, I had purchased a sim card from the vodafone store where i paid Rs. 106 including for new scheme as mentioned. My card got activated within 2 hrs. At the time of purchase of my sim card I submitted my address proof along with my photograph. Later next day I received a message stating that I have to submit my documents again or my line will be disconnected. I went to Vodafone stores he told me to avoid the message as nothing will happen. On Saturday 27.11.10 my line was disconnected , so I went to vodafone store to ask why it got disconnected , the person told me to submit my documenst again, I therefore submittied my documents again with my photograph. On sunday my card was activated again. Then on tuesday 30.11.10 i received a scheme to pay Rs. 115 and enjoy talk time of Rs. 230, i got my scheme activated after paying the said amount. After an hour i recevied a message that i have to submit my documents again, and my line got disconnected within no time. If my line had to be disconnected then why did the Vodafone company send me the schemes queries where i got the scheme of Rs. 115 activiated. This means that the Company is Fraud and are cheating the customers. I request you to solve the problems and activate my card and give me my scheme back of which I have paid Rs. 115 to the Vodafone Company. My Mobile No. is [protected]. Is this the service the Vodafone give to the customers in fact the vodafone company should not activate the card until all the formalities are done. This is the best part of cheating the customers once the scheme is activated and then the line is disconnected by the Vodafone Company. I called up the customers service but they were rude in speaking and was not ready to co-operate. The Vodafone company should stop cheating with the customers by wrong way of making money. The Sexual abuse and messages on mobiles is a crime where u will have to give a Police complaint, it is a cyber-crime where the person will be arrested immediately, if your complaint is not taken u can proceed with handwritten or typed complaint to the local Police Station or the higher authorities, an FIR or CR will be registered against the said person who sends you the SMS, you can proceed with your SMS and also you can record the conversation of that person once he comes on the line while speaking to you. Produce your SMS and your Conversation to the Police Department as your evidence to the complaint you have made and the action will be initiated by the Police. Give your entire details to the Police if possible to the Lady officer who will help you and solve your problems.

Vodafone — HARASSING MY FAMILY MEMBERS & SAYING ABUSIVE WORDS
This is a very urgent requirement for details of a vodafone number.The Number Details is [protected].He living in UP.A person from this number is giving miss calls to my family mobile number & harassing them.When I or my sister-in-law called in that number the person or owner of that particular mobile is saying abusive words.And some time he sent many adult sms.So,I need immediately the details of the particular person who is owning the above number to take necessary steps against that particular person.MOHAMMED ABID Respected Sir/Madan

I was contacted by PAGEPOINT SERVICES (I) PVT. LTD. (C-58 4th Floor, Tirath Singh Tower, Community Center, Janakpuri, New Delhi-58) executive Mr Sumit ([protected]) and his senior Mr Deepak ([protected]) who told me a very good post paid plan (TALK 175) and collected Rs 250 from me against reciept no. 821 dated 24.11.2010 along with my ID and Address Proof, and gave me a new SIM. They assured me that my number would be converted within 2-3 days time, but till now my number has not been converted and both of them refuse to pick up their phone.
I dont mind if my number is not converted but I am more worried if my documents could be misused by these people as may not be able to visit their office being busy in my job.
Please some advise what should I do?
