Vodafone — Non responsive on a complaint of a maid service still not activated

Hi, I am Ayon Dubey, and I have been trying to get the Vodafone Live Service settings on my cell phone. Every time I call the customer center the give me a new message to be sent, I have logged a complaint to vodafone for same as well. After their asurence that the call will be addressed in 24 hours, its been 3 days now and no resolution is done. Moreover I am not able to connect to the customer center as well.
I have been facing this issue from more that a week now and I have already activated the Internet Pack for my number [protected].
sorry for the above i typed, more people cant understand last two call i cant speak clearly, because both time i get while i am in driving.. for that only i mention suppose i get third time also... and i am using air tel network

Vodafone — undue international roaming charges

I was in singapore fr personal visit , first of all they activated my international roaming without my persmission secondly they deducted charges though i didnt use their facility.third after coming back to india they charged me again mentioning that i did not deactivate the services . this is nothing but looting and now they are not ready to reverse my charges have spoken to rupali prabhu from the so called appelate office of vodafone who was of no help at all and neither was she willing to share her designation or provide numbers of higher authorities.their customer service centre is pathetic.

Vodafone — 2nd complaint regarding the blocking of the outgoing services of 9899282919

With due respect Sir/Madam this is with the reference of my previous complaint made by me on 27th Nov, 2010 at 3:26 PM. regarding the unnecessary blocking of my prepaid phone numbers [protected] & [protected]. After making the previous complaint to you they started our phones within 3 minutes without asking any documents, but after 13 days again they blocked my 1number([protected]) and this time after blocking the service they send me a message and the message language is "Important! OG Service has been barred on this Vodafone number due to non submission of docs. Please submit your docs within 24hr to enjoy uninterrupted services". I m unable to understand that after blocking the service of my phone without informing me in advance what type of justice they have done with the customer because after barring of the phone this type of message does not make any sense. I have already told you that we submitted our documents almost 12 times and again & again they block my numbers and this time my one number [protected] is working and another one [protected] is blocked the address profs and other documents are submitted by me for both the numbers then how the service provider will do this? This is my humble request to you please make some action or please suggest me something because if the educated people face such type of problem then i am sure that the uneducated or lower class people may be harassed by the service providers because they don't know regarding the consumer forums. Waiting for the positive response.

Vodafone — 3rd complaint regarding the blocking of my prepaid number 9899282919

With due regards, this is to inform you that i am the user of Vodafone prepaid service from many years the experience is really very pathetic because the services are not good. I have already made 2 complaint-on[protected] and[protected] regarding the blockage of my above said number. Now i just have only one option that is to file a legal complaint against the service provider.

Vodafone — messages received at unearthly hours

My mobile no is [protected]....on 8 dec I made a change in plan .....unfortunately I received a confirmation of that change in plan at 01:46:33 hrs on 11 Dec 2010.....Vodafone tag line 'HAPPY TO HELP" stands null & void in a situation like this....who on earth would want be happy 2 receive a message at such an uneartly hour....this is the second time in a row that this has happened with me....as a result could not go back to sleep immediately & had to wake at 7....& ended with a terrible headache...I am a Renal failure patient & as a result the entire day was wasted.....

I cald at 7.20pm...on 11dec & spoke to Bhavan who refused to connect me to a Supervisor /Manager ,totally ignoring my complaint & terming its as "no big issue"..even told him that sumone Senior should call me in an hours time to attend to my grievance ...its an hour an a half since I spoke to Bhavan & no one has bothered to call.....so ineffect Vodafone "IS NOT HAPPY TO HELP"

I want some kind of compensation for this unnecessary harassment on the part of vodafone....or will take some legal action ....as you are aware the same has already been implemented in other parts of the country.....:the so called marketing messgaes ....the person sending the message can be penalised for a large sum of money....I want some action taken on a priority basis or else & will go legal
