Vodafone — call closed with solved

Dear Sir

I am using vodafone mobile service([protected]) from last 4 years. but from last 2 months i m facing numbers of problem while dialing to another network, it always give me error like"number you are dial does not exist". i changed my handset and also confirm with some vodafone users, they are faci9ng the same problem while connecting with Idea.
i already submitted complaint this more than 4 times , but they used to closed the same without informing me and the customer care of vodafone is very well unknown and do not bother about customer complaints. TL of customer care(1110 directly told me he dnt knw abt technical problem as this problem related to network. is this customer care or customer SCARE.

2. That the complainant is searching for a job for which he has registered his name in timesjobs.com by availing internet facility.
3. That the accused persons are the higher officers of VODAFONE, ESSAR SPACETEL LTD, at Module –A, 2nd floor, Fortune Tower, Chandrasekharpur, Pin-751023, Orissa, Phone Nos-[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected]
4. That on 10/10/2010 the accused person No 1(Yoshdhra Mukharjee) called the complainant to attend an interview for the post of GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE in SWITCHING, and the complainant believing the said accused person and the company to be genuine came to Bhubaneswar. When the complainant reached at Bhubaneswar on 15/10/2010 to attend the interview to be commenced on 16/10/2010, the accused person No 3(Satayajit Dash) let him to Hotel Bari International.
5. That accused person No 1(Yosdhra Mukherjee) had given strict instruction to the complainant not to come to the accused persons company unless until he is called upon and till then he is to wait for the calling of the accused persons.
6. That on 16/10/2010 at 8pm accused person No 1 came by her car bearing registration No WB 2 U 8535 to the complainant at Hotel Bari International and congratulated the complainant that he was selected for the intending post at Indore Branch of the said company and gave the complainant an offer Letter having terms and conditions of job vide letter No VODA/REQ/ORI/083452, Ref: [protected] and told the complainant to deposit a sum of Rupees 52,500/- in cash before accused person No 2 as security deposit, accordingly the complainant deposited the said amount before the accused person No 2, in this effect an agreement was executed between the complainant and accused person No 2. The accused persons after taking the said amount took photocopy of complainant’s mark sheets and
original PAN Card and original Voter ID Card. In the next date the complainant left the place.
7. It is pertinent to mention here that the complainant was getting calls and E-mails from the accused persons in the following Telephone numbers

Dear Madam/Sir,

I am using mobile no.[protected]........ 30 Rs. was debited on 16th dec 2010 as i by mistake pressed the hello tune activatio key, when i called the customer care department to credit my account with Rs. 30 as it must have got actived unknowingly, in spite of that the executive i spoke with expresed his incapability and was rigid to do the same...

The story does not end here, on 18th dec 2010 again while I was talking to one of the no at 4.18 pm and when the call was ended i received one mesage from vodafone citing that my caller tune has been activated against my request it was a story which was beyond my expectation n belief. I again called to customer care and made request to the guy i spoke with but he was also reluctant n bluntly said money would not be refunded under any circumstances...

My point is, why a consumer shall deactivate if he/she needs such facility? And even after de-activating and paying the fine for no fault, why he/she would go for another activation of the same period for which the amount has already been charged?

Vodafone — Non-activation of international roaming

I had planned a holiday in Thailand and before leaving the country I called the customer care of vodafone and inquired about international roaming. I was told that it is pre-activated, monthly rental for the same is Rs. 99, and other call rates. On landing up in Thailand, I found my incoming as well as outgoing calls barred !! This caused me and my family great degree of discomfort and inconvenience. Also, I found that the rental of Rs 99 was deducted.
Now I am in full mind to take the company to consumer court for the misinformation provided by their customer care and the inconvenience caused as its result.
Also, I tried reaching their customer care again a few times on return but there's no option to talk to a representative and the existing ones I knew about would lead back to the main menu.
