Irregularities in services
Hello sir,
I’m using vodatone but in these days i’m not satisfied in your service
My vodafone number is [protected] & my complant is that I’m unable to connect any call due to activated call barrings. Two days ago my avl. Balance is (-) 10Paisa & my current balance is 43.23 Rs. But I’m unable to connect any call.
So, Plz cancel activated call barring of my vodafone no. [protected] for smooth service.

Vodafone Live — for not giving correct details of account as well as false information
Sir,I Prabhakar pandey took the connection of Vodafone and my mobile No. is [protected]. On 30.12.10 AT 10.00PM I recharged of 4 Rs for 100 local and national sms and i send many sms to my friends till 12.00 as the validity of the sms card was only for one days that was till midnight. In the morning when i woke up then i was to call some one then it was answered that you have no balance i was surprised because till midnight i was having balance of Rs.7.00 and on my balance was Rs-187 (minus one hundred and eighty seven ) then i recharched of Rs100 and again Rs.200. Thereafter i maked a call to Vodafone Care on 111 which was received by the Mr.Hari Dutt and he replied that you was using Vodafone Live and your GPRS was activated at that time therefore Rs.187 was deducted from your account, and he advised me to call on 124 for the details of the account but on 124 no details was available then i call on 111 Mr Balvinder replied that as the GPRS was activated on your connection therefore Rs187 was deducted from your account when i asked about the time when i used internet on my mobile he did not answered and said further i can not tell fro any complaint you can call on 198 then I maked a calll on 198 this time Mr. Dharambir was replying and he gave me false information when i asked for how to deactivate the Vodafone Live services he replied that send SMS to 111 by writing DCP VL and he was not answering my any questions/grievances rather he said "pata nahi kaha se aa jate hain" then he disconnected the phone. it is very important here that he also says that due to Vodafone Live your balance has been deducted, however i again called on 198 this time the person who was talking with me neither told his name to me despite my repeated request nor asked my mobile no.and said that you have send MMS on 30.12.10 therefore your balance has been deducted and without giving anymore reply he disconnected the phone from his side and said you may complain to anyone. What a surprising gift has been given to me by Vodafone Services i will never forget. please take action against the all the employees who had not duly replied to my grievances rather misbehaved with me and also given me incorrect information.

AFTER DOING RECHARGE I MADE A CALL AND AT THE SAME TIME SOME CALLER TUNE GET LOADED AUTOMATICALY AND MY BALANCE BECOMES RS -3. Vodafone — unnecessarily cutting money
Dear Sir,I am Sathish and had company subscribed vodafone mobile no [protected]. For the past two months the Vodafone company has been cutting Rs. 30 from my mobile number (Post paid) under the pretext that Vodafone Romance WHICH I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED.
I have called 111 and categorically stated that I am not interested to susbscribe this scheme but inspite of that they are still cutting amount. I HAD CALLED 111 MORE THAN 10 TIMES NOW FOR CANCELLING THE SUBSCRIBTION BUT THEY HAVE NOT HEEDED TO
You are requested to take action aginst VODAFONE.

Vodafone — stopped the services without any intimation and without any reason
I had taken a new vodafone pre-paid connection on 2nd week of December'2010. After using the number for around 2-3 days, suddenly one fine morning the services of this new connection withheld by the service provider. All incoming and outgoing calls were stopped. On enquring the same with the store keeper from where I purchased the vodafone connection, he further enquired with agent. Next day he updated me that I have to submit the papers again. So I did. I submitted my Voter ID card copy, PAN Card copy and the latest vodafone post-paid bill copy (which I have been using since last 4 years) as a proof of address. Today is the 3rd of 2011 and connections still not restored. The reason I am posting this complaint is the service provider has withheld the connection with all the amount I recharged on this connection. This is nothing but making people harrassed and making easy money. sir

Vodafone — Duplicate SIM Not provided
Dear SirI am subscriber of mobile No [protected] and [protected]. Few days back I and my brother had gone to Vodafone office at Railway Road Masjid Chowk Kapurthala to report loss of my brother’s SIM (Mobile No [protected]) and to request for new SIM. After giving documents to the official there we were informed that the office was not having post paid SIM. Its been now nearly a week the duplicate SIM has not be given to us, which amounts to deficiency in services. At them time of activation also I was troubled a lot by Vodafone and I was forced to file a case against them. I seems that vodafone officials are taking revenge of litigation between me and the company at Kapurthala.
Please take necessary action.

Vodafone — outgoing & incoming calls stop
Dear Sir,my no. is [protected] was 2 year old but last before few days outgoing & incoming calls stop of this no so please check it. my voter ID card copy submited for documents because i am not your new customer. please solve this broblem.

Vodafone — Service blocking in spite of providing all documents
I had received notification through sms to submit ID proof & address proof last 3 months back. Accordingly i had submitted the necessary documents in Vodafone Mini Store, Anekal, Pincode-562106. Later my caller ID got blocked 3 times & each time i submitted the documents in the above store & got the service reactivated from there. And yesterday I got an sms request once again to submit the documents. I called up the customer help & checked with them. The person there assured that he will escalate this issue to his manager & i need not have to worry about this. But today, both my incoming & outgoing calls as well as messaging service has been completely blocked. I am not even able to call customer care 111 or 198. This is totally ridiculous & harrassment from Vodafone.
