Vodafone — Misleading sms from Vodafone costs me Rs 84
I got the same message from Vodafone despite having DND active on my no.and i got misled and activated it which took my balance to Rs -28. I called the customer care immediately and asked to refund the money but they say once activated theres no refund. I had made a lot of complaints to the customer care and still get the misleading msgs. I never used the benefits of the bonus card and after a few days i recharged my mobile to make my balance to Rs10, send a msg to a friend and used facebook (not more than 150KB of data) To my surprise my balance was again Rs -4 and when i asked the customer care they say i exceeded the download limit by just a 10 minute browsing.I request all customers with similar problems from Vodafone to file a consumer court complaint and share the case no in this forum which adds more strength to our complaints. I gonna do that.
WAKE UP GUYS AND DO SOMETHING TO STOP CORPORATE LOOTING. IF WE CAN'T NO BODY CAN!

HiI Gaurav Chatkara buyer of vodafone no. [protected]. address 5, Duplex flats, Gurmandi, Near Rana pratap Bagh Delhi - 7 . Vodafone Sales man Mr. Suraj has alloted vodaphone no. [protected] , sim no. [protected], Cf.no 82261216, charged Rs. 250/- on dt- 4th Dec. 2010. Receipt no. 12863. Vodafone executive verify all the documents and address properly. But my no. still not activated.
After 5 days vodafone executive called me from this no. [protected] and said that u have to pay Rs. 3100/- more, then your number is activated otherwise your number is decativated .Because executive said that someone allready paid Rs. 2700/-. Vodafone executive haresh me all the time for that amount (Rs. 3100/-). since 10th dec. 2010. So i have requested to you plz allot my no. For this i wil always oblized to you.

Vodafone — Irregularities in services
My friend Kuldeep Saini purchased a new connection ( [protected] )on25th Dec 2011.The connection is on the name of my friend Kuldeep
Saini. All the supporting documents for Kuldeep Saini's verification
were provided at that moment.
Yesterday a person did the physical verification of Kuldeep Saini.But
still that number got barred.
Today morning when I called the Customer care at 111 , executive's
behavior was not appropriate.He was continuously chewing something and
talking very rude.He told me that your documents have not reached to
us , so your number has been barred.I tried to convince him that as
physical verification has been done so there is no point that
documents has not reached to you.
I again tried at 111 and then after 10 min of conversation person told
me to call on [protected] for a post paid connection.
Then I called on [protected].They told me that your verification came
to be negative.As Kuldeep Saini is not using this number.Vijayendra
Bhati's verification was negative because there is no supporting
document available with them.
I told the executive that this connection is on the name of Kuldeep
Saini.And his physical verification has been done.According to
executive he can't do anything as person who did the verification of
Kuldeep Saini gave them the reason that "Kuldeep Saini's verification
is positive but Vijayendra Bhati's verification is negative as there
is no documents available for Vijayendra Bhati".
I again called at [protected].Now they are saying verification is
positive.But it will still take 24 hr for SIM to get active.Because of
this reason I missed my very very important call.Because of this I am
loosing my very important job opportunities as I already have
distributed this new number to all the concerned person and now they
are not able to reach to me.
Please do the need full to activate this number([protected])
immediately.I was not expecting such type of irregularities in
operations of Vodafone services.Earlier I was a AIRTEL customer.I was
very satisfied with their services.And now again I am thing of going
back to AIRTEL. Also the IVR service of Vodafone is very poor.There is
no direct option where you can talk to Executive directly.No
intimation was given prior to barring of number.

Vodafone — automatic activate the caller tune ,without command
i have recived a message from vodaphone at 04:53:46pm from no. 56789 . in the message i see that callertune on my has been activated on my no. [protected].i never gave the request of callertune and then they said 45 rs deducted from my balance within few minutes.i am cofidant that i never gave the request for callertune.i am facing this problem continously many times.i complating on vodaphone coustmer care several times but i never got any respons. take some quick action take some action
