Vodafone — deduction of balance and misguided information by customer care executive
respected sir,this vodafone network is creating thunderstorm in my life..on sunday,i just received a message of some service activation,without any request from my side.and they deducted my balance with Rs 49.after that,i called to customer care n the executive guided me to call 121 and register for the refund of the service.i did that.121 said me to wait for 24 hours.when i checked my balance on tuesday,the deduction was still not added to my balance.i again dialled the customer care.but this time ,to my shock,the executive said that we cant refund u back,coz u were required to deactivate the service within 24 hours.now we cannot help u..now u enlighten me..what should be done..m just so fed up of all this....

Vodafone — excess of charges in bill
Dear Sir/ Ma'am,I have charged for the services which i haven't used, that' s Rs.699/- Vodafone mobile connect. after activation they haven't sent any settings or any thing so that my phone can actually get started with the same. i have tried but unable to use the same, for which they have charged me in the bill.
Vodafone — Debiting of amount from Mobile connection
Sir,I am submitting the followings for your kind consideration please:-
1. On 04 Jan 2011 at about 8.00 pm & 9.15 pm i have send SMS 'CHILD' on 56161 after seeing add on TV for Reliance Insurance.
2. On 05 Jan 2011 at about 6.00 pm i have received a message from Vodafone ChatService that " Your request for subscription has been submitted successfully, you will shortly receive your chat ID via SMS".
3. On 05 Jan 2011 between 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm i have called on '111' for the same that without requesting the service how come a message will come.
(a) First time at 8.38 pm on 05 JAN 2011 (Time 17 seconds) Vodafone customer care representative said that there is no request from your side and you don't have to worry at all for subscription and debit from my balance.
(b) Second time at 8.39 pm on 05 JAN 2011 (Time 4.54 minutes) Vodafone customer care representative said that please talk to our supervisor but he has not lifted the phone.
(c) Third time at 8.49 pm on 05 JAN 2011 (Time 6.54 minutes) Vodafone customer care representative said that please talk to our supervisor but he has not lifted the phone.
(d) Forth time at 9.00 pm on 05 JAN 2011 (Time 2 minutes) Vodafone customer care representative said that please talk to our supervisor but he has not lifted the phone.
(e) Fifth time at 9.02 pm on 05 JAN 2011 (Time 2.14 minutes) Vodafone customer care representative said that please talk to our supervisor but he has not lifted the phone.
4. Sir, in the long above said process i have loosen around Rs. 4.00 and for activation of services, which i have not asked for they have deducted around Rs. 30.00 from my mobile account.

Vodafone — Faulty mobile Not replaced
I have purchased vodafone (Model VF 527) with 2 years replacement warranty. it was speaker not working after 6 months. i complained about it with warranty card with bill since mobile not replaced. i was informed that we have no stock. please give me the current location ohaving no. Vodafone — excess Charges and interference in my privacy by sending SMS on my SIM No 07379531007
I m using Vidafone SIM No [protected] UP East). They are charging Valu added services amount although I do not activate or require their such services.yesterday they deducted Rs 10 from my accounts on thE name of activation of NEWS ALERTS. I never activated NEWS ALERT as such I desire reversal of this deduction of 10 Rs.
They are pressing me for Rs 30 for so called CRBT band Service although I never activated any such Service.
I activated DO NOT DISTUBE even then they are sending me SMSes and interfaring in my PRIVACY.
Interestingly on 111 their customer care only IVR is available and one can not talk The Customer Care Executive. Moreover on their website NO mail address is available for lodging the complaints.
Kly help me.

hi my no is [protected]. i have recharged my mobile with 14 Rs for 3 days internet browsing. Suddenly after 2 mins Browsing i have got -36 balancePreviously it is 8.00. Today one customer care executive told me ur amount will be refunded becoz u have used only 32Mb.but i coudnt get my balance till today.they r not regestering my complaint. i will go to consumer Court Defenetly. this is Second time.

Vodafone — Setting Caller Tune Without any approval
I called up the vodafone customer care on behalf of my mother (Mob no:[protected]) to clarify why they are setting Caller tune without any approval from the customer still they are not able to answer. Do not disturbe service is also activated still to take out the amount from the customer they are doing these nasty things which is not correct. If this will continue then we have to go with some other provider. i want to know the owner of following no. [protected]&[protected]
