Vodafone — network not getting

dear Sir / Madam,

am V.Senthil kumar, vodofone customer for past 2 yrs. my no.[protected]. Past 3months am in Chennai. If am in Chennai my mobil phone showing Roaming symbol. I asked Customer care of vodofone. They told me that no charges for that and also no roaming for chennai.

But my last bill, they are charged Roaming. Today i mailed, and they given response to me . they insist to SMS deactivate Roaming to 111. i sms the same.

Now, am not getting the Network, am very much struggling, i dont know how to contact them with out network.

so, please tell me how to handle the thing.

Vodafone — Threatening sms and Calls

The Person with Mobile number with [protected] name laxmikant verma always send me cheap and threating Sms's and Call's regulalry i m so in much in trouble from the last month, his name is Laxmikant and he is residence of Gwalior plz Vodafone Comm. Company do something instead i will lodge a complain on you also i am a Government Employee.

S i agree all of above complains.

This is Shankar I Have [protected] vodafone connect at last Year First three months activated some alerts after i complaint at 198 they will credit my amount back after fourth month they charges each time for sms but i am not using any sms alerts.

Now from days i am getting cricket Alerts 3 days back i accled they say no charges. Now from 2 days they charges 5 rs per Day. Now i called them same issue They give process CAN ALL to 111 Not working replay as invalied process After again called they say 124 dail 6 this is also not working again i called 198 they say CAN FS to 111 its also not working 7 times called to c.care KAMAL, Rajesh, Sai, Vijay and other all are giving invalid information no use. finally i called 111 (Charging 50p per 3 min) they so visit Vodafone store they will help tomorrow Sunday, Gain Monday today's i need to pay 5 rs per cricket alerts who is the responsible ? We r Responsible we r choose this type of company's who r taking money with out proper Activates. Looking to start New portal for Indian Telecoms Companion &after sending to TRAI may be they will take action

Vodafone Telecommunications India — Vodafone customer services

Problem: I am unable to receive text's from my banks, just dial, from some colleagues, any alerts, etc via SMS' on my vodafone number. I have been speaking to their hopeless customer care who only keeps promising that someone will get back to me. But no one does. Despite several calls & complaints to the customer care centre, Vodafone is not willing to accept fault in their network and keeps redirecting me to other institutions like my bank etc.

I am fed up of their service and I wish someone does something about this.
