people... are u all crazy?????????? Hw wud someone get u d details? juz coz some dumbo started a post, and d comments poured in for 121 pages?????? Except police ppl, no one can get the details of a number legally.. illegally U can try to catch up some ppl working in d concerned customer care centres... those are the ones who can really help u guys... lol... :P

Vodafone — Beware of Vodafone Data Cards

Hello Friend,

I have bought vodafone data card one month ago and it was run fine one month, but after one month I have refilled Rs. 98/ as per scheme then when I connect to the internet it just not connected and get a error RAS-635 and its totally not working. After that I was called to customer care many times 7 to 8 times but I had get most nonsense replied from the customer care end and already 3 days gone my problem is still occurring.

So, beware of Vodafone Data Card and its service. NOT to BUY and NOT to SALE VODAFONE DATA CARD and VODAFONE internet service.

but yesterday ( 21.01.2011) the vodafone company deducted my 150 rs without any reason and customer care told me that we cant help you about your deducted amount & also say You can go for consumer court so my honerable people how can we truston vodafone so dear people by my opinion change ur vodafone to other service provider thanking you

Vodafone — Amount Debited but recharge failed

Dear Vodafone Team,

This is with reference to mail Dated Jan 20, 2011 that I tried to recharge my Vodafone Prepaid Number i.e. [protected] for Rs. 501 through your online service Using my IOB Debit Card. After the much fuss I could not succeed though the amount has been debited from my IOB Account. I always use to recharge through online but such thing didn't happen. Till now I did not get back my Rs. 501. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. The Transaction details is give below

Vodafone — not getting enough internet speed

This is a complaint for Vodafone Mobile Broadband USB internet, The company has claimed a network speed of 25 to 50 kbps, but in reality the speed lowers down to even 0 kbps range. The network is very fluctuating. If the company cannot provide us a uninterrupted network then it should not commit anything.

Vodafone — rash behavior by Santosh

I am using phone No.[protected] of vodafone ( earlier Hutch ) since almost 8 years and until now i have not erred on the payment of my bills.

But today a person by name SANTOSH has called me from Collection department and used very rash and offending language . In spite of the fact that i told him that i have made the payment well within the due date and also have sent him the SMS received from Vodafone acknowledging the receipt of the payment he repeatedly call me and shouting that i have not made the payment.

Finally he admitted that he is supposed to dile some other number but he is dialing my number by mistake.

It is a SHAME on part of Vodafone to have such type of irresponsible people working for it and the company owes a apology for me

Vodafone — ACTIVATION OF SONG DOWNLOAD WITHOUT REQUEST

VODAFONE ACTIVATED SONGS DOWNLOAD LINKS THROUGH INTERNET, WHICH IS WITHOUT MY REQUEST OR KNOWLEDGE.

THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE RS.5/-PER DAY AS PER PACKAGE OF THE COMPANY, BUT IN BILL THAT IS CHARGED UNEVENLY SOME MONTH RS.15,70,155,160,145,145,150,125

THIS IS FRAUD. THEY STARTED THIS CHEATING/VEGETABLE VENDOR BUSINESS AFTER I HAVE OPTED ECS PAYMENT.

THIS PROVES TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ECS PAYMENT SYSTEM.
AND COMPANY TAKING UNDUE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMER, ESPECIALLY LIVING IN METROS AND BUSSY IN THEIR WORK.

BY THE TIME WE NOTICE THIS KIND OF FRAUD, THEY LOOTED CUSTOMERS IN CRORES.
CHARGING SUCH A BIG AMOUNT i.e.RS.150 PER MONTH AND HAVING CRORES OF CUSTOMERS, COMPANY IS MINTING MONEY.
