i m using vodafone postpaid number since last 5 year now i have converted it into prepaid & for that i have submitted the documents, in that doc some errors was there then i submitted the document again even though my outgoing has not started then i submitted the documents third time very carefully then after my outgoing has not started it indicates the vodafone is not giving the better services. now they again telling me to submit the doc but now i m totally harrest & one more thing is at the time of postpaid i hv given the direct debit facility to vodafone, due to converted into prepaid they have taken excess amount from my bank, how can they do like this if any one is giving the direct debit facility to anyone & they are doing the fraud like this so i request you to pls take up this matter first is not given the good service & doing the fraud against customer direct debit facility. sir, i am a subcriber of vodafone NABADWIP WEST BENGAL CIRCLE my number is [protected] approx.20 days have past huge massages have been sent by company and deduction Rs.7/-per two days from my account without any information. so, pls.help me and relef from deduction money from my account i am trying to contract customer care of vodafone but no reply

Vodafone — Charging More Money for Calls
Hi,I made a call for 21 minutes and 53 seconds from my vodafone and my call rate is 50p/sec (Time of call:[protected]:24 PM)
It will be charged for 22 minutes and the amount will be Rs.11/-
But Rs.12/- charged from my balance. What hell is this.
This is not for first time. Since one month I am observing, If I made a call for more than 5 minutes, most of the time vodafone charging an extra amount of 50 paisa to 150 paisa.
Open my call log from vodafone and verify the call durations & amount charged.
I don't tolerate this type cheating. I want the list of call log for my number with call durations & amount charged.
