Vodafone — Non-activation of DND facility even after registering for the same

Dear sir,
I have taken a prepaid connection from Vodophone Karnataka circle with telephone Number [protected] and promptly placed a request to the agency to activate my "Do Not Disturb" facility (DND) by sending an sms on 21st September 2010. The company never cared to activate the facility and my repeated calls to the agency has fallen on deaf ears. Even after a period of five months I am being troubled by unsolicited calls and sms which is causing a big nuisance to my life. Please guide me on the procedure to be followed. I have logged a complain regarding bill plan unnecessary attached on 22nd Oct 2010. I called to customer care at least 20 times to resolve the issue but nobody resolve the issue even they barred my all outgoing call when I called them to know why it was happened so they told me because of your unbilled usage exceeded the maximum time limit I again request them to resolve the issue erliest as you can. I mailed 2 time to Vodafone resolution team directly (Vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) & receive a auto generated mail that issue will be resolved within 2 days. On 1st Feb 2011 my all services has been barred because of this I have suffered a lot of problem. I drop my 4 days cab in the morning because of this suffered 1500/- loss for half day penalty, I lost so many my personal calls which was related to policy payment confirmation related I could not be updated & my policy laps so I have to pay 1000/- as penalty to revive it again. I am suffering a lot because I do not have any other number as the alternate. So I want that what I loose by the disconnection of service reimburse al the amount & start my connection as soon you can. If you are comfortable to do this then O.K otherwise I am going to consumer court to sue the Vodafone and the all CCE those miss guide me all time when I called them.

I am enforced to comment on Vodafone's staff as careless and lazy for taking care of their customers complaints.Despite nearly a month having passed by and my five to six requests regarding above mentioned subject to Vodafone,no solution has resulted till to-date.Non-action for a complaint of which a sum of Rs.2/- is deducted per day only seems to be playing the staff's role as pick-pockets.This situation will certainly worsen for Vodafone considering their non-solution to their customers complaints and loss of name and fame in the market after having a sad experience gained by their customers.
Desired action may please be taken now in order to have same prior good experience as mistakes result from all o[censored]s.

Vodafone — ISSUING OF SAME NUMBER TO OTHER CONSUMER

Dear Sir,

I am working in State Elecy. Deptt and an official vodafone No. [protected] is issued to me, which was active till three days back.

Vodafone Mobile services in the last bill for the period 04.12.2010 to 03.01.2011 have charged me for GPRS services that I had made a request to deactivate in April 2010.

I have been regularly paying their bills and this time I have paid them short for the services. The total amount that has been billed is Rs 3862.99 and I have paid them Rs 749.72 (Towards voice charges)

I have been getting regular calls from, their team requesting for the payment. I have simple asked them to show me the service request authorisation where I have requested for the same.

They have not been able to do so.
