Vodafone — VMC charged excess for GPRS

I am a Vodafone Post paid user. Have been using Vodafone for the past 10 years and have been happy so far.

I activated Vodafone Mobile Connect (Paln Rs. 198) on 24.01.2011 at Kellys Vodafone store, I was informed that I will be having 4GB free usage. I had a shock when I received the bill on 4-2-2011, I didnt get any discount and have been charged for the full 2GB. When I inquired they said issue will be resolved. I paid the bill placing my trust on them.

Again, I have been charged for the full 1GB I used in February without any discount for the usage. When I inquired at Kellys Vodafone store, they say that they do not have any records about my complaint.

Moreover, I gave a port-out request on[protected], I received a call from Vodafone Customer care informing me that there is special offer for my number and that I will have free Unlimited GPRS usage for the next 3 months. Have been trying to contact them and again they say they do not have any record of offer.

THEY ARE BIG CHEATERS. So planning to move out positively now
