Dear Sir,
i have purchased 4 postpaid connection from vodafone company.
Numbers provided by Mr Pawan no [protected]
when numbers are given to me provider told me that both numbers are
unlimited free to each other. but when bill reached to me there is no
unlimited connections so thats why my bill of vodafone number goes to
1588.00 for the last month.
when i m going to vodafone store at jamalpur they told me numbers
are free to each other and i called to Mr pawan he give me number of Mr Dharuv his
number is [protected] he also told me that number are unlimited free to
each other.
i tried lot to solve this issue but all invain.
Now ougoing of my number [protected] is barred even i have deposited my
bill on dated 10-02-11 Reciept No 059106 dated 10 Feb after many time calling to customer care no one listening my problem.
This is for your kind information that i m not responsible to make
paymants of my any kind of dues of my all numbers.
Kindly disconnect my all connections i dont want to use this kind of
service.
after many time talked to vodafone store at Jamalpur Number is

Complaint Against: Vodafone
dear Sir/ Madam,
This refers to the issues over the past 2 months with regards to the billing issues on my del number [protected]. I have been in discussion with Mr Jigar from Vodafone on the same, the same is yet unresolved.
On 27th april 2010, I had deactivated my GPRS services as I have taken another number for data services. The same services were non operational from then, until the past 2 months where Vodafone activated the services without informing me about the same. I have no problems in paying if you prove that I have called Vodafone to restart the services.
I have been calling your call centre regularly on the same and I have made it very clear that I shall not be making any payments for data as I had not requested for it, nor Vodafone informed me about the services been restored on my number.
This number I have been using majorly for Incoming calls and taken a very basic plan.
I have been calling up the call centre, been in discussion with Mr Jigar and your tele callers as they are harassing me for the short payment of Rs 3111.00, which I have refused to pay.
I have got my current bill for period 04.01.2011 to 03.02.11 for Rs 10,836.61. Please be informed that I shall be making payment only for the voice calls made by me.
I have lodged a complaint with the consumer court and shall take it on a higher level i[censored]nresolved by Vodafone.
I got a letter from Mr Grufan Khan which refuses to reverse the charges.
Kindly help!

Vodafone — Scheme activation
I switched over to Vodafone last week from Reliance.I have 2 issues :
1. I am unable to activate Rs.89 sms pack on my number, everytime i do it.. it says unable to process your request now ( i had no other scheme activated then).
2. your numbers 198 and 111 are Useless.
Whenever we dial 9 to talk to your representative, it doesn't work.. and its been happening since 4 days now..
is this why you say "everybody's welcome?"
Vodafone — Unsubscribe Services Charged
Dear Sir,I got a call from Mr Kevin and I have told vodafone that we will take this to court. I have requested for the activation authority given by me to Vodafone to activate my GPRS connection, I have registered my complaint with their call centre and lodged a complaint with you.
They are white collared Cheats!! Kindly help me to sort this out.

Vodafone Cellular Services A.p — false promise
I had a postpaid number [protected] when I was working with Sutherland Global Services where I worked till May 2010. Even after relieving from there I used the number and paid the bill on time. Later I shifted to bangalore and I left the sim in A.P with my family, they used it and paid the bill till september 2010. I have requested them to convert it to a prepaid service before I went to Bangalore which they accepted and later after 15 days they said they could not change my number to prepaid service and did not give me correct reason. so I did not pay the bill after september and my family used te number till october and they disconnected the services to the above mentioned number. After a long time without informing me or mailing me regarding the payment or change of services they sent me a court notice on[protected] and are saying that I need to pay my bills. I have mailed the concerned person and communicated to him reagarding the same he said if I clear the outstanding bill I will get the number back with prepaid services. I paid the bill and contacted the nearest store they said that I need to pay 500 to activate the number and that too a postpaid number, prepaid services cannot be given to the number that is in deactivated for more than 60 days. This has not been communicated to me by the person I wrote the letter to regarding the notice. I request you to take care in to this matter.Vodafone — Prank call

DearI am a customer with Vodafone (Mobile # [protected]). I have this number for more than 10 years now. I recieve approx 20 SMSs everyday from different real estate agents/developers.
This needs to be stopped and my number is already registered under DNC register.
