Vodafone — recharging not allowed why ?
last 5 days m continously calling to custumer care .but anyone not care me why?
i am recharging a Rs 69 tariff but output is RECHARGING IS NOT ALLOWED.
every custumer care are saying that after 24 hrs. ur service is start but its very imp. for me that i hav no bal. and its very urgent to calling by our no.So wat m do?
pls urgently solve this .

I am living at hyderabad in kukatpally. This one of the famous place in hyderabad city. Here there is lot of signal problem. My house at near by main road. But i am not receving signals. I thinik u r network is not good. In kukatpally there is no Tower. Pls establish one tower and solve my problem. Sir,
On 25th October2008I submitted my photo identity card, resident proof and recent photo at your vodaphone serviced center, Ishanpur Ahmedabad. I paid necessary amount and i was given new number [protected].After the span of nine days my phone has not been activated. this is my second e-mail but my complaint falls on deaf ears. I have experienced the worst example of your poor service. Now i have made up my mind to withdraw my connection as i am horrified to think of your further poor services.
Please look into the matter to connect me or help me to refund my amount.

Vodafone / New Post - Paid Connection — Vodafone New Postpaid connection process
Dear All,I have bought a new post-paid connection from Vodafone on 15th October 2008. All was well for the first week of its service. Then all of a sudden they disconnected my phone line.
On calling up the Customer Care, they informed me that my name verification has failed. The Data Entry operators at vodafone have incorrectly entered my name as "Rakesh Javkar" instead of "Paresh Javkar". The person who had come for verification had not come to my place with prior intimation, since the person of that name doesn't exist he failed the verification. Although, he was smart enough in calling me up after visitin my place and told me that if anybody from vodafone calls up tell them ur verification has been done, but i informed the customer care about the same.
With no fault of mine, i visited the nearest vodafone store and submitted my written application for changing my name, but it hasn't been changed yet. My phone line is not functioning for past 5 days now. Every time i call up the customer care number, they speak what they are taught during the trainings, which at times sounds very irritating. .. like rest assured sir your service would be started within an hours time ... it doesnt for next two days ... again you call up ... your service request has been forwarded with highest priority sir, your services would start within next two hours .. wow ... it doesnt for the next 3 days ...
Everybody has different reasons to give for starting of services, but nobody has the right path to resolve a problem.
I am a customer of vodafone since the days it was Orange, but it seems these people have messed up the business and no longer take care of the customer queries.
They are NOT happy to help :)

I have a vodaphone mobile connection no [protected]. I received a bill for the month of AUGUST 2OO8 for Rs. 938.12. I deposited the sum of Rs. 950.00 on 08th of September 2008 at Time Telecom, a vodaphone mini store situated in Mahanagar Lucknow UP. Even after depositing the bill amount I am receiving every day a call from vodaphone that please deposit the bill for the month of August 2008. The people from vodaphone are disturbing everyday to me. I have also called the vodaphone helpline no 111 and registered my complaint to them(coplaint registration no [protected]) but the people working on helpline no are also not cooperatin to me. There fore it requsted u kindly look into the matter and resolve the probelum. pls let me know where to complaint as i have a doubt that my number is getting tapped..being a vodaphone number(post paid connection) i want to confirm how to get confirmed about this doubt pls let me know on my i.d as what is the next step after this complaint..do i need to go to police?? or it cud be sorted out with the help of vodaphone only..
Vodafone — deduction of money even after unsubscribing for a service
hi,I unsubsubscribed from fundoo pack service (this service send us funny messages every day) provided by vodafone on 4th Nov'08 in the morning around 9:30 am. I got an instant message saying your subscription will be deactivated within 48 hours. After 12:00 pm on the same day i stop receiving any messages from them as well which clearly shows that my subscription was deactivated. Two days later i.e., on 6th Nov'08 i got a message saying your subscription for fundoo pack has been updated & Rs. 30 got deducted from my account. This is clearly a case of misguiding & cheating the customers. Kindly do something regarding this.

Vodafone — vodafone, misleaders ,cheats!!!!
Recently i took a prepaid card for my blackberry in order to get an internet connection for it.When i enquired about the inrenet connection, i was told it would cost Rs 499 for 500 mb free usage and 10ps/10kb henceforth.But after a using it for only two hours my bill amt grew to 1000 rs and my conection was cut off.I paid rs 1000 to reactivate my connection and after 3 days o[censored]sage my bill came to another additional rs 1000 and my connection got disconnected again.Within 2 days of disconnection, my bill amt increased to 2000 and then 3000 when i wasnt even using my phone.Later i came to knw that internet for blackberry for rs 499 offers on 500 kb free usage and costs 15ps/kb after that.I realised that i had been mislead and cheated by vodafone.Unfortunately this is becoming a common trend and and end has to come to such misleading and money making .My number is [protected].Im not subscribing to vodafone again and make sure that my circle of friends stop using vodafone!!!Vodafone — Their billing mistake - Cut of my services without informing
Both I and my husband have incoming/outgoing calls barred. Without any information, without any reminders. Why??? Because Vodafone made a billing mistake. Both o[censored]s have set auto pay from our bank accounts, so there is no question of bills not being payed. vodafone presented a bill of only 43 Rs in the month of Aug (for both o[censored]s). They presented a normal 400+ plus bill for September. In October they suddenly realised the billing mistake and added it up and presented a 800+bill. We were out of station, and auto pay limit was set to a lower amount (because the bills are generally 400+). The due date still has 2 days to go, but we have both our outgoing and incoming calls barred.All customer care officers are rude and will sub 0 IQ. They are simply not able to get the problem. Huge inconvinience while International roaming. We have left an infant at home under nanny's care and she cannot reach us on mobile. Now I have visit their store to pay up.
I am sooo thouroughly frustated. Anyone else with similar experience?
pl restrict all automatic call from vodaphone to change callar tune and other call unless i will not request.
