Vodafone India (Delhi) — Refusal of waiving the BIll
Hi All,I have been using vodafone from past 3-4 Yrs, But after the takeover by vodafoe the services has worsen.
In Sept 08 & OCt 08, I had faced a lot of netwok issue in indoor,
Then i logged a complaint with vodafone and their technical team confirmed me that the issue persist and they are in the process of rectifying that issue.
Mine concern was that if Iam making any call to anyone and the call drops because of the network technical issue then its vodafone fault that they are not able to proviode us the service.In this case they must reverse us the money for the calls which has been dissconnected because of the techinical issue.
Even the Customer care executive also confirmed me that the its a fault of vodafone and they start apologising and but they are refusing to reimburser me the money back.
In addition to no one is giving me proper response.
a lots of case has been logged from my side but no positive action taken.
even some of the case has been closed without knowing my concern.

Vodafone — problem in bill payment
my cell no is [protected].i am a postpaid customer .my vodafone bill for the month of september has been deducted twice .amt 1485.please check this .your executive is asking for bank statement .this mistake is from your side you check it within 2 days or disconnect your service.Vodafone — pathetic services and insensitive attitude of useless customer care executives
My no is [protected], The day i have taken this no. i have lodged a complaint for network problem, Becuse of the same, even while talking connected call get disconnected very often, their meter starts even the call is not connected, call drop problems etc. etc. Initially they tried to convince me with number of false committments that department is on job, some bdy will call you and visit the place etc etc. But till date niether any one has visited nor called me on the same. Because of which to make a single call i pay amount od 10 calls. yesterday when i visited the store at kamanhalli, banglore they told me that its a technical problem and booster need to installal and it will take another 2-4 months time and its up u now. it means they indirectly meam to stay 'if i hav a problem get it disconnected.Moreover regarding the payment followups and harrasment, i would say these road side beggars are farvbetter then these Vodafone beggers.
I have been paying regularly that too on time even after such pathetic and lousy services, It seems that vodafone has hired educated trained beggers who get charged immidiate after the bill is generated and waiting for the instruction (choo...) and they are least bother about the due date. I get not less that 8-10 call for the payment and not for complain which i had registerd long back. It is such a road siders approach, they set the credit limit, they set bill due date and once the limit is over they either start begging for the payment or bared out going calls niether they stick to due date nor will increase the limit. I havent seen such a unproffessional approach and ahungry company.
The quality of manpower is not even a presentable, talking to them and get the solution is far away matter.
More must to mention,
What ever they do is the company policy, i.e. keep the ball on their own court and play as per your convinience. It seems they have got the licence to harrass the customer.
So my request to you is Get the things upright ie services and they should ask for payment either on due date or after due date bacause credit limit is their problem.
Also please let me know whether we can imposed any harrassment charges on Vodafone or if required can file a case for returning the money which i have payed against their services.

Vodafone — First call wasting every time
Hi,When ever I'm making calls every time the first call is being wasted.
Unnecessarily we are paying bill for that call.

Vodafone — Blank calls from a Vodafone number
Dear Sir,We have been receiving several calls at all hours of the day and night (including past midnight), from a Vodafone number [protected]
When we try to call back, we get a beep tone or a message saying that the Vodafone customer is busy on another call.
We do not know who this caller is nor do they wait for the call to be completed. The connection is disconnected within a couple of rings (without waiting for us to pick up).
I request you to please look into this matter and advise us action taken as this is causing us a lot of inconvenience and intrusion of privacy.
