Dear Sir,I had perchased a post paid collection from vodafone anand branch with talk plan axis149(E1786). But after some times they changed the same plan to another one without any prior information with outgoing high rate call plan. I followed up so many times but I was not got satisfactory answer. Vodafone — dactivated my mobile no9820924511
My mobile no.[protected] is dactivated without any information since 6th Nov. 2010 . Number of complaints had placed. No action has been taken. My vodaphone connection is prepaid. At the time of dactivated of number the balance amounts are laying there. Vodafone Mumbai Billing — Incorrect Billing By Vodafone for Numerous Billing Cycles
Dear sir,I have been a Vodafone customer for the last several years & been continuously incorrectly billed on numerous occasions. However in the company has been making incorrect bills which range in the thousand of rupees. Eg: For the month of November 2010 the company has charged me incorrectly approx INR 10,000 for sms usage which was completely free under their unlimited sms @ 149. In my current bill for the billing cycle of January 2010 the have raised a bill of INR 5026 which includes INR 4182 charged against Vodafone live usage & INR 6 for 2 MMS. On approaching the company’s customer service via their helpline, nodal office, appellate authority & Vodafone store, Prabhadevi I was informed that
•The charges are accurate but the store technician could not find the settings for Vodafone Live & MMS. The technician also failed to explain why HTML emails on my blackberry failed to display. Further he also did not find any applications that stream data on a continuous basis.
•The Nodal office representative Ms. Balvinder Kaur even accused me of switching handsets & accessing the Vodafone live services. She also stated that the charges were due to me checking websites & you tube videos. Also it was communicated that the company’s systems were accurate.
•The Appellate officers Mr. Ghufran Khan & Ms. Vaishali Shinde also have stated that they cannot reverse the charges & the same is accurate. Also it was communicated that the company’s systems were accurate. They also provided me numbers for the MMS that the company has charged. On confirming the same with records maintained by me MMS for number starting 08050 is actually an email sent, details mentioned as follows (Emails address have been shortened to maintain privacy of individuals).

Sent on my BlackBerry® from Vodafone
The second MMS to number starting 98700 has not email/ MMS ever sent. The number belongs to my mother & her service provider has also confirmed that there was no email/mms sent to her number. Apart from that I have no record of any emails /MMS being sent on the 11th of January as communicated by Ms Shinde.
Further to this I have obtained the Vodafone live settings only on 11th February 2011 10:21 PM via an sms sent by the company. Prior to this I have not requested Vodafone to activate any of these services apart from the Blackberry services at a monthly rental of INR 299. My previous bills do not show Vodafone live active.
I have provided evidence to the company that the bill generate by them is incorrect & even tolerated their rude staff at all levels however they refuse to accept this error is due to their system. After exhausting all methods of resolving this matter I am turning to you to help me find some resolution to this matter.

Vodafone — bill not recd
Dear Sir,I have 3 no of vodafone and two month bills are coming after two month bills stop to come. Every two month the same practice has done. This month no bill has come no massege has come up to[protected], An evening of[protected] the massege has show the bill amount and next day is last date of payment. every time i have paid penelty for dely. but this month I will not deposite the bill amiunt without recd the bills. And I will not pay the penelty amount for this month and future if the bill will not recd.
