I am using Vodafone post paid connection for the past 7months and for the past 6 months, I am getting my bill amount between 600 - 700,

My plan is 149 rental + Vodafone Mobile connect unlimited

Vodafone — Charging without consent

I have a Vodafone number [protected]. About a month ago Vodafone started charging me Rs 5 on a daily basis of some contest they activated on my number without my consent. At various occasions I called the customer care and requested to deactivate the contest activated on my number, but in vain. Im still paying Rs 5 daily without any reason. They are not even providing me the details to Port the number to TataDocomo.
I have never came across such autocratic and unresponsive behaviour on part of the customer care executives. One of them even started abusing me for calling time and again. If vodafone is loosing customers after introduction of MNP the existing customers should not be used to cover their losses. They should increase their customer base and not take advantage of existing customers.

Vodafone — Problem with Blackberry Services @9819476596

Dear Sir/ Madam,



I request you to kindly check the log of my complaints regarding blackberry services from 23/02/2011. My Blackberry services are not working and I am not able to visit any website through BB application since 23/02/2011. My BB model is 8830.



I called numerous times but the customer care is not able to resolve my complaint. I am a pre paid customer and have enough balance always to pay the monthly subscription fee. If you look at your legacy data, you will notice that I have been a High Value customer since 2007. I am sure you have many more customers who have much more value to u than me.



For last 2 days – Monday & Tuesday when ever I call up 111/198/[protected] I cant even speak to the CC executive for some unknown reason. The IVR doesn’t even give the option of talking to any one.



Have you shut down your BB service and CC just for an irate and lost customer like me??????



I am sorry to write this today but I have switched off my mobile phone since last 3 days because I am TERRBLY IRRITATED by Vodafone’s apathy!!! Till today I have held very high regard towards your product and services but not anymore.



I am sure threats of changing my service provider will fall on deaf ears because you have ample fools using your pathetic services and banging their head on the wall.

Vodafone — Mobile portability network

Hi Sir,

This is Ramakrishna by using the mobile portability Network i have converted from Vodafone post paid to prepaid plan in BSNL.

As per the messages received from 1901 i have paid the bill 445.00 on Februay 5th and requested them to disconnect same day they told me that within 3 hours it will be disconnected and the connection got disconnected on 6th February 2011. from 6th february onwards BSNL network is activated. i have received a SMS on 10th february and it is showing as your vodafone bill Rs.126.54 due and pay the bill before 28th february. i went to BSNL office they told me that please ignore the message becuase you already paid the amount Rs.445.00

Suddenly my number [protected] got disconnected and i went to check with BSNL office Kothapet they told me that you bill amount is due i.e. reason it is disconnected they asked me to contact vodafone office.

I have already paid my bill on 5th february 2001. how can they generate bill again on 10th feb 2011 ?

Please help me and advise me how you want me to go about

I'm vodafone customer from Karnataka, My number is [protected]. I am using this number past 5 years,I never had any problem except the outgoing call rates.Recently i called vodafone customer service to request a best special plan since im a very old customer,they said,they will get back to me within 24 hours,after calling 15-20 number of times,they were giving false promise. Now i request vodafone to give me best outgoing plan, to remain in vodafone else i will go to consumer court regarding this complaint number until i get the proper solution from Vodafone.
