Hi,

There was promotion mentioned on vodapone website, stating if i buy Nokia e7 with them or any of the nokia stores, i will be getting free internet for 6 months. But till now it has not been activated and when contacted them, they have no idea about this and not at all taking any action, its already been 15 days...

Vodafone — Unethical Charging Of Money Without Discretion

Vodaofne has Been Charging Rs 5 Per Day for Star Talk per day on my no [protected] ( Talking Daily To A Superstar At The Charge Of Rs 2 Per Min After Cutting Rs 15).I Am A 76 year old citizen .Why do i need service .they have been charging this money even after my repeated calls and cancellations and when i call them they say it is non refundable .Vodafone If Going Fraud these days .The Biggest Example :- when we call at customer care center which should be toll free theycharge 50p for 1 min .I Dint think Any other company till date does this

Vodafone — Data speed

This is to bring to your notice that I am completely disappointed by the service / response of Vodafone at Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

I am using Vodafone postpaid connection no. [protected] & USB Stick for accessing the internet, since last 02 years and I had already paid 12 month billing amount in advance on 10.06.2010 as per A478 Vodafone Mobile Conn Plan.

However, since last 01 month, I am not getting the sufficient data speed / download speed particularly at my home at Nava Vadaj, Ahmedabad only and unable to access internet or download of file.

After several discussion with Vodafone costumer care, Vodafone nodal desk, Vodafone store and valid complaints no. [protected] and [protected] dated 22.03.2011 & 25.03.2011 respectively, they are giving me only assurance for another 72 hours to solve the problem but problem stand still after 01 month.

Please note, I had already informed the Vodafone authority by written mail dated 26.03.2011 about the data speed problem.

Vodafone — Wrong Deduction

I recieved a call from Vodafone stating New Caller tunes, mean while my keypad was kept lock, at that time i was listening to all songs, suddenly it said thank you for selecting the song..then my balance got rs 45 deducted(30 rs monthly rental and 15 rs song selection) , when i spoke to customer care they said without pressing it wont select automatically..i explained them that my keypad was kept lock..but they refused to refund my money.....
