R/ sir My moblie No. is [protected] .last 29 march 2011 the vodafone in company excutive call on my no. and he said me the company product of Gurnbani suvida. I am not intersted this produst.Then the 30 march 2011 morning time I am check My balance .In the blance 5 RS. cut of my Account . Then I Am call the coustmour care center .The care centre not Pic My phone .I am call another no. to coustmouf care . the coustmour excutive tell me yes your accunt in cut the 5 RS. you can call the 121 and your balance is refund in 24 hours. I am call 121 and follow the all interactions. 31 March 2011 10:54:21 am the comapany send a sms Hello! app ke Account me Gunbani_NAM ki Suvida laga di gai hai app ke accounts se 49 RS.
2 April ko kata jayega. i am call the coustmaour care centre and told him this sms the excutive tell you are call a no. and the service is deactivate and your account balance is refund .I am call the no. and all interactions follow . the next day 1 april 12:28:53 pm the company send the a same sms. and company 2 april cut in my account 49 Rs.
And Now Sir The company not pic my phone .
plz SIr i am a poor person plz refund my all balance .
plz note some monthes before cut may balance same all condicutions .ANd then time the company is not refund my balance .

Vodafone — irrelevant charges levied
i am a vodafone prepaid subscriber this is in relation to irrelevant charges being applied on my number since 12th march 2011 regarding internet usage. in view of which i contacted the customer care executive and i was told that my GPRS services were activated so i deactivated those services. following deactivation i got a confirmatory call and message from vodafone.2 days later my balance dropped to negative with credit given to me again i contacted customer care i was told that some internet services were active for which i was asked to switch off my phone n and again insert sim.After this episode again same thing happened,these deductions have continued for past 15-20 days and the customer service of vodafone have been negligent in this regard when asked to transfer the call to senior executives they keep the phone on hold and then disconnect the phone. In reference to my yesterday's call i was given a complaint no.[protected] but even after that no action has been taken. No senior executive has responded to this issue,this is simply a case of consumer harrasmentVodafone — deactivate the service (gurbani)
amount rs 31 is deducted from my acount every month plz deactivate the service named gurbaniCaller Tune — by default services activated

Vodafone — unnecessary calls
Dear Sir,My vodafone number is [protected] and I have been receiving a number o[censored]nnecessary calls and SMS everyday, at least 8 to 10 calls and SMS per day, mostly regarding caller tunes, personal lonas, etc. I am irritated to the point that I am thinking of changing services. The calls and SMS may come anytime of the day even at midnight, which is very irritating. I often have to switch my set and miss imprtant calls. Please help.

I am Ajay Godiyal taken one postpaid no for Vodafone i.e.[protected]. they given me a credit limit of Rs.500/- after two days my uses extended of 500 I paid Rs 800 in advance in between I went my hone at Dehradun they stop all the services for that no. when I come back I went Vodafone store at Mahipal Pur New delhi they told me your as per our executive verification you left that house for six month that is why we stop all the services but want to bring to your kind notice that I never vacated that house still am in this house only .
My just question here I deposited the extra amount for the Vodafone which I want refund but they are refusing to do that please help.

Vodafone — refund of account balance
I had recharged by Rs. 4 for 100 local & national sms in which 67 sms i sent and 33 sms were left to send, i sent 33 sms on 23 march but only 23 sms were sent and 9 sms were not send, for these 23 sms my main account balance Rs.23 was reduced, when my sms pack was already actvated then why main balance reducid ?I have made so many complaints for it but there is no any action were taken for it. I m very sick of bloody vodafone services
