Vodafone — irrelevant deduction of balance
i have already filed a complaint against vodafone services on this consumer forum that since 12th mar my balance is been deducted irrelevantly even though i have deactivated GPRS on 17th mar. i have called at the customer care a lot of times and they kept on telling me that the balance is deducting because of my usage of net even though i haven't and i can't bcoz i have deactivated the services. i had told them that i can file a complaint against them so they must consider this issue of my balance deductions. today when my balance was deducted and i called them ,the executive said that there are no records of deduction of my balance since 12th march. they havn't refunded my money and now according to them my balance has never been deducted .. +91 [protected]

I have purchased Nokia E5 10 days back. Vodafone has an offer 2GB / month data usage for 3 months. Mobile number : +91 [protected]...On the box it says to send a SMS as"E5" to 111 to activate this offer...
When i send an sms as above it says u have entered a wrong keyword...
pls see that the offer is activated on this number....

I have made my payment on 6th april. Due date 19th april. On 9th april my outgoing services. MAY I KNOW WITH WHAT RIGHT HAS VODAFONE DONE THIS??????? I cald up around 3.30pm n i was assured phone wil b active in 2hrs. My incoming cal is active, sms is working fine only internet is down. Switchec off the phone removed sim tried putting in other handset byt still not working. Put other vodafone sim inmy phone it was working which means no issue on the phone. Even barring service is not active. But unfortunately nothing happend. I cald at 10pm i was assured it will b done in 30 min but nothing happened.I cald at 11 i was infd more 1hr. At 12.15am again i was infd will b done soon.May i kmow why is Vodafone is making me suffer?? On top of it agent cald Suparn misbehaved n had no ans to my questions. He even refused to transfer to a supervisor n hung up. I rqst each agent i wish to speak to a senior but they replied supervisor not available n service will b active soon. I met with an accident today on the middle of the road i am begging for a phone because vodafone is punishing me without any mistake of mine. My credit limit i 3000n i have not even reached close to that. i need an detail explanation what went wrong. N wat vodafone has to say on the emotional trauma i have gone through. Vodafone — Save My Soul from Worst Service provider ever
SMS -Save My Soul from worst service provider- Vodafone.I Anish Mhaske ([protected]) Have been a elite & local customer with Vodafone since 2006.
Due to the unreasonable & unnecessary charges I decided to cancel my number .Inorder to do this I had to walk into 3 diff Vodafone stores
1.In Borivali west
2. Nr.Goregaon St
3.Bandra (W).
First 2 places they tried to retain me as I was a vintage customer by changing my plan and giving me a better plan.
Nothing worked…Irrelevant charges still continued .Inspite of me cancelling my SMS pack I am still being charged till date.
Finally, I spoke to a manager in Bandra West who assured me my # will be deactivated & all plans are cancelled ,I am no longer a part of the great service provider "Vodafone".
Still I got bills from Vodafone again after a month I went to Bandra store to cancel my #,agan I was assured by him it is done Unfortunately, till date I am still getting bills & payment reminders from Vodafone & yesterday I had someone come from Vodafone to collect o/s payment who harassed my mother & sister for money....
Being a six sigma Black Belt in Quality & also being a part of service industry for last 10 years ,I undersatnd the importance of Customer Satisfaction & Brand Image But sadly our gigantic VODAFONE is the Worst Service Provider I have ever come across..I would be putting a complaint in the consumer forum court against such unethical acts...

From my account Rs.4 is less or decreasing everyday.what's the reason behind this?
And if i try to call on vodafone care on this no. 111 or 121 then they just give information about recharge offer like "ye dbhaiye wo dhbaiye".
i am very angry about this.
I have to pay extra charges without reason.
I want SOLUTION & FEEDBACK from your side on my email address that is:-

Other wise i will switch or leave your vodafone number.

the wooorrrssssttttttttttttttttt customer care support i ve ever seen through out my life... i don understand why on eart are these vodafone executives r being paid for no work done... !!! plsssss people... whoever reads this comment, plsssss do not go for vodafone under and circumstances... its my humble pequest to all the people in world

Again I went to goregaon office and resumbit the same documents. So my question is why they can not maintain documents cos Its mismatch from their end. why we should suffer and again and again vistit vodafone store?
