Thanks for your continuous concern.but vodafone is just increasing my problems regarding to decrease.on 27 march one o[censored]r customer care executive has misguided me by saying that dial*444*5#, ur 5 rs message pack will be activated as i did this 40 mb data pack got activated for one day and my 58 rs data pack which was for one month got deactivated at that place.now my balance is in negative it is -29.96.so mine lose is now 30(missed call alert)+58(internet pack)+30(balance in negative).now tell me who is responsible for all this.?I am regular customer for internet pack now tell me what should i do.ur executive just put the call on hold...

Vodafone — Misleading information from Vodafone Customer Care

My Vodafone number is [protected]. I have choosen vodafone's VMC services and paid 699/- Rs for it. I called customer care about how to use this service and followed all instruction given by them, but after 1 month o[censored]sage they charged me around 2000/- Rs. I am continuously calling customer care regarding this but they put me on hold for long time which is some time than 20 mins and never come back again. Aslo they are not taking action on any of my inquiry or request.

Vodafone — Forceful activation of Cricket scores update (Rs. 3 per msg)

My number [protected] Vodafone Karnataka, gets regular cricket updates at Rs.3 per msg. I have not activated any such service. But its been forcefully activated. Whenever there si a cricket match in any part of the world, my inbiox is flooded with cricket scores? why do I need to know if Aus lost the Ashes tour or not? All complaints are fallen on deaf ears. And all my curreny evaporates because other countries are playing cricket?
I want this de-activated ASAP.

Vodafone Essar Gujarat — Misguide to customer about 3g Offer

You can see Vodafone advertise on TV and hording that they giving 3g free but they are not clear to customers that you pay the charge of seeing video or surfing the web site . Keen customers trap through their advertise that 3g is free but they may not know abt download and upload charges. Even company not cleared to customer abt this too. They only sent you SMS that your service is activated and your Video calling charges Rs.3/- per minute. So this is only their traping service not 3g service . Many of customers like me don't know that what is Tv seeing charges in 3g coz 3g is free and we continued to see. after that when they get their bills they know what the company giving free in 3g.

Vodafone — Regarding unnecessary balance deduction

Respected Sir,
I Jaleel Arshad Khan am a Vodafone customer.My Vodafone number is [protected].On26/03/2011 Saturday,I recieved a call from Vodafone requesting to press certain key to activate a caller tune.I did not respond to the call however, I started recieving a series of messages from Vodafone.14 messages were recieved by me stating that a caller tune had been activated for my number &Rupees 30 deducted for this provision.On 27/03/2011 I recieved such one message.On 26/03/2011,my ballance was Rupees 164.81 whereas on 27/03/2011 I found the ballance to be Rupees104.81.It means Rupees 60 had been deducted unnecessarily from my account.It is hereby made clear that I neither made any call during this period nor I sent any message.When contacted,the customer care executive denied to refund the money & wasted my time unnecessariely making me listen unwanted music for long time.All this episode has caused monitary loss as well as mental trauma to me.A complaint was then e_mailed to the company.In response to the complaint they refunded only Rupees 45 they are denying to refund whole ammount of Rupees 60
