Vodafone — outgoing call

Dear sir my vodafone prepaid mobile number is [protected]. I already submitted all required documents to vodafone dealer at the time of purchasing new sim card. But yet they are not providing their services well. They stopped outgoing calls services without telling any reason. Even I am unable to talk vodafone customer care. Kindly help me.

Vodafone — super weeks

i am using vodafone this is my number [protected]. i saw the vodafone super weeks advertisement and subscribe for the offer... they reply me you can access the social networking sites freely... like orkut,twitter,facebook but when i browse the site they charge me... they are not charge suddenly they are deduct the amount continously 5days nearly they deduct 6rs for accessing that free service.... when i call the customer care they are said that is not a free service it is a chargeable service thats way you accound deducted... the vodafone netwrok cheat the customer they advertise free free but they are charge the amount when i call to customer care they are also cheat even i call to nodal officer there is no response from the vodafone...

stupid cheating network.... they are theft the money from mobile account... this is ridiculous...

Vodafone — wrong deduction of balance

i am a consumer of vodafone. they are broadcasting an ad saying that we can use facebook for free from 16th apr - 22nd apr. i followed their instruction and send an sms to them to get a link. they send me the link and i browsed facebook on it. after i was done with it exited browser on my mobile. after that i check my balance and it was in negative. i called up customer care and they didn't give me explanation that why they reduced my balance to negative. i am really fed up with them. and they are refusing to give my balance back. please do something about it. my no. is [protected].

Vodafone — Unwanted Caller Tune services

Dear sir
I am customer of vodafone no-[protected].I am facing regular deduction of money on my prepaid bill towards Caller tunes which are automatically activated though i havent yet.I approcahed Vodafone services but no satisfactory solution yet.In just two days i lost my monet twice after recharge due to such caller tune activation.i am fedup with vodafone mobile service pls stooped these company for cheating with peoples.They are cheater.
