Vodafone — Vodafone does not allow customers to use Portability facility easily.
TRAI should take strict action against Vodafone, to teach lesion to stop cheating with its innocent customers.Vodafone doesn’t allow customers to use Portability facility easily.
Vodafone is doing nothing but looting its innocent customers by deducting balance without any information by message and when we want to know why they have done this they have no excuses but to say that we have used 3g service in stead o[censored]sing current gprs service. After that I decided to use my right and as a result of it I sent number of messages on 1900 to PORT from Vodafone to Idea, the GPRS service is the best of Idea, as I heard from my one of the friends. Unfortunately, every time I got the message that “This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try later” After that I had no option but go to consumer right court and as a result of it I made complaint as below:

Vodafone, a behind screen robber, should be vanish from Gujarat territory.
Vodafone should start open loot from people’s pocket in stead of robbing money by cheating when one trusts heartily and in reply it cheats cruelly. I am a regular user of mobile as I have a well running travelling business for 12 years, since 1999. In fact I am using cellular phones since the time when even incoming call charge was Rs. 12 Rs. Therefore I always need to maintain the balance as I not only use mobile for calling but also have to issue number of domestic and international tickets. Therefore again I recharged my no. with Rs. 500 amount and my GPRS facility was activated for many years on my Vodafone no. [protected]. The monthly GPRS charge Rs 111 was automatically deducted from my balance but unfortunately, I shocked with the surprise when I got to know that my balance goes minus. Therefore I contacted Vodafone customer care and they rudely replied that my GPRS service was deactivated and I was charged as per KB, scheme. I felt I am cheated greatly and at the same time I asked for the procedure of porting of my number. That madam first didn’t reply favourably but when I warned her to go in Grahak Suraksha she explained my how can I use my right of number portability? After that as per her information I recharged my number with Rs 30 as she informed me that I will be charged Rs 1 for a porting message request. Then I send the message on 1900 to use the porting facility but unfortunately I received the message ‘This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. We apologize for inconvenience.’ Not only once but 7 times I sent the message for the request of porting and still I am receiving this message. As a result of it, I went to a famous Mobile shop, Kosamba, where I got to know that Vodafone is the biggest cheater company and there are so many complaints they receive from innocent customers and so many people have become victims of Vodafone’s injustice.
At that time I felt that if I am an educated person, will let it go then it will be nothing but there will be so many illiterate persons again become the victims of this giant’s injustice and there are so many customers who still are waiting for justice. I am also a Human Right activist, a Member of Amnest International and with the great of getting justice I urge you to take strict actions against this fraud company.

And obviously I received call from Vodafone customer care and they promised me to get refund within 5-6 days with the condition I should not write any comment in the consumer court forum. But I still have not received my refund even after 10 days of complaint and therefore I decided to use my right of Porting. I filled up form with the Unique Porting Code VG55452 at least a week ago and sent it but now I was informed by Idea Authority that Vodafone is not ready for the approval of Porting. Today it was the last day to use this Porting Code therefore I called up to Customer Care and talked with Mr. Kalpesh Shah at 7:30 pm, 19 Nov. 2011 and I got to know that systems are down and we are unable to resolve my problem. So now, I have no option but to take the support of Consumer right and as a result of it I most humbly and respectively request you to take strict action against Vodafone authority, so they never cheat innocent customers and make Porting service flexible.

Vodafone — poor response and poor service
poor responseI am Abbas. I am Postpaid mobile customer in vodafone. In July 2011, I was applied for Bill Statement (July 2007 to July 2011) in vodafone office to claim amount from my old office. Service desk of vodafone gave a assurance to me to provide the service withing one week. but they did'nt provide the service. From July 2011 to October 2001 i was visited more than 7 times to vodafone's store. and spoke with customer care more than 40 times.. Due to their poor service i lost the chance to claim my amount from my old office. It costs around 10,000(ten thousand).. Recently i sent a written complaint to vodafone office. i got a reply call from vodafone service desk as like this..
"Sir,These kind of problem wont happen again"..
what kind of silly answer is this.?
from where i claim my loss due tho vodafone's poor response.?
Now I would like to register a case in consumer court.

On[protected] Rs. 30 rupees deduct from my vodafone prepaid account. After my previous complaint in this FORM only Rs. 10 has revert back in my vodafone account. After it next two months Rs. 60 has been deducted from my vodafone prepaid account.
When i ask to customer care Executive for this the answer of his that YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN ACTIVATED ACCORDING TO YOUR REQUEST. But this is not true. I have make many calls in customer care for solution of my problem. But they gives me always same answer.
I am in high mantle depression by this matters. I can not think anything in daily routines. My brain can damage.
So please solve my problem. And give me the suitable cost of my highly important time.
