Vodafone — Outgoing calls closed
Dear service provider,I have purchased a vodafone post paid corporate sim no- [protected] on 15th Nov 2011. After 2 or 3 days outgoing calls closed due to negative verifaction. I am sure that i live at my home or company then why my address verifaction negative.
Then i contact vodafone store i found that a security sup name show that he is not working. I am working with Sapient compant cyber green but the same named sup working also sapient but other GGN site in Infospace.
I checked my security register for the same but no person from vodafone was not came at office and my home.
I am facing chhellanges as per out going calls bared.
Kindly connectv a reverifaction as my actual address and start my outgoings calls.

Vodafone — New plan activate without proper information
Dear sir/MamAs per the discussion with Vodafone executive, They had given us wrong information regarding the plan of Rs 2499/- and Activate the plan on my phone without giving me any detailed information.
Now when i asked them to De activate the same they are refusing to Deactivate the same, while during the initial discussion activation they told me if you do not want the same you an De activate the same with in !5 Days.
While Now Vodafone Representative is refusing to De activate the same Now and saying that in case of De activation we will not refund your amount.
Kindly see this matter and Help me in this case.

Dear Sir,My name is Ankush Barua. My mobile no is [protected]. I was called to vodafone customer care 111 on 27-28 November 2011 for tariff plan 1 paisa per 2 second. Customer care executive told me you can recharge Rs 28/- for 1 paisa per 2 second for 3 month but customer care executive was not told me the last date of this recharge. I was recharge Rs 28/- on 1 December 2011 but i am not get benefit of this recharge and 2 December 2011 i went to vodafone care office but they was not help me and told me they cant do anything for me because that recharge is closed on 30 November 2011. Vodafone — Connectivity
Hi,7 years on the Network and this is what i have received from Them.
I have recently shifted my house from Malviya Nagar Delhi to Vaishali- Ghaziabad. I am now living in JMR Park Sapphire,Ramaprastha Greens.
I have three Vodafone Connections in my family and none of them have signals there. We have to run around the house to get signals. However, in the same house, Airtel Network is just fine.
Since then, I am trying to share my concern with their call center-Customer Care, they are disconnecting my calls. Whenever I am asking for a Supervisor or a Manager, the Executives are disconnecting the calls. I somehow managed to speak to an Agent this afternoon and he says that he knows the issue and it will take approximately a month to resolve my problem.
I am going crazy dealing with these guys and highly disappointed.
Any help here would be highly appreciated.

Vodafone is one of worst network i had ever seen in my hometown. last month[protected] i activated 3G to [protected] . but i was not able get the benefits out of it . same day evening about 9pm my 3G got activated . that day i was not able to use it, later i started using 3g used just 300MB approximately. currency about 160INR got deducted from account even though i had activated unlimited 3g plan (worth 825 INR)... later i called customer care and registered the complaint in Bhashyam circle Bangalore. they had promised me that currency which was deducted will be refunded and also i would get 825 INR will also be credited . i registered the complaint on[protected] . i didn't receive the currency but i had called customer care many times and they ignored my complaint just before i called to customer care but as usual they are very negligent and not providing the reliable service . i am so fed up of asking for my money ... in return they have just refunded 25INR .. i couldn't use the services its been over a month now ... but they have not turned up with my complaint . i should get 1161 INR currency back my account or else they caryy over the service to this month and refund 160 INR ... hope you can understand my problem . please i need justice ...

Vodafone — High bill
Hi,I am currently a vodafone subscriber of the phone number: [protected], I have just received a bill for the amount of INR 5733.05. which includes the charges for the internet for the amount of INR 3900 approx.
Subsequently, i spoke to an advisor in vodafone contact center on 19/10/2011, who informed me while activating the plan that it will be activated in 24 hours & it will be charged on the pro ration basis, however no where he mentioned that i will be getting the allowances on the pro ration basis, because of which i have used around 2gb extra data.
I also spoke to vodafone in previous month, understanding how much internet i have used & how much i am supposed to be using, however no body was ready to help me for the same, always keeps on informing me that you have to wait for the bill to be generated, now the bill has been generated & i have got the shock of my life seeing that i have got the bill for 5733.05.
Looking at this i am unable to understand if there system is unable to tell me how much internet i am using & how much i have used, i shouldn't be at fault, because every time i call the contact center i was informed that i have to wait for the bill to be generated.
Considering the customer's point, that if you take the plan for 10GB, you will be in impression that you are getting 10 GB data, if i would have kept the plan activated, i would have charged more amount, which i am really not happy with.
please tell me what am i suppose to do in this situation.
