This is a very urgent requirement for details of a vodafone number.The Number Details is [protected].A person from this number is giving messages to my cousin mobile number & harrashing her.When I called in that number the person or owner of that particular mobile is saying abusive words.I need immediately the details of the particular person who is owning the above number to take necessary steps against that particular person.

Vodafone — Billing issue from Vodafone

I am Corporate vodfone mobile user and have my connection for past 3 years and never faced any problems in billing from them. However this time i billed for approx 2000 rs for internet usage when i have VMC 249 plan activated and got 6 months of free usage for buying nokia E-7 . however once my 6 months free got expired i got no confirmation from vodafone and i was not even swithced to my old billing plan. Even when i confirmed customer service they confirmed me that my plan is 2 gb monthly free and now when i am trying to get these reversed the reply i am getting from vodafone is that they will not reverse these.

I belive that vodafone has cheated be by not communicating the changes done on my plans and now because of there defective billing system i am billed for 2000 rs for internet usage. can anyone tell me why would some one intentionally use inetrnet for 2000 rs when you know you can get this for RS 99.

Please get these charges reversed.

For my emergency I got post paid with the compulsion of the Vodafone store keeper instead of prepaid card.
I asked them to give prepaid card only, but they torture me to get the postpaid card and also told having lot of
features are there. But it does not have any features like that it is equivalent to prepaid card and told me having
400minutes free talk time but actually it is only 300minutes it is the first disappointment and cheated me.

Then same day night the activated that card, also I started to using it. after one week I gave that card to my brother.
After 4 days the blocked the outgoing service for that card without any prior intimation and blocked incoming service
on next 2days without any prior intimation. So Called them regarding this after 2days they told verified address was different.
But I was staying in the same address and working in same company. They noted my the address wrongly that is not my problem.
And told me, tomorrow we will come to your address for verification and activate that card.

But after 14 days they came to verification from the complaint call and on the same after the verification immediately I got call
from Vodafone store regarding address verification and told me now your card will be activated within 5 minutes(He promised).
I asked that fellow regarding this irresponsible service why are you doing like this please activate my Card immediately he told me
suddenly we will activate that card no problem sir.

But it was not activated until next 3 days from that last conversation (regarding the activation call). Then my brother throw it out that post paid card and got new air tel prepaid and using it well. After 10days my brother's friend he used that card it was in active mode. I don't know when they activated that card. They didn't inform me regarding the activation.

Note:
They know my 2 alternative mobile numbers and my mail id but there is no information for the activation. I am unable to use that card for my convenient communication for 25 days. So I asked one of the Vodafone staff to block that card before 10 days but still it is in active mode. But she told on the day to raise the complaint. By this complaint I am informing that I am not interested to use that card please block it , I am not responsible for any misuses.

Reqest: if you want to sell the post paid don't canvass anybody. and activate the card after verifying all required information of customer.

I forget to attach my mobile number to be blocked [protected](Post paid), on the previous compliant.
Please block the card for any misuse we already throw it out but for safety we are still having that card with us.
