Vodafone — Vodafone 3G data card usage problem
Dear Sir / Madam,With refencre to my 3G data card (3.6 MBPS) bought on Saturday 15, October 2011 at 5.30 pm from Vodafone store (at Sapna- Sangeeta Road, Indore) with 3G Mobile No. [protected] which got activated on October 15, 11pm. I had hardly used between 15-17 October 2011 and it stopped functioning. I bought this in the scheme where I was told that I had 2GB usage with one month validity free. Then I went to Vodafone store and I was shockingly told that your consumption of @GB is over. This is very disgusting and betraying the customer's faith by Vodafone. I can challenge that I can show the same usage of two days with other card and it will definitely not consume more than 200-300 MB. The only maximum usage was using SKYPE audio- video for 20 mins on 17th night.
Despite writing mails on 20th October and followed by Nov. 03, 2011, still did not recievd any feedback from them.
Thus I need help from Consumer Department on this issue. I would like you to see the matter on urgent and on a high priority and give me the complete usage details about each KB I had used. I am not using this 2GB plan for the first time, I have been using this plan from you broadband and which is used by 2-3 laptops on wifi and still it works for 2 months with vigrous SKYPE (Both Audio and Video) usage.

Vodafone — Dirty MSG and CALLS

Problem-1) i wanna complained against the most fraud company vodafone,
for deducting my balance of Rs.120 for Internet Browse , even iam in 2GB/Rs.98 Plan. Totally thats their Technical problem for 10days for Browse. I called to Many times to CustomerCare. they are very Irresponsible Lifting the calls. diffrent people say's diffrently about this Problem. they told me Our technical team analysed your problem, so surly we will refund your total money, but still i could n't get any Refund. some one says we all ready refund the money to all customers. some one says u can't get money, some one still u hav chance to get money....uff irritating people..
Problem- 2) i wanna complained for deducting my balance of Rs.28 and starting msg facility without my permission . no Input from my side. it's not my fault, every time i faced problems with lazy customer care employees.
Problem-3) Even in City's some areas had NO signal of Vodafone. Bad Network
Totally I feelvery Bad with VODAFONE. so strongly i decided to go with Number Portability.
