Vodafone — higher charge per minute on mobile
They were charging 50 paise per second to 60 seconds so far.From last 5/6 days I am observing higher charge of 60 pase per minute without informing subscribers.
Email was sent on 12/12 till date no response nor we are able to talk to customer service easily.
Vodafone must clarify to subscribers so that we can swich over to cheaper service providers.

Dear Sir/Madam,I have been recharged by 145 on 15/12/2011 at 7:50 PM,
during that time i got message but balance is not credited still.
on 16th i called to CC. they resister my complain ( [protected])and said your balance will credited by within next 24 hr. but nothing was happen as usual, I again called him and he said me your complain is closed and again resister the complain.
Such kind of misconduct happened again and again, why?
is this a game to you to earn the money?

I have raised the issue of disconnection of my vodafone postpaid number [protected] in the month of september in jayanagar vodafone office then they said one phone number to make a call and ask for the disconnection then I DID the same they said me to pay the bill then I said them to make the final statement then I could make it out but every month they are adding my minimum bill amount though I am not using it if asked for the particular statement then they start speaking in kannada language which I dont know.And atlast on 19th of dec 2011 they are saying me pay more than 1900 which I didnot use it. I asked them why they have included last month bill also but they are not properly giving any explanations I throwed the sim itself after breaking it due to the disgusted billing services in november itself how come the bill is generated when I said them to disconnect.On 19th of dec they are harrasing me lyk hell they are saying that they know how to collect the bill it seems they are just behaving like unprofessionals. I used postpaid for an year in andhara pradesh of number [protected] due to the nice servides provided their I took here also but they are playing with me like hell...very bad part on you vodafone. Train your executives nicely how to spaek with the customers.I am ready to pay each and every penny to get the disonnection from you. Vodafone — Fooling Customers to charge Extra bills
This is to bring to your notice the malpractices that Vodafone is following. I am not sure whether higher authority officials are aware of it.I received a call one month back saying Sir we are reducing your STD call rates to 50 Paise from Re1.
I said fine.
Whereas when i received my bill yesterday; a plan was activated without my knowledge charging 150 Rs and 300 STD mins free and the call rates will be same beyond 300 mins.
This is highly annoying wherein you are misrepresenting(hiding) the information from customer wherein the Comapny claims we are happy to help you.
I have lodged a complaint on Vodaone helpline number and i spoke to Akbar who claimed it will be settled in your next bill(Complaint No:[protected]). Lets see how it goes from here.
Its not the Question of Amount or money but is it ethical and right to do such things?
I am highly Annoyed with such strategies to make money from the company that claims to be best across country.

Vodafone — I Warns You Regarding The Port Out Problem Of 9953000083 !
Dear Vodafone TeamI was using Vodafone no. [protected] but on 14/12/2011, My no. got disconnected from all services. When I approach Vodafone Store regarding the problem then they told me that my no. got Port Out from Vodafone.
Yet I have not made any Port Out request then how this can happen?
I have some points:
1) I have not made any Port Out request.
2) If Porting done then provide me Porting Code & new Network details?
3) If Porting done then on calling [protected], why I am getting response that no. doesn't exist, please check the no. you have dialled.
4) I have made complaint regarding this with Nodal Office on 15/12/2011, my complaint no. is[protected] & Mr. Sanjay is dealing in this but all in vain.
5) The same type of problem occurred with me in August, that time Miss Neha was dealing.
Now, I am giving you time up to 31/12/2011 & requests you to make my no. active.
Otherwise on 02/01/2012, I am going to fire an complaint against Vodafone in Consumer Court.

Vodafone — unwanted phone calls and SMS
I am getting unwanted phone calls and messages from a Vodaphone number [protected] from Kerala. Few days earlier I visited Trivandrum for some official purposes, I stayed in a hotel where I gave my contact details while check-in. After coming back to my place, Jharkhand, I am continually getting phone calls and SMS stating they have my video recording in hotel room. The person is threatening me by saying that he will give that video to my office. I am really getting fed up with these anti-social activities.Kindly help me in this regards, and suggest me what measures should I take.

Vodafone — Fraud on Customers
From last 2 months, Vodafone is charging me for GPRS service. I had deactivated this service in Feb 2010, which is evident from my bill of Feb 2010. Vodafone has without my consent or without any information to me, reactivated this service and they are charging me. I made complaint to Vodafone, escalated to Nodal Officer and then to Appellate Authority but I did not get any relief nor any one was interested to look at it logically. Every one has been given a standard reply.I have WiFi at home & Office so I do not need GPRS and use WiFi to access internet though Mobile. When I started examining how these charges would have come about, I found a BIG FRAUD being committed by Vodafone of millions of their subscribers. WHAT VODAFONE IS DOING IS AS FOLLOWS:
When you put SIM in any cell, which is 3G or internet enabled then immediately Vodafone software detects it. THEN VODAFONE HACKS INTO YOUR MOBILE AND CHANGES THE SETTING BY WHICH VODAFONE GPRS IS ENABLED AND THIS INTERFERS WITH YOUR WIFI. EVERY FEW SECONDS IT DISCONNECTS WiFi SO DOWNLOADING IS DONE THROUGH VODAFONE GPRS. SINCE ALL THIS IS DONE WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT OR EVEN WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE, IT IS AN UNETHICAL & ILEGAL HACKING WHICH IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE. VODAFONE HAS NO LEGAL RIGHT TO CHANGE ANY SETTING OR ANY INFORMATION IN YOUR PHONE WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. VODAFONE IS DOING THIS CRIMINAL ACTIVITY WITH MILIONS OF THEIR SUBSCRIBERS AND COLLECTING CRORES FRAUDANTLY.
I invite all the Vodafone customers to forward complaint to TRAI and this consumer forum.

Vodafone — conversion of postpaid to
Respected sir,I on 23rd December applied for the conversion of my mobile phone number [protected] from prepaid to postpaid. i visited the vodafone store on 23rdn december at ansal plaza, south delhi, new delhi. my token number was 243 at the store and i met mr mrinal there who then send me to mr.lakshaya for the conversion.i waited for around 1 hour at the store as Mr.Lakshaya was busy in his some personal work inside with some police constable. after 1 hour he came and finally took my application along with the forms and my original postpaid sim card and i deposited an amount of Rs.
300 at the vodafone store kiosk. he gave me a new sim vide number [protected] HLR1 but it is not activated yet. after waiting on 28th december i called the customer care vide complaint no[protected] and spoke to Mr.Divakar who assured me a call back within 24 hrs but i received no call from the customer care. i am waiting to get my card converted without visiting again the vodafone store as it is not my fault
