Vodafone — Improper charges and services
My name is Omprakash Charpe. My Mobile no is [protected].It is prepaid no, and on Diwali (27/10/2011) i sent MMS (as per customer care representative ) which is not delivered to destination numbers and my balance reached to ( - 153.03 ) minus one hundred fifty three rupees. I called three times at customer care but they are giving clarification that i sent MMS and used internet.I don't have GPRS setting even My MMS not received by my friends. So how they reduce my balance. I want my balance returned .Vodafone — Lack of service
on the date 21/10/2011 i have take new vodafone 3g connection for better internet access. i have paid 3 months advanced payment for the given scheme which gives me 2 gb per months free download & 2paisa per kb for additional uses (as told by sales person of vodafone). suddenly of 29/10/2011 my connection has bared by service provider when i call the costumer care of vodafone, executive told me i have cross the my free limit(2 GB) so that services has stopped without intimation. when told the executive to restart my services then he said that i have to make a pre payment in my account before my bill date. when i told him then how much & how i can deposit any kind of payment in my account before knowing the exact bill, he told me that he can't restart my services before this payment.my all kind of business activity depends on internet, so it's a big loss of me for getting business in future.

Vodafone — Doesn't allow to use portability facility in India even after TRIAL has ordered!
Vodafone should start open loot from people’s pocket in stead of robbing money by cheating when one trusts heartily and in reply it cheats cruelly. I am a regular user of mobile as I have a well running travelling business for 12 years, since 1999. In fact I am using cellular phones since the time when even incoming call charge was Rs. 12 Rs. Therefore I always need to maintain the balance as I not only use mobile for calling but also have to issue number of domestic and international tickets. Therefore again I recharged my no. with Rs. 500 amount and my GPRS facility was activated for many years on my Vodafone no. [protected]. The monthly GPRS charge Rs 111 was automatically deducted from my balance but unfortunately, I shocked with the surprise when I got to know that my balance goes minus. Therefore I contacted Vodafone customer care and they rudely replied that my GPRS service was deactivated and I was charged as per KB, scheme. I felt I am cheated greatly and at the same time I asked for the procedure of porting of my number. That madam first didn’t reply favourably but when I warned her to go in Grahak Suraksha she explained my how can I use my right of number portability? After that as per her information I recharged my number with Rs 30 as she informed me that I will be charged Rs 1 for a porting message request. Then I send the message on 1900 to use the porting facility but unfortunately I received the message ‘This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. We apologize for inconvenience.’ Not only once but 7 times I sent the message for the request of porting and still I am receiving this message. As a result of it, I went to a famous Mobile shop, Kosamba, where I got to know that Vodafone is the biggest cheater company and there are so many complaints they receive from innocent customers and so many people have become victims of Vodafone’s injustice.At that time I felt that if I am an educated person, will let it go then it will be nothing but there will be so many illiterate persons again become the victims of this giant’s injustice and there are so many customers who still are waiting for justice. I am also a Human Right activist, a Member of Amnest International and with the great of getting justice I urge you to take strict actions against this fraud company.

Vodafone Prepaid GSM — Resubmit Documents
Dear Sir,I had submitted documents 4 time but again Vodaphone demand to resubmit documents.
I am not understand why need to resubmit document.
I ask all Vodaphone Executive and Nodel Officer give me reason then only i will submitt all required documents.. They have no answer
I ask to give me written conformation received requirement documents and in feature if required then we give proper reason and demand document but they are not ready for give any conform written.
I also get information TRAI is not demanding any documentation.
I don't understand they demand any dam thing and we have to accept it.
We have rights to demand such legal paper from any service provider then why they refuse.

Vodafone — Useless service. No range since 3 weeks
I am a Vodafone user since last 5 years. the service of vodafone has gone to the dogs. it is absolutely useless and pathetic. No one even wants to reply to mails. no one answers your call center numbers, the nodal officer phone and the appelate authority. they put you on hold for half an hour and then disconnect the phone.since 3 weeks at my work place at big mall kasarwadvli i dont have vodafone range. i have 300 people working under me out of which 250 people have vodafone and its frustruating and handicapping that there is no network in store and we are paralysed without it. being in retail my entire customer base is now complaining as they do not get mobile netowrk in store. no one from the vodafone branch on ghodbunder road even bothers about the complaint and they do not want to resolve the same as well. they do not care if they lose out on customers because it seems they dont need a customer base.
they are too full of themselves and very arrogant and Vodafone as a company i think does not believe in HAPPY TO HELP motto. i think you need to change the same to HAPPY TO IRRITATE.
in any case doesnt matter to me anymore as i have decided to get a corporate connection of Idea in my store as they are willing to provide service and they are concerned with what i need.
Absolutely disgusting Vodafone. i have recommended to all my friends in Mumbai not to take Vodafone connection.
