Vodafone — Un-necessary Deduction of Money

Hi,
I fell short of cash in my cell on the 3rd of june, so I tried that chotta CREDIT facility of Vodafone for the amount of 10 rupees. I sent the SMS at around 7:00pm and DID NOT RECIEVE any thing till late NIGHT. At around 12:00 in the night I recieved an SMS that thanks for using this facility we are processing your request. Nothing happened after that and I DID NOT RECIEVE A SINGLE PENNY IN MY ACCOUNT. Today on the 11th of JUNE I recieved an SMS that 11 rupees have been deducted from my account against that CREDIT facility which I availed. Despite of speaking to soo many SO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES nothing happened this time again and I have been ditched by this organization. THIS AMOUNT IS NOT SO BIG BUT this COMPANY has lost its DIGNITY by ditching people and taking MONEY OUT OF THEIR ACCOUNTS. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY BODY TO AVAIL FACILITIES from VODAFONE. Its one THIEF organization.

Respected sir my mob no is-[protected] with name Rajesh in haryana circle with address 79/9 ashok nagar, ganaur. i rechrged my phone with 100 easy recharge but i got 0.22 paise. transaction id is HR[protected] on dt-6 sep 2009 time at 09:19:56 AM. i complained it on dt[protected] and my my complained no is[protected]. please check the status and give my money back as early as possible.

My currency has been deducted for a service named look at it where I had never activated this service so I request you to refund back my money
