[Resolved]  Vodafone — DISCONNECTING OUTGOING CALLS IN SPITE OF ECS SERVICE

THIS IS A VERY URGENT EMAIL FOR THE NUMBER - [protected]

I AM UNABLE TO MAKE ANY OUTGOING CALLS BECAUSE VODAFONE DISCONNECTED MY OUTGOING CALLS FOR NO RHYME OR REASON

I WAS PROMISED THAT I WILL BE GIVEN A DIRECT DEBIT FACILITY. ON 15TH APRIL 2011 A REPRESENTATIVE FROM VODAFONE COMPANY CAME AND TOOK THE COMPLETED FORM FOR ECS SERVICE AS WELL AS A BLANK CHEQUE PHOTOCOPY. THEY ASSURED ME THAT THE DIRECT DEBIT WILL START FROM T15 WORKING DAYS - BUT LOOKS LIKE VODAFONE HAS AGAIN NOT LIVED U TO CONSUMER PROMISE

AND AS USUAL VODAFONE FEELS THAT THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE THIEVES - THEY WILL NOT PAY MONEY AND RUN AWAY - SO THEY START HARASSING BY MAKING PHONE CALLS AND SENDING SMS'S ABOUT BILL REMINDER'S EVERYDAY

THEY HAVE HIRED GUFOONS IN THEIR CUSTOMER CARE WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY TALK OR WHAT THEY ARE PROMISING THEIR CUSTOMERS - ALL MY CONVERSATIONS WITH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE BECAUSE THEY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR 154 MINUTES FOR EVERY QUESTION YOU ASK THEM - ONE VODAFONE CALL RESULTS FOR 1 HOUR AND YOUR PROBLEM IS NOT EVEN SOLVED

THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE - MOHD. KAMAR - IS REFUSING TO TRANSFER THE PHONE CALL TO AHIGHER AUTHORITY

MOHD KAMAR IS SAYING THE FOLLOWING :-
1. I CANNOT TRANSFER THE PHONE CAL TO A HIGHER AUTHORITY BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY
2. I CANNOT DISCLOSE WHICH CALL CENTRE I SIT IN
3. AT LEAST I AM TAKING YOUR REQUEST - SO WHY DO YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO MY HIGHER AUTHORITY
4. YOUR ECS REQUEST WAS TAKEN ON TH 15TH APRIL - AND YOU WERE PROMISED THAT IT WILL TAKE 15 WORKING DAYS - BUT THE BANK IS TAKING SO MUCH TIME - SO WHAT CAN WE DO (to this I said that you could have sent an sms or an email or a phone call saying that this time it is not done)

AS I SAID - HALF KNOWLEDGE CHILDREN WHO BARELY MANAGE TO SPEAK ENGLISH ARE HIRED SO THAT VODAFONE CAN GET AWAY BY PAYING CHEAP SALARIES TO THEM
