I am a subscriber of Vodafone, and had paid last month bill about 16-17 days back vide credit card slip. The money was withdrawn from my account on 28th May, 7-8 days late.
However, since the last 10 odd days, everytime I try to make a call, I hear a taped message reminding me of the payment due, and threatening that the number will be disconnected.
This message is still coming, and I feel harrassed mentally, as I make almost 10-20 calls per day, and it results in wastage of almost 10-20 minutes, apart from the embarrassment among my colleagues. Would also like to inform you that my credit limit is Rs.25000, and it is sheer arrogance and intent to harrass the customers by the company, that is reflected in these type of messages.

Vodafone — No satisfactory reply from customer care
Dear Sir/MadamMy name is Sagar Bhatt, I am using vodafone mobile number:[protected] since last seven year. Last nigh Vodafone has deducted unnecessary Rs.25 without any information, whenever I tried to complain on 198 (complaint number) they refuse to take my complaint & told me that company has sent message you for that but in fact I've not got any messages. I also tried approach company's customer care number where I've not got any satisfactory replied as they put my call on hold. I waited almost 20 minute in hold but then after I've cut phone in frustration.
