I AM VODAFONE PREPAID CUSTOMER .TWO DAY AGO I ACTIVATED A BLACKBERRY PACKAGE OF RS 399 ON MY HANDSET,AND AFTER TWO DAYS THEY DEACTIVATE THE SAME SERVICES .AFTER A SEVERAL TRIAL I AM NOT ABLE TO GET MY MONEY OR SERVICES BACK , CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ALSO NOT HELPING ME OUT FROM THIS MATTER .THEY ARE DISCONNECTING MY CALLS AFTER SOME TIME SEVERAL TIMES ,SAME COMPLAINT I LODGED TO VODAFONE NODAL OFFICER @ J.[protected]@VODAFONE.COM.PLEASE SIR HELP ME OUT ...

i am avodafone subr of Haryana.my No [protected], while in Haryana i can't make call with my home phone [protected], since 02 Dec 08.I several times approch the custemercare but they are not serious with my problem.Lastly on13 Dec I forcely register a complaint, No [protected] which is still not respond.I can make calls from other nw and same from my mobile in roaming.U can check it from VLR of me, and 22 Dec onwards they down more svc from cc.I really surprise this type of inconvenience from yourlike worldwide telcom coy responding.Haryana Vodafone customercare is totally cheating me.

I would like to bring to your notice that I am absolutely disgruntled with the deplorable services provided by you. I started using the Vodafone Services on 14th October 2009 and till now thats 29 days past and your employees tell me that you people didnt complete the Physical Verification???? How pathetic i feel when after every 3-4 days you conveniently disconnect my services ??? When asked about the reason for the same I was given a reply that the Verification is not yet over. To add to that fact there is also a personalized statement, probably just to lure the customers , "Be rest assured sir you will never face this problem again".... To my peeved humiliation the persuading statement proved wrong and astonishingly in a matter of just 3 days. Yet again when asked the reason for the same was informed that its due to Physical Verification...Do you feel that this is some kind of a joke that you pester your customer this way...What is it that takes you 1 month for a simple verification. To add to the agony your Vodafone care executives feel that what ever they say is right and never try to step on to the shoes of such discontented customers.... Probably for them such socks must be stinking big time...I had made several calls to vodafone care (often from another number) on 26th Oct, 29th Oct, 30th Oct, 5th Nov, 7th Nov but still in vain ...Do your care centre help bridging relations or destroy even the old bridges....(prob whose shoes smell) My ISD services were barred, Outgoing was barred ....I thought you were a professional company to take care of your customers but this seems not to be the case here....You have even barred me from calling Customer care... when asked a reason y the Mr. Rights had to give their own dim-witted answers.. Dejected with such behaviour of your executives i travelled all the way to Vodafone Store on 28th Oct 2009...I was told to submit a letter stating that I have recieved my SIM card by Ms. Archana in Vodafone Store Manpada.. Again I got a reply " Be rest assured Sir you wouldnt have a problem henceforth... I turned a deaf ear to that since i was so confident that the problem would still exist... On 5th of Nov I had to undergo a true shock which was expected as told earlier that my Physical Verification was still not done due to some back end problems that didnt forward stuff which was absolutely not my concern.... Y do i have to suffer just because of your idiotic mistakes...I spoke to Mr. Vijay on 05th Nov 2009 who apparently promised me that my case would be taken care of and such problems wouldnt happen again.... Probably a different way to entice a customer....hats off to your training dept atleast your employees dont get mechanical....on 12th Nov I think i have to start digging my own grave as my outgoings are barred ..... Y ??? because i have exceeded my credit limit of a mere Rs.500/- and why Rs.500/- since my physical verification is not yet done... orelse the credit limit would have been Rs.1500-Rs.2000/-.. He temporarily activated my outgoing however Mr. Vijay admitted that this is just for a day or two...Are you doing me a favour of giving me services.... ???? I would be going to the Consumer Court for such disgraceful acts and for the amount of time that I have wasted behind you people and the amount of emotional trauma tht i had to undergo...

I need an explanation

Hi,

This is LakshmiChaitanya and I am d customer of VODAFONE(Prepaid) using the number:[protected].
As We were asked to submit the proofs, I have submitted them before 2 weeks(On 09.10.2010)
And now my outgoing calls are barred suddenly on Sunday(24.10.2010)
When I contact Customer care, they informed to submit the documents for the second time.
And also informed that the stores remain open even on Sunday till 8'o clock(8 pm) and also provided the address of the stores in SP road,Hyd.
From far distance and though busy, I rushed there and reached at 7:15(pm). But the Vodafone people are there inside the stores and security didn't allowed me to submit the documents.
I contacted the customer care people and lodged a complaint regarding this?
They confirmed again that the stores remain open till 8 pm.But I could n't submit my documents as I was not allowed. And finally almost one n half of my time got wasted because of them.

Here these are my conerns regarding the services:

Though I have submitted my proofs, how can they ask me to submit once again?
If it is so and if in the case anything is missing,why the customer care people made a call and intimated me to submit again?How can they barred my services without intimation?
I was informed the timings and the address of the store by VODAFONE customer care only.
But though I have reached within the time, how come they supposed not to allow me from submission of documents?
Because of this I lost one n half of my time, effort and finally my services barred.
Let me know the solution or where to register the complaint against the services?

hi, good evening sir,

Iam using vodaforn service , since six years back as apost paid customer, bearing the number [protected]. last before mont on october 2012 i paid an amount of bill RS.500/-.where as the bill charged for september month is only Rs.213/- only. Due to what reason that transaction is not being updated in the vodafone databases. And as of the customer executives were making regular calls to me asking for the payment i told them the transaction ID and palce of bill paid evertime day made acall to me.In the month of November to Pay my next bill of OCtober 2012 ,i made visit to the vodafone shop in kadapa district i complained to them saying my previous bill is not updated,unless it is updated i wont pay the next bill .there also that people enquired and instructed to nandyal vodafone office persons to clear that amount and clear the issue , after coming to nandyal, once again i made request to the Nandyal vodafone mini shop to do the need ful so as to have my serrvices available tome . but No responce is from them and in las t week i got amail showing ademand notice from vodafone service lawer asking me to pay of the bill amount . and from the las month on wards serrvices are discontinued to my mobile number. even to that lawer also i gave the information of apying the bill amoutn for the moth of septerber in october2012. by that time std fecility was discontined. and by the edn of novemberr bill dated ie on november 17th on wards my all services are discountined. even to day when iam amking a call to that vodafone lawyer he is also not repling me properly.in this siuation i felt like of taking help from forum.why bcox all my personnel and official dealing are communicated through this number only which is proving big loss to me form last two months..with out clearing their falult they have discountinued my services.theyhave terminated serrvices even after many oral and compalitns to vodafone office.
in this regard i request you to help in getting justice.

    HI Team.,

    I have taken connection under jodi offer provided by Vodafone, in which all the calls made from Jodi number to parent number is free. But when i have checked bills of all the free calls have been charged, When I have placed complaint with Vodafone customer care, they have refunded Rs 249/- after repeated reminders. When i calculated the amount it was Rs 777. when I have asked about it with customer care I have never received any response from them. After all this I got the current month bill where I have been again charged for my free calls. can anybody help me in solving this issue.

    HI Team,

    Thanks for calling me, but I am at the same stage as earlier. I have not received any solution on this.

    I have received a call from an customer care executive, but she has called me told me that she will call me back by evening with solution, but I am yet to receive call from her. More over I have been charged additional from last six months, as per her they will check only last three months, wanted to know status prior to that. Please let us if we have to check our bills on monthly basis. Then this will remove our trust factor with Vodafone.

      I have mailed you to register a complain for Vodafone store near MAGARPATTA. Few days back i purchased sim card which was barred due to documents. After submitting the required documents still number wasn't activated for which i raised the complain and they gave me complain number according to which my services was suppose to be activated by Saturday evening and still till 7pm its not activated.         This is about my husband's vodafone 3G bill. I emailed and called vodafone many times but no satisfactory reply from them. Here are the few points:
        1. If I had crossed my internet usage limit, vodafone Customer care didnt inform me about the same.
        2. My vodafone credit limit is Rs. 1500/-. I didnt receive a single call from vodafone that I have crossed my credit limit (current bill Rs. 10000/-), also they didnt barred my outgoing calls. The bill which i received is 6-7 times of my credit limit and now my outgoing calls are barred.
        3. I started my plan from 2nd of May and in next week itself, I called vodafone customer care for my 3G usage. But no prominent reply from them. Also they didnt inform me the number of GBs I used. I tried to confirm my 3G usage from vodafone CC, around 8-10 times for the same, but nobody entertain us, no satisfactory answers.
        5. From 1st of June, we are calling vodafone customer care somewhere around 20 times for the unjustified bill amount. But nobody is giving satisfied reply from vodafone CC.

        Vodafone — No satisfactory reply from customer care

        Dear Sir/Madam

        My name is Sagar Bhatt, I am using vodafone mobile number:[protected] since last seven year. Last nigh Vodafone has deducted unnecessary Rs.25 without any information, whenever I tried to complain on 198 (complaint number) they refuse to take my complaint & told me that company has sent message you for that but in fact I've not got any messages. I also tried approach company's customer care number where I've not got any satisfactory replied as they put my call on hold. I waited almost 20 minute in hold but then after I've cut phone in frustration.
        Problem Solved by Vodafone.
        We posted out complaint on vodafone site. Also called customer care 25-30 times. Emailed so many. But vodafone is not ready to response on the billing amount. They are not reviewing anything. I think Chennai vodafone is not that active to response customers or they dont really care about them.

          Charges for caller tune were deducted from my prepaid vodaphone no [protected] without any request for such service.i sent the request for deactivation of this unwanted service & same was deactivated for the day but next day again the service was again activated & charges were deducted.
          I want that these charges should be reversed as i have not requested for any such services.

            I'm Jugunu Thankachan and my no was[protected]. I'm using this no. for more than 3 years. Unfortunately my sim registration got cancelled few weeks back and when i contact the vodafone store, they gave me a new sim of same no. for rs 300/- and said will be activated within 24hrs. they also said that this's the new connection of same no. Sir, i need this no. itself due to my customers. Now its 3 weeks over...and my sim is not activated yet. So please make the necessary arrangements to activate my number as early as possible.

              Vodafone-Rest of Tamil Nadu — Unasked for activation of CRBT

              Dear sir/ Ma'am,
              I received 2 messages from VT-Vodafone confirming activation of CRBT on[protected]. This premium service was charged Rs.30 on my pre-paid account number [protected]. I have not sent any such request nor have i received any of your spam phone calls which forces people to mistakenly activate caller tunes. I find the idea of caller tunes vulgar any request you to stop the service and debit me the money you took from me.
              Please note I will not send any message canceling CRBT as I did not send any message activating it in the first place.
              It's bad enough that your GPRS service fails at whim and needs to be taken to vodafone store to be activated as your customer service people have no idea how to reactivate GPRS.

              Vodafone — Unasked for caller tunes

              I have 2 Vodafone pre paid accounts :[protected] and [protected].
              I was shocked to learn that I have been charged for caller tunes that I never asked for. Without the consent of the mobile user how can Vodafone inflict caller tunes and charges on the consumer. If the caller tunes are not decativated and I am not reimbursed with charges, I shall take up the issue with consumer court. I shall also stop subscribing to Vodafone - there are plenty of mobile service providers who dont resort to highway robbery.

              Vodafone — unasked activation of services

              I would like to inform you that Vodafone has activated a service named as Vodafone Mobile Connect on my mob# for which they have charged me Rs.595.06 without my information. I called in to activate my GPRS for which their employee told me that it will be charged Rs10p/kb. But he didnt inform me anything about these charges. Now when i told them to pull up the recordings and listen to it that i am not at all fault, then they didnt pay any attention to my request and said that you have to pay off these charges. Its not just a matter of Rs600(approx) but a matter of faith we have in their co.
              If you want, i can forward you a copy of that mail too.
              Please help me.

              I am disgusted to say once again the Vodafone customer care people cheated me. They activated the CRBT . But they forgot to deactivate service. They also made a call to apologize for their intentional mistakes. They refunded the amount deducted for the services activated by them; I confirmed them to deactivate all the services but they did not intimate that service was still active for which they once again deducted from my mobile account and made it minus Rs. 10. Please help me what to do with this.

                I am a subscriber of Vodafone, and had paid last month bill about 16-17 days back vide credit card slip. The money was withdrawn from my account on 28th May, 7-8 days late.

                However, since the last 10 odd days, everytime I try to make a call, I hear a taped message reminding me of the payment due, and threatening that the number will be disconnected.

                This message is still coming, and I feel harrassed mentally, as I make almost 10-20 calls per day, and it results in wastage of almost 10-20 minutes, apart from the embarrassment among my colleagues. Would also like to inform you that my credit limit is Rs.25000, and it is sheer arrogance and intent to harrass the customers by the company, that is reflected in these type of messages.

                  This is regarding my MNP request for my connection number: [protected].
                  As per the stated procedure, I created the request on 25th May 2011 and received the porting code as: VZ359228.
                  I on receiving this code, approached the receiver provider (docomo) and submitted all the required documents and completed the procedure. But to this date the porting hasn't happened. I contacted the receiver and they mentioned that the donor (vodafone) has rejected the request.
                  I then approached your customer care and vodafone store and was given the reason that the number portability cannot happen as this is a corporate connection. I asked them to provide me the same in writing or provide me the documentation mentioning this. But they were unable to do so.
                  Thus requesting you to provide me TRAI regulation which states that the number portability cannot be done for corporate connections. Also it has been already 15 days but no one from vodafone told me about this, although I got many calls with retention offers.
                  Please note that I want everything in writing as I plan to go legal as this is disregard for TRAI norms and have already caused me great problems.
                  Vodafone customer care does not know what the issue is and each different customer support person tells a different story. They are the most pathetic bunch of people.
                  I have already mailed to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and ashish.[protected]@vodafone.com (Nodal office Vodafone for MH) and waiting for the response.
                  As per the Nodal officer details listed on www[dot]trai[dot]gov[in]/sp/24mayvodafone.pdf for Maharastra Region, I tried calling at both the numbers provided there viz: [protected] & [protected] and both are not working. Even the Nodal officer's number is provided wrong by Vodafone. Is the TRAI sleeping? We consumers need to provide 10s of documents to get connections and the nodal officer's number is not verified by TRAI. This is great! What amazes me is that TRAI's home page has Mahatma Gandhi's image and Slogan as 'Truth Only Prevails'. For me they are nothing but bunch of crooks.

Dated on[protected] vodafone executive name Manjit Rohila visited ([protected]) to my office in gurgaon and recieved rs. 250 cash from me and gave me reciept for that amount rcpt no is 22174. He told me the vodafone saver plan rental of 199 pm he misguided me also that i can make a unlimited free call on a single no and my existing no will get postpaid with in 3 days till monday[protected]. i got a verification call from vodafone and she told me there is no benefit to make a unlimited free call on your no and do u want to convert it postpaid or not i said yes i want she commited me your no will get postpaid with in 24-48 hrs. i got many calls from voda but my no did not get postpaid and i called to that executive he said i will cal u with in 2 hr but he did not call me now i am trying to call him but he is not picking up my ph and disconnecting the call i said i dont want any postpaid scheme i want my money back...please now help me they are not responding. they are just making a fool to me and nothing else. I want my money back...

                      As i was going to change my connection from prepaid to postpaid, i asked for RS.249 plan, vodafone shopkeeper says 350min free from mobile to mobile, i was not convinced with the plan i said if their is 500mins free from mobile to mobile i would definitely purchased it, i knew that the plan had finished but the shopkeeper c onvinced me and says i would get available for you that plan, i took the plan but after that i got to know that the plan is available no more, i felt cheated and now i have to use it for atleast 3 months.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I was having 2 vodafone nos. [protected] & [protected]- on my wifes name - Nivedita ...while taking I had been told by the C.care Executive VIJAY that - your Rs.500 deposite for each no. will be refunded at ANY POINT OF TIME YOU STOP SERVICES...I was ok with that...they took 3 Signatures on one form with very small font terms & conditions. not even gave time to read it when asked replied -"Sir its all same what i have told you" was the answer of staff "VIJAY". I was told - you will immideatly get a free caller tune for 3 months & 1 DVD of movie...which I never got in 4 months service...
                      I was told to take one plan for 1st 3 days as it can be activated ASAP...& then i will get transfer to the Actual Plan which I REQUIRED...but that procedure took near about 2 months & 25 calls for follo-up & 5 personel visits at Vodafone Center at Dombivli(w).
                      After every bill payment before due date I use to get 15 calls to PAY YOUR BILL after due date...Even if i told them my Receipt no. of payment they use to ask me TO FAX it to Vodafone...What I can do for such type of Mental Harrasament & headache...
                      Then after getting frustrated I asked them to close my nos. & give me my 1000 RS. Deposit or adjust it with My bill...

                      Vodafone — Misguidance by Customer Care

                      Hi,

                      My name is Sumon Mukherjee([protected]) and my account validity was about to expire in August, 2009. I was having a 69 bonus card activated on my account and I wanted to continue on the same plan. I had called customer care to get information on a validity recharge(of more than 6months) and I was asked to recharge for Rs. 149 and was informed that I will be able to continue on the same plan(69 bonus card). After recharging for the amount my account plan has completely changed. I called customer care again and was asked to do a recharge on Rs. 99 to come out of the Rs 149 plan. Even after recharging for Rs. 99 I was not able to activate the 69 plan and I logged the above service request([protected] ).

                      I had logged a service request with the help of Vodafone store, Koramangala Bangalore and the service request number is [protected]. I also received a confirmation request from vodafone mentioning that the query will be responded to by 1:40pm of 11th August, 2009.

                      However I did not receive any calls from Vodafone personnel about the status and quite obviously the request was not processed. When I called customer care again on 11th August, 2009 I was simply told that the service request could not be processed citing no reason whatsoever and was handed a new service request number: [protected] and a confirmation sent about responding to the query by 14th August, 2009 afternoon.

                      I have not received any inputs on the same from Vodafone as yet. Everytime I send a mail to vodafonecare mail id I get a automated response and a mail from customer care on the verge of the 48 hours period informing me that the case is still being worked upon. It does not give a target resolution date or inform me whether the case can be resolved.

                      I find no other option than to knock the door of consumer forum and place a complaint. Hope to get the issue resoved quickly.

                      Respected Sir/Ma'am,
                      With due respect I, Sunil Dutt Sharma, a valid Vodafone customer with mobile no. [protected], wished to disconnect my number due to non-usability of the same as where I work, the place is a remote area and is not fed with the Vodafone signal and a monthly charge of Rs.331 was actively commencing. My son, Sachin Sharma visited the BCS,Shimla center, on 28th May,2012, from where I had bought the SIM, to disconnect the same and to discontinue the monthly charge well before the month ends and it does not continue any further. The Vodafone Center manager, Mr.NITIN asked him to visit the centre after 1st June to disconnect the same. My son payed the outstanding amount of Rs.340.
                      He visited the center back on June 2nd to get the number disconnected but was asked to pay a sum of Rs.380 again for the next month too.
                      This is highly unacceptable. A clear example of Customer dissatisfaction. Mr.NITIN did not disconnect the number nor did he authorize the disconnection in written.
                      Kindly look into the matter. And authorize me to get my no. disconnected.
                      I have been misguided.

                          I regret to inform you that unnecessary delays are being done on releasing my number to other service provider as I have opted to Port out .

                          I had given request on 28th May , 2011 ( VM319292) . I received a call from customer care executive next day and i provided all the reasons for porting out.

                          To my dismay I have received an text message sometime back from Vodafone centre that my porting request Has been logged in today. It is this type of shoddy service due to which i am porting put. ( there have been several such cases with my other cell numbers when vodafone has been providing service.
                          Now even after after repeated followup I have not yet been sent a ebill ( for which I have registered Long back) which is supposed to be generated on end of billing cycle(4th June)

                          I don't want to say much as I have lost all the confidence in your services. I shall not be recommending Vodafone to any of my friends and relatives in the future.
                          I request you to release my number without any further delay. ( I have already cleared my dues on unbilled amount even without getting the bill)

                            I have recharged my vodafone no. with Rs198...as the plan is to use 2gb internet...after the usage of 2gb the speed of net will be reduced to 40kbps...but. i was getting only 3-4 kbps only...and none of your agent of customer care hepled me for that...please sir give me the quick reply.

                              i'm highly dissatisfied with the services and the behaviour of th customer care exacutives of vodafone. from last two days my gprs was not working...i called to customer care regarding the same, n spoke to a guy named 'raj'...he did not filed any complaint and asked me to wait for 6 hrs...and in the evening that cheap guy called me from his personal number started humiliating me...next morning (7 june 2011)...still my internet was not working...i called customer care again..this time also no one filed my complaint...i was asking the executive to file a complaint n provide me the complaint number..bt he didnt...i was really irritated...after some time i call again..the guy who attended my call told me his name 'dixit'...he was really misbehaving with me and was using abusive language..and when i asked him to transfer my call then he refused to do the same...i dont understand why a reputed company vodafone is hiring such cheapsters in customer care...i request to take some immediate action against these people.

                              Vodafone — Customer Care Executive Misbehaviour

                              This is to complaint against Vodafone Customer Care System who are saying "HAPPY TO HELP YOU" instead of "HAPPY TO HARASS YOU". I have been using VODAFONE No. for last two-three years. I bought a VODAFONE no. for my wife from a dealer and using it with no hassles, but last week i have changed my talk plan from 444 to 299 pay per Seconds plan, during my that call one of customer care executive offered me a new add on Post paid connection, he informed me the benefits of buying one for my wife and surrender the no. she is using, as he gave me very unique and almost similar no. I was excited i told him that you can send your executive on Saturday morning to my place as I have planned to go out for a movie with my family on Friday night (27/11/2009), but he insisted to buy at that time only because of month end concept that i didnt understand but he assured me to send the executive before i leave and will be using my bill as address proof, and demanding the ID proof of my wife and one photo, I told him that i dont have copy he said his executive will get it done himself, i agreed, and positively the guy came to me in time and said he will not waste time in looking for any photocopy shop and requested me to send me the scanned copy by email after coming back, i was satisfied and got the form filled and signed by my wife.

                              After he leaves Mr.Chetan called me from your verification cell after 20 minutes when i was about to leave, he said he will not activate no. in my wife's name and instead he will do in my name, i was astonished, i just started my reference call from Vodafone care executive, he stopped me inbetween and said "AAP HI BOLTE RAHOGE KE SUNOGE BHI" , i was so annoyed and i said him to take back the sim i dont need any connection then he gave phone to his senior Mr.Chakarwarti he too spoke in same tone but after my shouting he started requesting me not to return sim he will call me next day and I should not spoil my mood (that already was spoiled to extreme), next day they didnt called me the guy came with the free BAG to me and he requested a lot and i gave him my wife's pan card he went to get it photocopied and then again i talked the chetan he said the same i will have to give my PAN CARD,MY PASSPORT and one NOC etc. that was the limit as soon as the guy came with photocopy i gave him the sim and bag and requested him to leave and if my money can be refunded Rs.250/- i paid for the sim, if not that i dont need that as i dont want to have any association with VODAFONE.

                              Today morning I called up the customer care once again just to enquire about the action taken on my complaint I have to wait for 5 minutes till I am connected to the executive, I have to tell him whole story and in end what he said was: "Sir, our systems are down he will be unable to help me" and hung the phone. This was so humiliating experience to be a VODAFONE customer, my problem is that my no. is so officially circulated as i am using it for 2-3 years , but i am waiting for the service that is likely to be introduced by TRAI that will enable customers to change the service provider retaining the same no., but i have circulated an email to all my friends, colleagues, communities about this incident and I am sure I will be able save a lot of my friends being harassed like me.

                              I hope they are a very big company and one consumer cant affect their sales and business, but really advise them to please stop wasting money on advertisements and concentrate on your consumers' needs. I would like to end here, as I have already given a lot of my valuable time to useless people and service provider for last four days. Thanks

                              Vodafone — Misbehaviour by the customer care executive and wrong information

                              Hello Sir,

                              I am using vodafone postpaid (#[protected]) as my mobile service provider since last 6.5 years. My concern is regarding the wrong information provided by the customer care executive. Being as a usual customer I made a call to Customer Care Executive of vodafone to get the beneficial plans available to access the internet services. Then the communication built by the CCE is, the plan is available in Rs 198 in which we can browse, surf, download and upload the data within the range of 3 GB, and the charges will be applicable based on pro rate (means the charges will be made based on the number of days of plan remain activated). By considering that CCE, I raised a request for activation of the plan approx 2 days before of my billing cycle (i.e. 19th of every month). But in the bill I was charged of worth Rs 198 for only 2 days. Then I discussed to CCE once again with the reference of these charges. Then CCE insisted me to make the payment and said sorry for the wrong information which was earlier provided but the plan was not on the pro rated basis.

                              After one month the sevice terms changed when the mobile number portability came in the enforcement. The same plan came in pro rated basis, then I agreed to keep it continue with. Then I started facing a problem, that the vodafone is charging me based on the 10 paise per 10Kb of data usage which will be finally adjusted in my final bill. But usually by GPRS usage, my credit limit comes near the expiry very soon and to get the maximum usage of GPRS internet (3GB), the minimum credit limit should be Rs 31457 is desired, which is again very difficult to maintain. But whenever I am discussing with vodafone CCE, either they put the call in IVR or cut the call in between without conclusion.

                              So please sir you are requested to do something for those people.

                                SOULUTION AND I HAD GIVEN MY USB STICK BACK TO THEM FOR WHICH THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE AND THEY HAVE ALSO CHEATED ME OF 6000/=IN CASH AND OTHER NON MONETARY THINGS LIKE TIME AND ENERGY.I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICE VODAFONE.I EVEN WROTE THEM NO OF TIME BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE WILL LIKE TO SHARE SOME LETTERS WITH YOU

                                vodafone/usb stick — not working the usb stick, they will not ready to refund

                                i purchesed a vodafone usb stick for internet purpose Rs-2600 Feb -2011. this s not work properly i went several time to nearest branch no one dosent giving response. please .

                                  i have send sms CAN CT to ur tollfree nos. 111 & 144 for deactivating my mobile caller tune service but till date it reply as ur process is under process and rs.30/- is still being recovered from my moile balance which is not affordable to me . this is unwanted service for me now so pls deactivate it fast as i am loosing unecessorily rs.30/- monthly charges which is comp[lete loss for me .

                                  so i kindlr request you to please deactivate this callertune service urgently and immediately as fast as you can i wanted it to be done in this month of april 2009 only otherwise i will disconnect my vodafone card n switch to some other company mobile card .so many times i sent n request for deactivating my mobile callertune service but no use till now. please do it now n reply me waiting for ur reply .

                                  deactivate it fast since like me many people are facing this problem o[censored]r unwanted service .

                                  i hv requested several times to deactivate caller tune of my pre paid voda phone number [protected] at customer care, bt got only assurance of my work being done in 2 hrs, bt its still activated. kindly do it with immideate effect n wave off the charges u have charged for it.

                                    My number is [protected], Vodafone has disconnected my outgoing calls only because my bill has exceeded the total credit limit by Rs 190 (Credit limit is decided by Vodafone). I tried to pay online through my Vodafone, however the bill is not yet generated even after 3 days of my billing cycle. I can not pay without having my bill in my hand. When i contacted customer care they said me to first pay some amount upfront. How can they expect anyone to just pay without even getting a invoice/bill copy? I am ready to pay my bill provided they give me copy of the bill. How can even they disconnect outgoings even when the bill is not yet generated in their system. I am not a defaulter/ blacklisted person to get my outgoing disconnected. This is ridiculous. I would like to know whether i can sue the company for this. Is there any law which allows them to do so? Please help.

                                    i was using my vodafone sim having phone no. [protected] for around 3 years but at january 8 '2011 i went to my native for 3 month in arunachal pradesh having town longding where there is no coverage of network i, e i was not using my sim there.but after return back from my native my mobile shows sim card registration failed.after that i went to vodafone store they said my no. is dead
                                    and you wont get that no. back!
                                    but here is not my fault because there is no netwok in arunachal pradesh also north east dont alloys roaming facilities.also i have another sim tatadocomo after return from native it works so whose faults is there. if your service is like this only who will trust you???
                                    so its my kindly request you to give my no. back as soon as possible.

                                      hey, this is to inform you all that all over india people are getting fake calls of pakistan. phone no. starting from +9234 and so on, this is phone code no. of pakistan. this is a very big scum. they will first miss call u and when u call back a girl will tell u that u have won a lottery of 10 or 25 lac's and she will give u no. of other person say's that he will give u all the information about the lottery. then when u call that person he will tell u to deposit around 15,000 rs. in SBI bank in his account then u will get the lottery code and then the will give u the lottery money. But u my friends don't get into their fake scum these pakistani's really raskals they will mis use your phone no.

                                      This is really very dangerous.
                                      If any one receive call from these no's immideatly disconnect the call and inform to your nearby police station.

                                      I'm telling u all this becouse i'hv also stuck in their plan.but,god helped me i'hv got rid of them becouse i'hv inform the police about this. And i will raise matter to indian govt.

                                        i have port my airtel number to vodafone and after some time they ask me for id which i submitted to near vodafone office ......after few days sim stop working and i have visited the office they told me to give new id and i have given a new id of my mothers passport and now still my number is not working which is very diffcult for me..........i visited lots of time to vodafone office which consumes lots of time and money that is shamefull for your company that i am suffering .........if you cant provide me th proper services then i have to join again airtel or any other service provider....... my vodafone number is [protected] which i have ported and my another number is [protected] if you want to talk to me....i hope you will takes some action and rectifiy my problem.............:(
