I puchased a Vodafone USB stick, no [protected], in last March in which Vadafone claimed that they were giving unlimited downloading on 599 Rs + Tax. As per Vodafone executive, I would supposed to get minimum speed of 1.0 mbps to 3.1 mbps, but in reality it gives just 1-9 kbps speed, even sometimes in bps and goes to 0.

I logged complains 2-3 times to Vodafone, also visited Vodafone Sec-18 office in Noida, but didn't get...

I, Muzzamil Mohd. Shraeef having Cell No. [protected], received a message from Vodafone that if I recharged on that particular date I will receive full talk time, but now even after more than 15 days of recharge I didn't receive the remaining 7 rupees. Even I'm unable to make a call to 198.

I already complaint about your poor service. Why you block my customer care service since last 10-15 days. Because of that I cannot take any information about my new postpaid connection as well as your valuable services. It is too much. Plesae activate my customer care service immediate other wise I will go with Airtel through Number portability service....

1)75 vodafone to vodafone free calls per month for 8 months
