Hello Sir,
This is Nipun Jain. I am working in HCL Comnet (Gurgaon).Last month on dated 27th April,2011, I switch to Vodafone Post-paid mobile connection.I received my first bill from ( 27th April,2011 to 2nd May,2011) on 13th May,2011.I paid that bill on 16th May,2011. The second bill I just get my bill details from dated 2nd May,2011 to 1st June,2011. And I was shocked seeing the bill details because it is just more than the double amount I make usage (Proof : I am regularly & continuously in contact with bill details through *111# procedure to check current details)
Problem 1: The bill details which have to be updated on exactly 1st June,2011 updated on 3rd June,2011 i.e Late by time . Not only this it was updated with quiet high amount that I totally loose my trust on Vodafone. It's just more than the double amount I see today (3rd June,2011) at 2:00 PM that is = Rs 461.63/- nearly & in the evening it showed to Rs 855.54/- nearly. Not only this , since I was not satisfied with previous amount of Rs 461.63/- also & when I talked to customer care on 2nd June,2011 regarding the high generation of amount (Because I am engaged in current plan of 150/- with HCL benefitts attached ), I was also not provided with these benefits by Vodafone. But customer care unsatisfied me wagely that it will be updated correctly on 3rd June,2011. And see that is their updations.
Problem 2 : Every time I asked customer care to check details for my bill, they just say one thing that "Server is down right now & they are unable to process my request or either check my details". Same is the answer when I asked them to give me my request number. I was just provided with Number ' 341 ' as request number when talked to Mr. Sanjay but I don't think so it a valid & complete request number.The answer is so wage & unsatisfied that I can't provided my request number or complaint number.

Problem 3 : After updated my account with such long amount Vodafone stopped my outgoing call services by giving alert that I should submit my billing amount first to continue my services again. This is just like more than any harassment.
I am a very busy person & my job as DBA is also quiet hard working. I can't get much time to fight against with all customer cares or call them again & again clarifying my problem to different persons all the time. The behavior of Vodafone is making me so headache that I can't even sleep freely. Customer care is not at all supportive or co-operative.
This is my personal request to please see through the matter as soon as possible, So that I get relief from one of these heavy queue of tension.

i have send sms CAN CT to ur tollfree nos. 111 & 144 for deactivating my mobile caller tune service but till date it reply as ur process is under process and rs.30/- is still being recovered from my moile balance which is not affordable to me . this is unwanted service for me now so pls deactivate it fast as i am loosing unecessorily rs.30/- monthly charges which is comp[lete loss for me .
so i kindlr request you to please deactivate this callertune service urgently and immediately as fast as you can i wanted it to be done in this month of april 2009 only otherwise i will disconnect my vodafone card n switch to some other company mobile card .so many times i sent n request for deactivating my mobile callertune service but no use till now. please do it now n reply me waiting for ur reply .
deactivate it fast since like me many people are facing this problem o[censored]r unwanted service .
