I had called vodafone customer care to purchase one Internet connection. At that time they commited me that this is 3G connection and Rs500 for unlimitted surfing on 3G after using it for three months i never got 3g speed, when i call customer care again they told me that in your area this service is not available and we hv different plans for 3G. this is clear case of cheating customer. I have taken one GPRS data plan from Vodafone on 05.04.11. This connection I was used through USB device for DATA services( INTERNET). According to my plan I opt Rs 599.00 for monthly rental in which I can upload or download with no limit (unlimited). A few days ago, Vodafone had to revert some charges after I escalated the billing issue.
