Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I am a user of Vodafone connection [protected] for more than 10 years. I am residing at the Rail Vihar Apartment, Sector 45, Faridabad (Haryana). For the last three year I am facing a Network problem and for the same I have logged the complaint three times with the service provoder. They have confirm that there network team has visited the area and forund the Network issue. They also confirmed that they are looking the feasibility to install tower/ to improve the network which will be resolved within three months period. Now the three months has been converted in Years.But there is no improvement in the situation.

It has becom very difficult to speak at home. every time I have to come out of my house to get proper signal and to speak.

I am totally PISSED OFF WITH THE SERVICE OF VODAFONE. The service and response of the service provider has been detroid for the last few year.

I request you take it up with service provider in strong way.

    Product bought: Sim card vodafone Postpaid Mumbai Circle on 30th Jan 2011

    Bought From: vodafone store Bndra west , HIll Road besides Lucky resturant , SV Road.

    Service requested on purchase date: Roam like Home Service since residence is outside mumbai in Vasai
    road west.

    Chanrges incurred since Feb 2011: more than 500 rs of roaming charge per month due to non- activation of service.

    Inspite of continuous complaints at various vodafone stores at JB Nagar andheri west and Bandra vodafone store no action was taken by vodafone to activate the service.

        I had called vodafone customer care to purchase one Internet connection. At that time they commited me that this is 3G connection and Rs500 for unlimitted surfing on 3G after using it for three months i never got 3g speed, when i call customer care again they told me that in your area this service is not available and we hv different plans for 3G. this is clear case of cheating customer. Mb. no [protected]. I am using this number last 4 years.

          I had lodged a Network complaint with Vodafone on the 18th April 2011 vide receipt number :- 30612, my service request number is :- [protected].

          No network was restored despite my personal visit to Vodfone Vashi office in Navi Mumbai.

          I subsequently visited their office and was told nothing can be done about it.

          My full adress is as below where there is absolutely no netwrok of Vodafone:-

          Fyi, Tata Indicom / Aircel networks are working perfectly in my area, so wonder why Vodafone is having this problem ???

          I got a call from yr Customer care saying my complaint will be attended within five working days. I have recd no call thereafter from Vodafone. The call was received by me on the 2.June.2011. Kindly let me know the status of Network issue. Tata Indicom / Aircell have a good network in my area so apparently it seems there is something amiss with Vodafone.

          Pls adv urgently the present status.

            Hi,
            As per vodafone's proposal to change my connection from prepaid to postpaid I submitted my

            identity and address proof documents and a fee of Rs 250/- to Vodafone's representative

            named Sandeep on 26 May 2011 Thursday.Representative told me the connection would be

            activated within 48 hrs.
            But unfortunetly due to very poor service of Vodafone the sim they provided me is not

            working till today i.e. 29 May 2011.Moreover my prepaid sim is also not working(that can be

            understood but why the postpaid one is not working?) .

            I called customer care [protected] also but those guys are telling me that they cant

            help(Pathetic service again).I called this guy sandeep also but no response (not picking up

            the phone)

              Sir,

              I have taken one GPRS data plan from Vodafone on 05.04.11. This connection I was used through USB device for DATA services( INTERNET). According to my plan I opt Rs 599.00 for monthly rental in which I can upload or download with no limit (unlimited). But I got surprised after 2 days when they temporarily stop my services and forced me to pay a sum of Rs 1000.00.
              Again I was surprised when I have got my Bill dated 21.04.11 of an amount Rs 368.58 which includes a charge for Rs 10.00 plus tax for making 2 nos of call on *228 numbers and another Rs 15 plus tax for Downloads (Caller Tune).
              I was using this connection through my USB as data service and lodge a complain in Vodafone store situated at Park street and they informed me it will be taken care.
              During the month of may'11 I received several SMS from the number 12320 regarding jokes, helth tips etc. and I have informed the Customer Care on [protected] from my mobile number [protected] ( Tata Docomo) but they informed me that there system is not showing any thing about it and in my plan Vodafone Mobile Connect @899 only VF Mobile Connect is activated.
              But I was shocked when I found my bill details on 22.05.11 that Vodafone charged me Rs 2565.00 for making SMS on Special number. And then I download my usage details where I found apart from my data usage there are 855 SMS special number and 5 SMS local which I have not done.
              I lodge a complaint against this false bill with a Ref no. [protected] and talk with the Nodal Officer ( [protected]) and on 24.05.11 I have submitted the details in hard copy in Vodafone store at Park street with a reference number[protected] dated 24.05.11.
              Again I was informed this thing to the Nodal Officer and Appellate Officer.
              mean while the connection is stoped from 19.05.11.
              One thing according to my first complain regarding the bill of 21.04.11 vodafone made an -11.03 Adjustment (Rs 10.00 plus tax for making 2 nos of call on *228 numbers)

              So sir please suggest me your kind advice and where I can make a compliant against Vodafone about their fault.

              Vodafone Essar East Ltd — Unnecessary harassment for dues

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I am Rahul Roy from Salt Lake Kolkata. I had Vodafone postpaid connection bearing no [protected] which I got from my previous Organization ICICI Prudential Life as corporate connection. I requested them to deactivate the connection many times. In spite of repeated request They took time and deactivated it after 1 month. Now they are demanding rental of Rs.679.23 (Including interest @12% p.a. & fine) that month which I have not use it. They sent me a threat mail of their advocate Mr. Sudip Banerjee mentioning that If I will not pay they will take legal action against me(Under Indian Penal code, 1860). I have not use it at all and why I will pay for that?? I want justice. Please help me out.

              Vodafone Essar East Ltd — Exchanging SIM documents while new connection

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I have purchased a new SIM of VODAFONE with telephone No [protected] on 15/05/2009 from - The Mobile Store, Essar Telecom Retail Ltd., 64A, Hemanta Basu Sarani, Beside Stephen House, Dalhousie, Kolkata (PH:[protected]. Now I came to know from Vodafone customer care that this mobile number i.e., [protected] does not belong to me as someone else’s documents has been submitted against it. Your customer care executive says that nothing can be done and I need to find out the person by asking from the shop from where I had purchased my Sim. They further added that they can't even give me the name or address but I need to submit a no-objection letter from that person without knowing him or her. But the mobile shop told that they have send the correct documents but Vodafone's executive had entered it wrongly in their data base. Now what should I as I am facing this kind of hardship after genuinely purchasing the lifetime sim from The Mobile Store with valid bill and after paying VAT, as no one is willing to help me now. I do not know that my name and documents has been entered against which No.? Whose No.? Who is using it and whether the person is a criminal or antisocial or wherever he has made call with my No and document?? Please help me and sought out the issue immediately as I can't continue with some others sim and for this I have already purchased an Airtel’s sim. Now I am thinking to destroy my Vodafone sim and not using it any more inspite of topping it up with high balance.

              Vodafone Essar East Limited — Barring outgoing call after payment made through online

              I Subhadip Dutta and my Vodafone number is [protected]. I have made the payment on 15th June 2009, but they have disconnected line on 16th June. And when I have talked to their customer care ([protected]), Nodal desk ([protected]) & Zonal Desk ([protected]), I received rude Behavior from Mr. Arijit of Nodal desk.
              So it my request to give suggestion to me customer like us

              Vodafone Essar East Ltd — EXCESS BILLING

              I applied for diconnection of my post paid mobile connection on 7th November,2009
              and my line was diconnected on 13th Nov,2009. Hence my bill for next two cycle (i.e
              15th of month to14th of next month) came to me and and payment is claimed. Today
              on 19th,Jan 2010 I pay them the said amount of Rs 516/- after deducting Rs 500/- of
              security deposit ( Bill amount Rs 1016/- - Rs 500/- = Rs 516/- ). I like to know that
              after disconnection of service how the provider charge the bill to his customer?

              My 2G [protected] by MNP apply for 3G to Vodafone at Vodafone Mini Stores R B Telecom,205/1NSC Bose Road Kolkata 700040 on 10/50/11 but I got the connection on 25/5/11. After that disconnect line on 27/5/11. I contact with Vodafone Stores 105 S P Mukherjee, Kolkata 700026, they told that documents are not received.I contact with R B Telecom [protected], they are submitted on 18/5/11. Then I contact with Nodal Officer Mrs Dipika Majumder [protected] she told as same.After that reopen my connection on 30/5/11. After that disconnect line on 5/6/11. I contact with Vodafone Stores on11/ 6/11 they told that documents are not received. So Who are the Responbsible for that? Why I suffer for that?

              Another shocking thing I have found today while I have downloaded my itemised bill for [protected]. There are again false SMS charges and most shocking part is I found there are a usage details for VF mobile connect during the period from 20.05.11 to 23.05.11 while vodafone sustained the connection on 19.05.2011 due to usages charges goes above credit limit( R 1500.00).
              So I have a doubt that anybody from vodafone are hacking my simcard and using it to generate the billing amount heigher and heigher. Refer to my previous complaint several times I was contacted, informed and e-mailed customer care.
              Refer to my mail on 05/06/2011 Kankana Chakraborty from Vodafone care informed me through a mail having The Service Registration number assigned for the correspondence is[protected] that all the Special SMS charges have been correctly charged in invoice dated 21/05/11. All SMS has been charged to 52425 @3/SMS for Vodafone Flash services. During the period 21/04/11 to 20/05/11, all usages were originated from the handset with unique IMEI number [protected] (first 14 digits) against Vodafone number [protected].
              So again I maild her on 07/06/2011 stated that the mentioned IMEI number belongs to a USB device manufactured by HUAWEI not belongs to any handset as she mentioned and ask her if she can arrange any technicl inspection for my USB device (Which she mentioned as handset) and my laptop I am agree to take them for inspection to any of their kolkata address.

              Then she again maild me as follows

              We are in receipt of your e-mail dated 07/06/11, regarding flash SMS charges on your data card number [protected].

                Dear Sir,
                I have apply for 3G to Vodafone by mobile portibility ( BK726277) from Vodafone mini stores R B Telecom 205/1 N S C Bose Road Kolkata 700040 on 12/05/2011.I got the connection on 25/05/2011.After that they have disconnect my line without any prior intimation on 28/05/2011. I have contact with customer centre, told that they are not received my documents.
                My question is what can I do for that ? This is all internal matter of Vodafone, why I suffer for that?

                  the company is billing me the bill for two postpaid numbers which i havent brought and also they are sending billis every month and when i told the customercare they told that i have brought and the truth is i dont have any simcard or anything and they are sending me bill every month and they are also giving me and using abuse languages. i havent used r called and dont know any thing might someone else must have but when i told them that ia have not any sim they are telling we will send bill every month and you have to pay. i have not used a single paisa then for what i should pay. kindly help me in solving the problem and please i am middle class men working in gidc not afoording a single sim then how could i. kindly reply and help me pleaseeeeeeeeeee..

                    As i had made an activation of the DND{Do Not Disturb} on my number [protected] 9 to 10th month before to avoid different advertisiment but still i am facing a problem this is not a first time that i had written a mail to the company but several mails i have written to the company for the same,now many days have been but still no action has been taken by company here the company has totally avoid my problem as iam the user who is using the vodafone from past 2year.

                    2} Activated scheme of 1paise per second for Local Call

                    As i had made an activate scheme of 1paise per second on my number [protected] for reducing the local call charges two year before but from the past seven days the company is get charging Re.1/sec on my local call instead of cutting Re 1 paise/sec.

                    Due to which iam totally got fedup with the poor service of the vodafone.

                    So, i request you to ask to short out my major problem as soon as possible.

                      My balance was Rs/ -9, I wanted to use internet of rs 95 for 2GB, so I recharged my vodafone no [protected] with rs 20 to have positive balance in my account @ near about 12:15 pm on 28-May-2011 & after 1 hour i recharged my acount with rs 95 for internet use, But my net was not connecting due to barred service but customer care said it will take Maximum 6 hours to use Internet service & in between I connected it was going perfect, But AFTER 7.5MB USAGE IT DISCONNECTED tHEN NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONNECT , i CHECKED MY BALANCE IT WAS RS/- -67.632 & IT IS STILL UNDER DEDUCTION , so I WANT MY DEDUCTED Balance Back Which Should not be Deducted Because i had recharged my Vodafone no with 95 rupee for internet use upto 2GB.

                      So Please Refund my Rs/- 75, & let me Know When I will Be able to use My Internet Services of rupee 95, I Recharged it on 28-May-2011 time 13:03 at that time my balance was rupee 4.768 .

                      This is mukul . I have a problem With vodafone . Actually before 2 months One of my friend activate a love alerts combo on my vodafone no. When I came to know , I deactivated this service immediately because these messages disturb me a lot.
                      All customer care executive told me '' It will take 4-5 hours to deactivate this service" but still this service active on my phone and there is a deduction of amount 50 Rs.even I have deactivated this service.

                      my balance is deucted without notifying me anything..they simply send one sms that ur vodafone stock alerts are active and deduct rs 30 and my balance gone to minus..and i had faced so much problem..i couldnt able to malke calls or emergency calls..vodafone customer care are not now recieving my calls..they cut of the link to customer complanit..i have no time to go vodafone store and lodge complaint..kindly lodge complanit against them..they should not do this hing to customers and return my money immediately with all balance which problems which i had suffered.

                      Vodafone — amount deduction even after deactivating the service

                      i'm having vodafone connection in which i have activated portfolio tracker.after activating the service, vodafone has to send message daily but i have not recieved any messages regarding portfolio tracker. i waited for a week time and called to customer care regarding my problem. after discussing with the customer care i deactivated the service.from that time onwards even after deactivating the service my currency was deducting every month of 99 rupes.this was happening from past 4-5 months.every month i have to call to customer care and reporting the problem.every time customer care people are telling we have taken a request for deactivating the service,ur amount will not deduct for the next month.but this was repeating.due to this i am facing much problems when ever currency was deducted by the same time recharge coupons are also not available due to month end holidays for the retailer. i'm facing problem due to this. i cant call to customer care every month. please resolve my problem

(which was around rs 90). i talked with vodafone customer care abot the whole thing and in first call there executive disconnected my call after listing my complaint. i tried again after few hours and then the vodafone executive told me that he is transferring my call to his senior . so i was put on hold , and i was kept on hold for about 20 mins and then i have to forcefully disconnect the call . on the same day 12/02/11 i also recharged my phone with a message pack of rs 75 which has to last for 30 days and when today i checked my messages it shows that your message pack is finished. now i am really frustrated with this kind of service and customer care behavior. i just wana my money back i am tired calling on customer care. please help.
                      Very pathetic and unprofessional services these guys are offering. They took money from me two weeks back and still my new no is not activated. Now from past 1 week none of the guys are not picking up my call. including their owner. The no published on this website also not picking up the call. Seems they all are fraudster.

                      i recharged my mobile no [protected] on 29 september at 10.34 pm with an ammount Rs. 375.00 using internet banking. This recharge has been done for using 500 MB internet data as mentioned on vodafone website. after 1 hr later i started using internet. At 1.55 am on 30 september company sent me 98 sms while i was sleeping that i ahve low balance and company deducted atleast Rs.200 and my balance became negative. when i called vodafone customer care they told me that ur 3G plan of 500 MB data will be activated after 24 hrs. Bt this thing was not mentioned on thier website that it will be activated 24 hrs later so i thought like other services instantly and used internet. So company has cheated me by not mentioning that information on website . after that by sending 98 sms in night company had disturbed my mental peace and privacy. so i want a strict action against the company for my complain.

                      my name is Prashant Sharma resident of goregaon(e) mumbai, mobile no. [protected] . my balance is been deducted continuously since morning of 7/12/2011. I use a Blackberry. when i called up the customer care to know why it is been deducted, a guy named majid told that it is been deducted as the vodafone live is activated. on the same day my blackberry plan got deactivated. even after that vodafone live was still activated. they told that services VLC and VMC automatically gets activated when the blackberry plan is activated. My question is why it is not been automatically deactivated when i deactivate my blackberry plan. and who is suppose to tell me whether there is a service of vodafone live which remains active and is charged even when it is not used, and i have to send an sms to deactivate that. Had i not called the customer care i would have not known what has vodafone charged me for and when vodafone is sending a confirmation sms for activation of my blackberry plan, why in that sms there is no information that VLC and VMC services are also activated which will be charged even when the blackberry services are deactivated. i need all my money to be reimbursed. or it is a case of forgery.

On talking to the customer care they say that balance has been deducted from a chargeable site. whereas i havent used any such site. Th e CC oprative said balance has bneen deducted on 20th November at around 11.30pm. But in the usage details it is not showing any such deduction made.

                        Hello, Myself Mahesh Mandlik, Advocate by profession, i am using Vodaphone Prepaid no. [protected]. I am very unhappy with vodaphone services as it had activated any pack without my permission.
                        On 25th May 2011 on 1.12 am VF10 had been activated without my permission and Rs.10/- has been deducted from my balance as a monthly rent. I don't know why Vodafone are doing these to the customers and harassing this way? I don't know if this is a "trick" to making fool to the customers. Being a renouned company you yourself degrading you goodwill by creating such kind of nuisance.
                        This is very disgusting. i request you to deposit again Rs.10/-, which you have deducted without my permission for VF10 service/package. This is indirect looting for which i will lodge criminal as well as consumer complaint against you and i am not joking you may think about Rs. 10/-, but i will mind it.
                        So again i am requesting to reimburse Rs.10/-, which you have deducted without my permission for VF10 service/package in my vodaphone prepaid mobile no. [protected]’s account at the earliest and don't do it again without my permission.
                        Require an action As soon as possible.

                          Dabri-Palam Road, New Delhi- 45. I want to complaint against Vodafone
                          3G Service and the fraud of making fool of people. I got a big loss in
                          my online Share trading while using your hopeless 3G INTERNET SERVICE
                          and sold my new MTNL data card for 1000/- rupees. On first week of
                          march my sister got a phone call of Mr. Naveen from Vodafone. He told
                          about the Vodafone 3G services on mobile instrument or through Dongle
                          data card. He told price of sim- 250/- rupees and dongle data card-
                          1250/- after 100/- discount. He told that if we purchase it before 31
                          march 2011 than Vodafone will give 1 month unlimited 3G service free
                          and after that you have to pay 500 plus tax bill for every month. He
                          told that speed of internet will be minimum 3 mbps and maximum 27 mbps
                          and told me that your area is very good for having 3G sevices smoothly
                          and very good high internet speed. After hearing all the words of Mr.
                          Naveen, my sister told him that she will buy this offer later but she
                          gave my number and told him that my brother also want internet
                          connection. After few days on 5 march Mr. Naveen called my number and
                          said all the same thing about vodafone offer. I told him that I
                          already bought a 3G data card for 1799/- rupees 3 days before from
                          MTNL. But Mr. Naveen said if you buy this offer before 31 march than
                          only you will get discount and free for 1 month. Than I told him ok I
                          am ready. Mr. Naveen asked me my home address and same day he sent a
                          person with sim and took required documents an d 250/- rupees from me.
                          On 8 march my sim got activated. After activation, I called back Mr.
                          Naveen and asked for mobile instrument and computer settings. Mr.
                          Naveen gave me a toll free number 111 or 116 for getting settings.
                          When I called on 111 number they said that our 3G services is not
                          present in your area. After that I called on 116 than they gave me
                          settings. I applied those settings on mobile instrument and computer
                          and used my internet than the speed was only 3 kbps and that also 0
                          kbps in between most of the time. After the day of activation I tried
                          a lot but the speed was the same 3 or 4 kbps. After few days, I got
                          a call from [protected] asking about billing address, I complaint them
                          about the speed and also told about free for month, but she told me
                          that whatever I am talking about free offer is not true and she told
                          me that she forwarded my complaint and soon I will get help. But till
                          now no help. After few days I got some gift from Vodafone, again same
                          complaint I told him. He made a call [protected] to customer care and I
                          told everything about speed and free offer. He gave me complaint
                          number[protected] and told his name Ashish. But after so many days
                          still no help only fraud and making money giving nothing from
                          Vodafone. Now I want my money back and justice.

                          These are few email reply from vodafone but not any solution regarding my complaint and i am suffering from since i got activated my 3g service and now they sent me another bill and one reminder also about the payment of bill.

                          It’s really nonsense and ridicules to see that you have sent me a bill
                          of 945.42 rupees, when I have complained you many times since from
                          very first day after activation of my number. I already mentioned
                          every thing in my mail also. Now it’s already one month and I am not
                          getting any 3G service and internet. And when your representative
                          approached me to make me a Vodafone customer he told me each and every
                          false information including one month free unlimited use, discount and
                          flat 500 plus tax charges. He did not give me any form to fill and
                          took photograph, money and signature from me in an unfilled form. This
                          shows that Vodafone is making fool of people just to make money. I am
                          going to take a hard action now against Vodafone under consumer act. I
                          want my money and my loss back including penalty of harassing me and
                          making fraud act to me. Now I do not need any excuses or service from
                          you.

                              I'm having Nokia N70m model and I have vodafone post paid connection. I already used Nokia 1100 model until June 9th afternoon. After that I used Nokia N70m. Actually I checked with my unbilled amount around at 02:30 PM on 10th June'11 an it shows Rs. 3205, However, when I check with unbilled amount around at 01:00 AM on 10th June'11 and it shows Rs.640. So, when I contacted to the vodafone store excutive , he told that he did take my complaint as my mobile is fault. So, we are not taking any responsibility regarding this he said and they barred both outgoing and incoming calls too! I kindly request someone please give me the solution.Thank you!

                                A few days ago, Vodafone had to revert some charges after I escalated the billing issue. Initially they were adamant and were not willing to make the refund but after about 10-15 tries they had to make the refund. Since then I cannot use my phone in Greater NOIDA where I live. I cannot make/receive any calls or use the internet on the phone in Greater NOIDA. I don't know if these two events are related or not. But this raises some serious questions about Vodafone.

                                  on 19th OCT I started for Bangkok, I have called vodafone to activate my international roaming. customer care provided me wrong info that my international roaming is already activated.

                                  when I landed in Bangkok, I could't get the signals. I immd. informed my office people to call vodafone and find out why my mobile is not working, using ISD Phone booth's at Bangkok.

                                  locally my cousin tried several times to [protected] for complaining about the issue of not getting signals at Bangkok,
                                  later during the day course by afternoon almost about 2 or 3 PM my mobile started working.
                                  it worked for almost 36 hrs, in this hrs most of the times signal does't get properly, my voice is not clear when we call, lots of problems.

                                  On 22nd morning my mobile again had same problem...no signal, what i faced very first day, actually my main usage and necessity was on last day for departure, .
                                  I could not locate my bus, and i missed my bus for airport and it costed me huge by money, by time, by mental torture...only because your service was not activated properly.
                                  I spend about Rs. 8,000/- using ISD Phone booths & other colleuges mobile for commnicating locally there in bangkok and in india.

                                  My mobile have a facility of call divert to office staff mobile in case if my mobile is swicthed off or not reachable, due to no signal & connectivity most of my important clients
                                  calls were not able to reply, and due to this I loosed my orders and effected my business.

In every country I received SMSes from Vodafone informing me that i was on international roaming, and informing me of the charges for their services, including for making calls, but I was NOT able to make ANY calls to ANY country from my phone. I could only receive calls and send and receive text messages.

                                  Why was this and how can i ensure this wont happen again? If this is not rectifiable I need to change my service provider ASAP.

                                  I had taken a mobile postpaid connection in vodafone last month and deposited Rs 5000 for international roaming as I had to travel to Germany on official visit. On my return I was shocked to see the bille received for Rs 1734 from vodafone. Looking at the details I found most of the charges were for GPRS usage in roaming that too for miniscule timings like 50 sec , 45sec etc. On enquiry people in vodafone said it is because of the autoconnectivity and downloads. they also said complaint will be registered and money will be refunded. Today I went to hear that nothing can be done and I should have been careful regarding the settings to avoid autoconnect. I was annoyed by the irresponsible from such a international brand leading to ashame in india. I had to ask only one question if they will charge the tea I was offered during the waiting time just because I had taken it. With this note I would like to say vodafone is more than irresponsible in handling customers and complaints.

                                  Do not get trapped with polishing words while you go abroad with this operator.

                                  Total 3642 Calls KB usage - 7977.7 - Charge Rs, 23303.50

                                  1st to the 8th May - Spain & Austria
                                  Total 57 Calls Kb usage 10793.31 - Charge Rs. 6088.50

                                  In dubai , bbm would hang , emails would hang so i guess the calls on data is showing more , as per vodafone the charges per 10kb is Rs. 5.5 so the actual charge should be less than the one on Spain and Austria , they have agreed to same and shown their gesture by gibing no reason yet to the discrepancy but a Rs, 5000 off , which is ridiculous

                                    I have purchased a Vodafone 3G data card with 599 unlimited plan on 15th April 2011 from sales call by Vodafone executive. The number for the same is [protected]. Call Center executive sold me 2G Plan, though offered me 3G initially. The service was activated on 18th April 2011. But i realized that the there was no network for 3G and the internet speed was terribly low. So i called the customer care at 111 and i was shocked when executive informed me that i have to buy a new 3G plan as i got 2G unlimited 599 plan. When I purchased the data card I was very specific in saying that I want a 3G data card with 3G plan and the executive told me that we have a 599 unlimited plan for 3G and i will get the same for the life time. The executive convinced me that i will get 3G unlimited for 599. If I would have known that this is not a 3G plan I would have never bought this. I told them I don’t want this data card and i want my Rs. 1600/- back which they charged me for the same
                                    After i mailed this to complaint department of Vodafone and they replied that i have to buy new 3G plan and no refund will be made.

                                    I want to spread awareness to every consumer so that they do not suffer the same fate which i'm going through.

                                    I will not pay the bill as i'm not using the data card for any purpose. Please help me find justice.
                                    This was the last mail i got from Vodafone..nothing had been refunded till date..

Vodafone has refunded me sum of 1600/- which i paid initially at the time of taking the plan.

                                      I am a Vodafone Corporate postpaid customer ([protected]). I opted for Blackberry

                                      unlimited plan on 21st May 2011. Within 4 days, my unbilled amount shot upto Rs

                                      1200/- from just Rs 28/-. On calling Vodafone customer care, I was told that I was

                                      being charged for data mistakenly (which is otherwise included in my unlimited

                                      plan) and they would activate something called "IMC" so that data charges are not

                                      inlcuded in my unbilled amount.

                                      I dared to switch back the data services on my phone and the next day the unbilled

                                      amount reached to Rs 1328/- and Vodafone was not accepting calls from my mobile to

                                      198.

                                      This is cheating the customer at its worst and I was told that I should wait for

                                      my next bill and then they could sort out any issues. This is pathetic customer

                                      services and the Tagline "happy to Help" is just a misnomer.

                                      Can't wait to port my number to other service provider.

                                      The Unbilled amount continues to rise unabashedly, checked again 2 days later its now Rs 1450/- despite making negligible calls from my mobile. I have switched off the data services and get off the hook from Vodafone.

                                      Despite all the promises from Vodafone, that the issue had been taken care of, I don't see any change at all, and my unbilled amount continues to rise.
                                      its true i have also being charged for the same no([protected]). I have been todl the same to wait till next billing cycle and it would be offset (waived).But look at my bill it raised frm Rs 2400 to 2400 in 2 days ??
                                      This is the worst service provider i have seen in my 6 vodafone stay!

                                      I have to say good bye to vodafone and i wont pay a single penny for the bill!

                                      I am even ready to go to the court for mental harrasment.

                                      VODAFONE " Happy to help "should be changed to VODAFONE "Sorry to help"
                                      * it raised from Rs2400 to Rs3400 and also my services were barred and wen i have not used the services in the barred time i was being charged ?

                                      This scenario is called cheating the customer and earning Haram money ( black money )

                                        I have no idea how many of you faced the same problem.
                                        Whenever i make outgoing from my mobile(Vodafone) ,after every 30minutes the call will disconnect automatically.I asked about this with vodafone customer care,they replied calmly ,we never heard any such problems.I had a doubt that my mobile has some problem so i changed & checked it,but no use i was facing the same.

                                        I don't know whether the mobile operator has the rights to disconnect the call automatically after 30 mins.Is that legal?.

                                        I don't know what is of most concern, disconnection in case of accidental call or the continuation of the intentional call. Also, what is the rarity and the costs involved. I simply think it should have been 1hr by default as it is already proven well with other service providers. Please improve the Artificial Intelligence part in the system. Just to a tip to be competitive, provide an option on this to the user and let user decide it.

                                        I know your typical response to this, the system is centralized and any change is a big one .. blah...

                                        3G in AP is itself a big drawback from Vodafone as the delay was just not acceptable. Definitely I would like to see Vodafone with better services and early adopters. Instead of just airing Zoo Zoos.
                                        Hi,

                                        I spoke with the Vodafone customer support, the replied i got is, there is default program which disconnects all your outgoing calls after 30mins to reduce the traffic.
                                        This is ridiculous, and they indirectly accepting that they don't have enough bandwidth to provide service for there customers.
                                        I am moving out of this network, after a long struggle.
                                        i'm also facing same problem.so it is better to change the network.

                                        Today my call is getting disconnected within 30 seconds, I am not even abke to make calla to customer care, can anyone help me on this I have to make some urgent calla.
