[Resolved] Vodafone Mobile Broadband Lite — Regarding Worst Service/Customer Care | |||
Hi This is Ram. I have using Vodafone Mobile Broadband - USB Stick using with my PC. First few months no issue. 2 Months before raise signal issue. I called to Vodafone Care (111). There is not satisfied. So that I write an email to Vodafone Care (vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) After few days replied my ask some questions. I give proper answer and send it. No response from there. After few days that issue is cleared. working fine. Today Signal is Excellent. But Frequently disconnected. So that I called to Customer Care (111) after few minutes a support person taken my call. I told to him my net issue. He Transferred that call to GPRS Team. I am waiting 25 minutes in line No taken anybody. I disconnected and retry again. one GPRS person talk to me. gave me some suggestions. issue not fixed. I again called to Vodafone Care. my call transferred to GPRS Team. Now waiting above 1 hour still not taking my call. What a worst Service. I getting frustrated. Vodafone — Regarding worst service of customer care
The company used to charge 5 to 10 Rs for the unnecessary services which i don't want to activate. And if I talked with the customer care executive they said there is no updates in their system, even they cant transfer their call to their seniors or TLs. I am really frustrated with the services of Vodafone. And I am really not satisfied with the customer care services even it is difficult to talk with a customer care executive for that I have to follow many protocols and they charge RS .50 for this horrible service.36%

I AM HAVING VODAFONE NUMBER THAT IS [protected] PUNJAB.ITS GIVING ME LOT OF TROUBLE AS IT HAS NO COVERAGE IN THE CITY TOO.PLS HELP TO GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM.
