Iam getting flash message through vodafone. i have been calling customer care but there is no option to connect customer care executive. I sent SMS that CAN FLASH but message failled. i sent email but iam getting reply message that call customer care or sent sms. Today I get missed call from a number [protected] at 8.00 on [protected], when i call on same someone speaking in Hindi & say - I am calling from vodafone Company , your no is selected for lottery , amount of 15 lakh - just you verify one no: 89910 on your Sim & reply me again after check on Sim, today is the last day!!!

So when i switch off the phone & check on Sim - i found same no on it. 89910 on Sim..........br...

I have been receiving popup flash messages from vodafone saying:
"Session Date DD.MM.2011
Last Session Cost: 0.XX INR
Volume Consumed: 0.XX MB"

I have not activated any internet/email services from vodafone
I called on their customer care twice.
Once I was told that there is some problem in Vodafone servers due to which certain service got activated and hence the amount was charged...

V using vodafone prepaid sim card since more or less one year and always facing one or the other problem in relation to balance or tariff plan change.in this regard initially i was calling customer care and was explaining...

I have registered under DND for more than a year now. But i still get 4-5 calls for telemarketing services.I registered a complaint with Vodafone customer care regarding the same, but no action has been taken and no one has called me to say what happened to my complaint.

Every time i register a complaint Nodal officer calls me and assures...

Vodafone has barred my incoming and outgoing thrice in one week saying that my documents are not submitted which i have done 4 times since the start of connection.

This is causing me loss of time and work due to lack of connectivity. Moreover i stay alone out of city and i have been facing lots of convenience. Kindly help....

Prank calls

I have been receiving prank call from below numbers at night-time daily last few days.
In spite of telling them it’s wrong numbers but they do not stop nuisance.
After searching at Google, I found below cell number service provider is from Karnataka.
