My connection was almost an year old. Exact date I do not remember, but it was old connection and it was verified also once. But now they are telling it is not having your document so it will be deactivated if you do not provide the document. I asked them, if it is not having my document then where is my document and how you could activated my connection on the name of others for this many days. How it was verified in first verification. and how the name got changed. where is my application and whose document has been put on my application and who has been given my document. I asked them please confirm where is my document if other persons document has been put in my application. As document can be misused, if gone in wrong hands.

Please seen my below mail trail with company customer care.

Subject: Re: Documentation issue

You mean to say that you got document from retailer?
It yes, then what is problem?
Now clarify, whether you got my application with my document, or with another document or without document?

I can contact retailer not a problem, but clarify which thing was ok and which thing was wrong.

Clarify whether my application was OK?
Whether my application was having document, it may be anyone's, but whether that application was having supporting document?

Because if my application was not having document at all then it is your fault, you could not have activated the connection.
If my application was having any other person's document then I can contact retailer with your answer to follow with him.

But in that case also, you have to provide me alternative as he is doing business for you.
Please note that there are news that vodafone is running short of allocating new number so they are closing the number which is not in frequent use.
Yesterday only I heard on CNBC.

If this is the case, then please do not waste your time and my time as well. Return my money, I do not want to be with Vodafone anymore.

H B Singh

Harini,

If you have not received my document then it is whose fault this is the first question?
Second, whether you received my application which is filled to take connection?
Please confirm and again I will request you guys do not divert the question.
It is not matter of loosing connection but it is matter of document.

Have you investigated this matter at your level?
What was the outcome of that?
Who is responsible for this problem customer or your staff? (Please remember, retailer is doing business for you and it is your duty to confirm all the details before providing any service not customer).

If I am wrong, I will accept but if you are wrong, accept it and then you can say what the alternative.
You can not dictate the terms to customer for your fault.

Hi Milind,

I think, you are taking this matter very lightly.
As your retailer also told that he has submitted the document to you when you had a conference call with me, then also you are denying that you have not received the document.

My question is that without document how you guys made this phone active for more than a year?
How the first verification was done when document was not submitted immediately after taking the connection?
How application was got processed when document was not submitted along with that?

How your guys accepted the application when it was not having required document?

Again I will request you to escalate this matter to your big bosses as this is not simple case.
It is not possible to get connection without document and same thing your retailer told that there is no chance of getting wrong number as it is having barcode reference with application so name can not be changed, even it document is changed.
Even if document is changed then any other user is using phone on my document.
This is serious case, please consult your retailer and subsequent wholesaler and follow the chain up to your documentation point and everything will come in picture.
Remember one thing, I am not going to digest excuses. If I required to take the help of Govt agencies those meant to investigate, this matter surely I will approach to them.

Hope you will realize the seriousness and will escalate to higher authority as you are not able to handle this problem.
If you guys have made the mistakes then accept the truth and come out with alternative, but do not blame and harass customer.

Hi Milind,

As discussed, please take up this matter seriously and do the needful.
If you can not do, escalate it to your big bosses.

As discussed, it is matter of going documents in wrong hand and whether you did or retailer did both are part of Vodafone business.
I should not suffer for things went wrong at your end.

Hope you will understand the seriousness of this matter and will take it to conclusion rather than passing the bucks from here and there.

    Hi

This is regarding a complaint against one of the associate of Vodafone which mislead me for regarding conversion of a prepaid number to a postpaid one.I was given misleading information regarding SMS plans on the new 199 plan.

I had provided my documents and Rs.250 for the same and provided a sim card in return. However, when I received a verification call I was told that the SMS packs are not applicable on this plan.

The agency details are as follows:

    Datasys E-services Pvt Ltd,
8, Rani Jhansi Road, 3rd Floor,
Near Jhandewalan Extn, New Delhi- 55

    Contact nos- [protected], [protected]
    [protected]

Now, when I am making calls on these numbers nobody is answering and numbers are coming on switch off mode.

We have been associated with Vodafone with almost 10 yrs now, having 4 numbers in the family and such an incidence has hampered the relationship which we had developed over the years.

    Kindly look into the matter.

          Hi,
I bought vodafone Netcruise [protected] on 31st August 2011 for Rs.1800 in Pune, Maharashtra. The dealer has recharged for Rs.999 with 30 days validity. After one month, the validity got expired. Then I recharged through paytm.com for Rs.799 with 3.5 GB data usage & with 30days validity in october month. I used internet service for 30days without any problem.it got expired after 30 days. On November 3rd, i've recharged again through paytm.com for Rs.799 with 30 days validity & 3.5 data usage. I used the service for 22 days without any problem. But on 25th of november, i was not able to connect to internet. on that day i had remaining 1 GB data usage with remaining 8 days validity. I called vodafone customer care & told them that i was not able to connect internet. They checked their database & told me there is no recharge detail available in their database for my Vodafone no [protected]. As per their database, they told I've recharged only on August 31st for Rs.999. I told them that i'd recharged through paytm.com & I was using the service for past 22 days. But they denied that there is no recharge details available & they can’t help me. Also they asked me to recharge again.
So here, I totally lost 1 GB data usage & 8 days validity due to vodafone customer care's misguidance.
Then I've recharged on 28th of november 2011 for Rs.799 through paytm.com. But on 29th of november i was not able to connect to internet. I called vodafone customer care. Again they told that there is no recharge detail available in their database for my number. But this time I contacted paytm.com about my online transaction. They have contacted vodafone customer care & got transaction id O[protected]. I gave this transaction id to vodafone customer care and then they checked with their teams, finally activated my service.
So here, I lost one day validity.
Then I understood that my online transaction details are available with one team of vodafone but not available with vodafone customer care. That’s why they have disconnected my service.
I've used the internet service for 17 days till 15 th december 2011. After that, I was not able to connect to internet. Here I've remaining 13 days validity plus 2.05 GB data usage. Again called vodafone customer care & they told the same story that they are not having my recharge detail and also told I've recharged for Rs.999 only on August 31st.They told there is no recharge details available with them. I'd given transaction id O[protected] which i got from paytm.com on 29th november. vodafone customer is till now telling that my request is under process. They are not responding me properly. I'm continuously calling them every day. But they give no resolution for me. I'm totally fed up with vodafone's poor service & response.
So here, I lost 13 days validity with 2.05 GB data usage due to their misguidance & improper database. Also Vodafone customer care doesn’t have proper communication with their back end team who is not responding promptly.
so till now totally I've lost 22 days validity with 3.05 GB data usage. Pls help me to get my money back or internet service with 22days validity and 3.05GB data usage.

Vodafone — Harrasment by disconnecting phone connection without any reason

This is to inform you and to request you that by the time I have been associated with Vodafone I have faced continuous problems…

Every now and then my number gets disconnected because of some or the other problem…

Even after submitting the right documents my number has been disconnected again and again …. Then I have to run like dogs after your representatives to get the needful done…

I believe Vodafone has some enmity with me or my account; it’s the limit of harassment that you have caused me …

Now for an utter surprise my number has been barred because I took a new sim card for the same number…

Very hopefully i see at you to get justice for the pain that Vodafone has caused me...

Vodafone — Service not disconnected YET!!

I have visited your Vodafone Store at Frazer Town, Bangalore on 25/06/2011 and asked them
to close the account pertaining to Relationship No.: 4.4892.00.00.100065 Postpaid No: [protected].

(Vodafone Store, No.26, Proms, Wheeler Road, next to FOODWORLD, Frazer Town, Bengaluru-05)

I have made a payment of Rs. 1000/- and also asked your person to adjust the balance payable against my deposit of Rs. 300/-. Till date,
the above number is active and no action has been taken on this.

The acknowledgment receipt no is RFC 224143 dated 25/06/2011 and the Receipt No of payment of Rs. 1000/- is KAR136R110625_2522454.Payment has been made thru credit card.

They said that someone would call and inquire "WHY" I want to close my account and what not... I don't understand, when I'm not interested in using their services, why should I get any call from your customer care....

This is too annoying, another 4 days, it would be a month that this connection is still active & I'm being charged for it. I have the receipt acknowledging that the above has been canceled.

We are unfortunately customers of VODAFONE for last more than 5 years ,, using two postpaid phone nos. [protected]/[protected]..
We are unfortunate because we choose Vodafone ,
We are facing problems with Vodafone for a long period ,but no one came to help us , we keep on calling to customer care centers , we keep on visiting Vodafone stores ,we keep on calling the officers of Vodafone , but all are failed ,and we receive answer from that ,we have paid big amount to Government of India for 2 G or 3 G ,how we will recover ,but from customers only .
This is the third time, in last two years that they disconnect the Incoming calls/out going calls/services of our Nos. without any notice/call/phone ..
After that they ask, to pay the charges ,for those calls, or services , which are never been used , or even they agree ,we never asked for .
If we ask for the details of charges , only one answer ,first pay all the charges ,only after your phone will start .
This is very simple way of black mailing a customer ,that disconnect his incoming calls, so that he will pay the charges immediately to save his reputations ,, or the callers to that no,will feel ,,of he is not paying ,that is why ,his phone is not working ..
O,, how pain full it is for the customers, or users .
We are regular payer of the charges without any deductions or arguments, Our security deposits amounts with VODAFONE are more than the bills they are asking to pay ..still they disconnect .
Can we know ,who will help us ..

          Hi,
I'm using Vodafone Net cruise for last three months. on 28th of november 2011, I've recharged for Rs. 799 to [protected] via Paytm.com. Recharge was successfully done. I was using internet service for 15 days. But from last friday (16-Dec-2011), datacard is not connecting to internet. I've got transaction id (O[protected] from Paytm.com. I've logged complaint regarding this issue with vodafone. But still now, this issue is not resolved. For 5 days, i'm continuously calling vodafone. But they are saying your complaint is forwarded to concerned team. This is not a proper response. after 10 days, that internet plan will expire. Now how do i get service for these lost 5 days?will they extend my validity?...I'm fed up with vodafone's worst service.
I’ve called Maharashtra Vodafone net cruise customer care today (21-Dec-2011) by 7.00 PM. Padmanab Garkari from helpdesk picked up my call. He told that I’ll get a con call from his back end team within one hour. I’ve waited till 8.30 PM. But I didn’t get any call from Vodafone back end team. I again called customer care. Same guy padmanab picked up my call. I told him to transfer my call to his supervisor. Supervisor Gaurav Tiwari picked up my call. He told me one guy from back end team is very busy now & he’ll call me within 15 minutes. I told him that I’ll wait on call. You pls get him on con call. But Gaurav has disconnected my call without informing me. Again I called customer care. Now guy called chetan talked to me. I directly told him to forward my call to his supervisor Gaurav. But he repeatedly telling that his supervisor was trying to reach me. Actually I was not getting any call from his supervisor while talking to Chetan.
See how brilliantly they are cheating me! Finally Chetan also disconnected my call without informing me. Then I called customer care. This time Mayur has picked up my call. I asked him to forward my call to Gaurav. But he was telling me that Gaurav was not available on seat & gaurav will call me after 15 minutes. Here I can understand that Gaurav’s shift time was over. So he told his team mates that Gaurav will call me back within 15 minutes. But I told Mayur that I wouldn’t disconnect my call unless I talk to Gaurav. But as usual he also disconnected my call.
It’s crystal clear that Vodafone customer care database is corrupted. So they don’t have my recharge details in their database. To make me believe that they are working on my issue, they are repeatedly telling that their backend team will call me to resolve my issue. And that customer care guys also cheating me & disconnecting my calls.
Now I’m thinking that I’m fooled by Vodafone & its employees. They have taken my money like donation. Pls guys don’t buy Vodafone Net cruise. They are providing worst service.

Vodafone Netcruise — NOT WORKING PROPERLY. SPEED IS FLUCTUATING - VERY LOW

          Dear Sir:

I am continuously complaining on network related problem in my residential area to Vodafone Care for last few months. Again on last 23rd Jan 2012, I made written complaint to VodafoneCare. Meanwhile at least 6/ 7 times I raised the same complaint to Helpline 111 also ( Complaint registration No.: [protected] ). In every occasion this conversation lasted at least 6/ 7 minutes, which is chargeable. For Vodafone network issue, I am paying the amount.

Till now there is no solution. I am surprised, how an All India Provider like Vodafone can do this continuously.

Today's telecon with Vodafone Customer Care officer is really frustrating for any customer. There is no clear cut answer of my complaints. Earlier it was informed that problem would be solved by 3rd feb 2012. Now she told that it might go upto 17th Feb 2012. How Vodafone is harassing the customer - it is a simplest example.
          Please solve it asap.

          Regards,

          Amitabha Mukhopadhyay

Balaji Its really true. I have faced the same issue with vodafone for past 2months. Once i recharged of 348 and i got 500MB data, but after 15days my services are stopped. I called up helpdesk they are telling me that you have finished your 500mb data though i can see in device that i have used only 255MB, still i can browse but knowingly they were cheated with me. Its really a poor and worst service. Guys please don't buy Vodafone Net Cruise.

We are using Vodafone mobile for more than 15 years in Ahmedabad.. We have received the bill from Vodafone for month of October 2011. We have sent SMS to Local numbers of Gujarat and some numbers of Mumbai. Bill states that all SMS are international. Bill states all local numbers with prefix "1" and as per company this all are interntional. We made complain and visited there store at Statidum Circle Ahmedabad, Concern person verified the mobile numbers on our hand set and they made call on that numbers and found they are local numbers, on verification they said that they will give us credit the amount of Rs. 2200.00 of SMS done on local phone numbers. They asked us to pay remaining amount of Bill which has been paid to Vodafone on 7th of Dec. But Today 20th of Dec, while dialing there is cassate playing (pre- recorded voice message) pay remaining amount before your service would be deactivated. When we contacted Vodafone person that we have not received the amount credit, person at Stadium Circle office, said we had got complain registed but person who had said to give amount credited has left Vodafone company, they also verified the phone no and found all numbers local, then also they refuse to give amount credit, they say that bill generated is correct, we had given to sim Card whether you use it or not, its up to you, what ever biils generated by system if it states that any local phone or local sms done by you is international you have to pay as per international charges. ( We had spoke to there Nodal - [protected]) they say you cannot get amount credited though numbers are local or system say system say its international and you have pay that charge.

Enclosed here with Scan Copy of ITemized bill from Vodafone ( all mobile numbers are local, Vodafone has verified that they local numbers but say our bill is correct you have done international sms.) In Our handset all number stated by Vodafone have no prefix '1" which are shown with prefix in Vodafone bill )

Vodafone Gujarat — REFUND OF DEPOSITS

                Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have BSNL connection (MO. +91 [protected]) (contact no.+91 [protected]) in the name of Mr. ISHWARBHAI FAKIRBHAI SURATI as addressed: 30,Amrakunj Street Near Ramji Temple, Sachingam,Surat, guajrat, in the month of 12th February 2011 I had requested for mobile Portability For BSNL to VODAFONE at VODAFONE CARE GHOD-DOD ROAD,SURAT,BRANCH, SURAT,GUJARAT.

On 12 Feb 2011, I had submitted a Customer Application Form No.5112210 at the Vodafone customer care, ghod-dod road, Surat branch. At that time I had paid RS.610 as (Activation +service tax =110 + security deposits= 500 total =610 inr) to Vodafone executive Mr.Farooq.After that payment they had told me that the service will soon start within a week but I got not any answer. I had also request to the care center for FOUR times personally in the month of (FEB, MARCH, APRIL, MAY, JUNE).But they didn’t activate my portability. After that completing 4 month of my payment I had cancelled my application for portability at Vodafone store, ghod-dod road, surat then I had requested refund of my deposits and activation charge in the month of June .After that they replied me that you will receive your payment within 30 days of period at your place in cheque but yet I had not received any cheque or document regarding that application and after that I had also visited twice at Vodafone store. But they only answer me that you will receive cheque shortly. As per Customer Care I have made the full payment now I need my payment back so what I have to do? And how will I get my payment back?

I have already complaint personally to VODAFONE CARE but unfortunately I have not received any response from them.

I am writing this mail to you with a high expectations, I have set and I sure and very confident, this issue will be resolved at the earliest.

                Best regards,

I am a loyal customer of Vodafone using services since 2002. (in various locations like Delhi, Kolkata & Now Mumbai)

This is to bring to your notice that my personal details have been leaked from Vodafone. I have logged a complaint with the Vodafone Customer Care and my service registration number is [protected].

Vodafone Customer Care got back to me and asked for evidence / info which I could not provide because I do not have access to the report. You have closed the case due to lack of evidence. But I am 100% sure that one of the professional agency has accessed my last one year call details, with locations, sms details etc and sold it. I have seen it, though I do not have access to the same.

I have investigated and spoken to various agencies in Mumbai regarding the same to get an idea that how they access such confidential data. To my surprise, all of them have admitted that they get it from the service provider through some illegal source / arrangements. Such detective agencies provide call, location & sms details of last 1 year and they charge 20K to 5 Lacs depending on the details of such information.

We are your loyal customers but we do not have any privacy of information. Sharing such confidential info is absolutely illegal. I request you to check your systems. There must be some gaps in the system and the confidential customer data are getting leaked.

Hence I request you to do the needful investigation.
Vodafone Nodal Officer Mumbai is also unable to help. They are not even cooperating.

                        Hi All,

I have taken these 2 Sims from Suresh.

This is Ranganath & my number is *******999 & my other number is *******999 which is used by my parents, as I have took these 2 sims as a CUG plan but it has been charged for my number for the calls made to *********999.

So can you justify me with the detailed explanation of what would be the steps taken to the charges charged to the 25/09/2011 bill.

                        Thanks,
                        Ranganath

I had opted for a 3G plan on my I-phone o 23rd November 2011 and was told by Vodafone customer Care executive that I will be charged monthly rent on pro-rata basis, since the new plan starts between the billing cycle. However, Vodafone has charged me full monthly rental of 3G plan for the usage of 18 days. When I enquired about this overcharge, the customer care executive explained over phone that Vodafone has stopped to charge on pro-rata basis since 1st November and now complete monthly rental is being charged even if the new plan is activated in the last week of the billing month. The customer care executive also claims that the previous executive might have mentioned pro-rata basis charge by mistake.

I understand that the Consumer Complaints is an active department and would certainly help me to get some justification of these misleading information being spread by Vodafone through their customer care executives.

I have attached a copy of the last vodafone bill for your reference.

                              Thanks,
                              Anupam

I ported my CellOne mobile no. to Vodafone in February 2011. Before the porting was complete I had cleared all dues with CellOne.
In April 2011, Vodafone sent me a letter which mentioned that I have not payed the last bill of Rs.169 for CellOne and asked me to clear it to avoid disconnection. I had already payed the said bill on 6th February 2011,hence I email Vodafone stating the same and also attached the payment receipt along with the email and they confirmed over phone that the issue has been resolved.

In September 2011,I received another letter from Vodafone with the same content as above and I replied back immediately. After several phone calls and unnecessary harassment, the issue was resolved.

In October 2011, I received another fresh letter from Vodafone with the same content and threatening to disconnect the connection on non payment. The same episode followed and after several emails and phone calls, Vodafone confirmed over mail that there is no further outstanding.
My email on 26-Oct-2011 is pasted below:
                                  "Hi,

I would like to bring this to your notice that I have already made the payment of Rs.169.00 on 06 Feb 2011 and the Receipt No. is[protected] and Transaction ID is TXC[protected] .

In December 2011, I received the fourth letter dated 13.12.11 with the same content and threatening to disconnect the connection if the payment of Rs.169 is not cleared with CellOne 31.12.11.

I would like to appeal to the forum to give me justice and liaise with Vodafone to put an end to this unnecessary harassment.
I am attaching the last email by Vodafone on 26.10.11 confirming that there are no dues (I also contains the chain mail)..

Every alternate day I was calling to call centre to stop this and every time got assurety that this would not be repeated, some time over the call some time while un subscribing through SMS I tried every possible way to stop services.

At month end my phone bill generated with various charges related to download. Once again I started chasing Vodafone for clarity and the response was there is no such service pack active on account , you cant get the charges. I stopped the first payment but alerts keep on coming another one month though the telephony services got disconnected. Next bill come with cummulative charges for 2 months where in basic required telephone services was barred. I write many mails to nodal office and senior authority but no concrete response inspire letting me know that without my permission these services can't be activated so I need to pay anyhow for service which never required. Vodafone even refuse to check their system for cross check of discussion with customer care executives or the system to check the deactivation SMS I sent.

Request is to get this close since no more desirous of getting this level of service. I have start getting call from collection agencies where in Vodafone have no idea for the discussions or commitment given by DSA on their behalf.

                                    Regards, Raman [protected]

Vodafone — Poor System & Non Value Added Service

                                    Hi,
                                    i am rajesh([protected]).
The GPRS service provided by the vodofone don't have transparency. They on whole have a crap system in which for all of their loopholes in the system needs to be paid by the customers.
1.They are asking to maintain a min. balance of Rs.3 all time for GPRS activation.
2.There is no indication message on the amount of memory i have used........
3.The settings they are sending is also total crap...i don't understand why they are sending two
settings for internet access through pc and through phone
4.They took more time on activation of GPRS than they have promise....(10 Hrs).
what gprs has to got to do with my main balance...you stopped processing because of crap system
                                    you have.
5.No message indication of how much time required for activation after recharge...
also needs several calls to activate the settings.
6.Because of all these thing they siphoned the main balance of mine.
7.its10paise /10Kb it means for 5MB you charge Rs51.2 which is unacceptable...
These people who sit in a table under sophisticated air conditioned system, don't seems understand problems of the customer..i order to activate the GPRS i need to make 18 calls and 2 visit to customer care center.....this is what they call a value added service? do they really know the meaning of value added service?

why don't just change the system which is adequately user friendly?...just see the airtel and get details and provide at least what they provide...

I have been using airtel for past five years never went to customer care...i order to get marginally good GPRS service i need to go through all these things.once this 98 is over i am going to throw the sim.

Is there one genuine vodofone company person who can answer me .
I really don't know whether this will make any impact....they will just ignore .

well-done vodofone for your great service continue to embarrass the customers.

                                    Vodafone — VAS charges

I have been charged for VAS charges three times. No response on customer care helpline numbers. This service provider sucks.

In my bill cycle 07/10/2011 to 06/11/2011 i was been charged Internet charges of Rs. 1172/- + service tax on the same.
Also i was been charged Rs. 83.1/- on V2V mins plan which i already got deactivated 1-1/2 months back after complaining to Nodal office Gujarat, i got an email back saying we are ready to reverse Rs. 83.1/- charged by us, and not Rs. 1172/- + service tax as Internet was been used by me. I mysel[censored]ses my no. [protected] (Vodafone) i have never activated or used any Internet services before on my no. on 25th Oct i planned to take a data net plan and for that i visited 8-10 times to vodafone stores as Diwali holidays were coming. In the same period bill was shoot up by Rs. 1172/-+st saying you have used Internet. Same thing happened 3-4 months back with my brother no. [protected] (vodafone) he took a data plan and in the same month he was charged Rs. 1000/-+ after almost complaining for a month and so much of harassment he got it reversed as it was wrongly charged by the service provider. same thing happened to me now. I have paid my Nov bill but i am fighting for justice for almost 1 month now. I was to seriously register a complaint against vodafone so that any other customer does not bear this again and again.

Please look into matter as early as possible.

                                      Thanks for your cooperation.

                                        Respected sir,
I want to state that I have taken vodafone no. 2 months back. I have submitted the related documents for activation of the no. Even got it verified through various calls from vodafone customer care. After 2 months, vodafone messaged me that my no.Will be barred from incoming and outgoing if I dont submit the proof.
When I told them that I have already submitted the proofs, they told me that proofs have been lost from their side. So, it was not my mistake.
Then, they told me that no need of submitting the proofs, if they need they will call me again. I asked them specifically, whether I need to re-submit my documents, they say that there is no need of it.
But, what they have done, is not expected from the mobile provider who cares for their customers. On saturday morning- 10th dec, 2011, I got message from vodafone that both my incoming and outgoing has been barred and to continue my services I shall again submit my proofs within 24 hrs. On that same day, I submitted my proofs again at vodafone store. Then, I called them on monday-12th dec,2011 asking about restart of my number. They replied that it will start by wednesday and my request no. Is [protected].
On wednesday, I called they say that no. Would start by thursday, at 6 pm- 15th dec, 2011.
When I called them today, they say that due to mistake from their customer care executives, the request submitted is closed and now new request has to be sent and again 48 hrs will be taken for start of no. When I ask them, to transfer my call to their seniors, they say that they are going to transfer the call and then no. Is put on hold for unlimited time or they disconnect it.
I am losing my all contacts because of non- start of my no.
This is what vodafone is who says "happy to help". This is what their help is!!!!!!!!!
my rs.10 has also been deducted on account of gprs. Though, I attempted to use facebook on vodafone internet on monday morning-5th dec, my rs. 0.20 were deducted at the same moment. I got message regarding it, but I didnt get any message regarding rs.10 deduction, which I came to know only after using *111# service of last 3 deductions. But, due to network problem, internet DID not start. I used it for just 3-4 sec. Even, in my balance came 0 mb used. They dont even bother to inform the customers and deduct balance at their own will, so as customers cant know. I dont check my balance daily to just make certain that have they deduct my balance or not.
Now, after waiting for 1 week, I am forced to write here.
I want that strict action is taken against them so as in future they dont haraass anybody

                                        Dear sir
I am fed up with the vodafone new connection of 1 year validity. I have submitted the proof two times and it is two weeks my connection is not started and they are just telling excuses.

Where i should move tell me as my all money is spent in all moving here and there.

                                        Regards

                                        Hi
My brother - Nelson Paes, has a post pay connection with your [protected]. He wants to cancel this as he leaving the country for good. We had been to your vodaphone store on Saturday 3rd July however after waiting for 30 minute we had to leave however before leaving the store I spoke to the store manager Rajesh. His phone no is: [protected] who told me I could cancel my brother’s a/c by caring a letter of authorization from my brother along with the relevant documents of photo id. I’d been to the store yesterday and waited there for 45 minutes until my turn. The guy at the counter was taking his own time to handle all the customers. I paid the outstanding bill as well as the cancellation charges of RS 840/- but the boy at the counter wanted my photo id as well. I told him I would get this however wouldn’t want to wait all over again in the queue coz I had to travel back home. He told me to get a copy of my photo id and that after speaking with the relevant cancellation team the connection would be closed. I came with the Xerox copy but this boy wanted me to wait my turn which was not acceptable as I had already been in the queue for more than 45 minutes. I spoke to Rajesh over the phone(who was not at the store since 6:45) and told him about my issue. He said he had not seen me at the store and that I was lying when I said I was in the queue for over 45 minutes and that he couldn’t force the boy to do anything. The boy then had the gall of telling me that the number will not get disconnected and it will continue until I waited.

I called your call centre yesterday and spoke with Aazar and he told me not to worry the number [protected]will get disconnected.

From my side I’ve cleared the dues and submitted what was required and I’ll consider this connection as closed. If it isn’t then you may do what you please as my brother is not in the country and I won’t pay any further outstanding. And by the way I have 2 more connection with, I hope you wouldn’t want me to close those too.

I do like the vodaphone network better than the rest so please have this sorted.

                                        Regards
                                        Sophia
