I am connected with vodafone mobile service, abruptly I was unable to make calls, for the same I called vodafone customer care, they said that it would be due to incomplete document submission, for which, I was shocked, because, I double checked the documents, while submission, I submitted my passport, which is a proof of identity and the address as well, I made sure with the representative at the vodafone himayathnagar stores. As it was not solved over the phone, I have been to the vodafone stores, himayathnagar, personally, and they told that it is due to the signature mismatch, for which I was given a form again, and was told to fill in the details, I was given a time of 48 hours, I have been waiting for that time, but still it is not resolved, I have a balance of about 250/- prepaid on my sim, please see that my issue is resolved, and I can get back to the phone service normally.

I have already discussed this matter with various representatives from your esteemed organization...
The store directed me to the call center. The call center directed me to an e-mail id. After writing email, to which I have not received any satisfactory response, I have no choice but to disconnect. The acknowledgement received specified 3 numbers...

All those people you have staffed simply pointed me back to the Vodafone store claiming they have no details about my complaint.
Whenever I contact the any representative, he has no knowledge of the case, complaint and I have to explain everything. He has no details in the system and he simply directs me to someone else or asks me to wait for 2 days.
You want me to publicly quote my number here while you don't respond to open complaints in your system. My inconvenience is very painful and I will make sure that other consumers and potential customers do not have to undergo the same. I will make sure that I explain this to one such person for every single rupee you have over charged me.
