I am connected with vodafone mobile service, abruptly I was unable to make calls, for the same I called vodafone customer care, they said that it would be due to incomplete document submission, for which, I was shocked, because, I double checked the documents, while submission, I submitted my passport, which is a proof of identity and the address as well, I made sure with the representative at the vodafone himayathnagar stores. As it was not solved over the phone, I have been to the vodafone stores, himayathnagar, personally, and they told that it is due to the signature mismatch, for which I was given a form again, and was told to fill in the details, I was given a time of 48 hours, I have been waiting for that time, but still it is not resolved, I have a balance of about 250/- prepaid on my sim, please see that my issue is resolved, and I can get back to the phone service normally.

i have activated BIS 399 plan on my prepaid num [protected].
even then my main balance is deducting while i chat or use internet as 10paisa per KB .
please do something in this regard
i talked to Customer care executive also he asked me send msg to deactivate vodafone live (CAN VL to 144).. i did that too but that too not working ..
