Dear Sir/Madam,

My mobile number is [protected], and its very strange that some days back automatcally the 3G services has been activated on my mobile though I have not called anybody in Vodafone for 3G services, also even My number is local no. of Dehradun its showing as Roaming, so please deactivate the 3G services from my number [protected] and look into why its showing as roaming.

    my name is pankaj sharma i recharged my vodafone no.[protected] with 118rs,yesterday i received the call from vodafone side that you will get full talk time after recharge of 118 rs then i rechared my no. With 118 rs the recharg ammount gone in tarrif, this is second time happend .when i called customer care they were not giving sutisfactory answer i am very dissapointed from vodafone ,and customer care also very poor

      My husband Mr Chandramurali Iyer had been working with Vodafone since 2005. He expired in October, 2010. His PF settlement is yet to be received by me. He expired while working in Mumbai and prior to this was with them in Delhi. For the last 13 months have been continously following with Vodafone, Mumbai and filled in two sets of forms as apparently one set was lost in the PF office. I request someone in the Mumbai/Delhi PF office to look into this urgently and help me get my payment. I am based out of Gurgaon.

        I bought 1 number from Vodafone some 4 years back, used it for 4 years, then i didnt used it for some 11-12 months, & the connection got disconnected..well upto that level it was OK , but now it is assigned to some another customer without any notice, which can even misuse my bank ID's & password for my email ID's. i dont understand if the number is registered at my name, how can Vodafone re-assign my private number to someone else, need to take some serious action as soon as possible... please help cont: himani.k.[protected]@gamil.com

          Sir,

          There is a Vodafone cell tower on the top of our building. This tower is being constructed in illegal manner. The direction of this tower is changed and its directly facing my bedroom window. This tower is mere 10 feet away from bedroom window and its impacting my family's health. I have given letter to my society member however they haven't taken any action yet. I want your support from you to have this tower removed. This request is based on two folds

          Guidelines breach - As per SACFA and GHMC guidelines, one of the requirements is cellular towers have to maintain distance of 100 metres in radius (approx 32 foot) from surrounding residential building, schools and hospital. This particular guideline is also not followed. This cellular tower is mere 10 feet away from bedroom window.

          Health Hazards - This cellular tower emits Electro- magnetic radiations which could lead to health hazards like insomnia, sleep disorder, impotency and cervical cancer (for woman). These radiations are even more harmful for children, age old people and pregnant woman. There is no such report published by any health organization which says that these radiations are not harmful. All the organizations research reports states that impact totally depends upon SAR (specific absorption rate) levels of these radiations and distance from the tower. As local people we can’t measure the SAR levels of these waves.

          Hence I request you to help me to support the cause for my family's health.

          Vodafone — ILLEGAL TOWER

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          This is here by to bring ito your kind notice that there is a powerful mobile tower emitting radiations in all its surrounding residencial area of kamla nagar surrounded by shakti nagar opposite to it
          the whole area is covered with family with members ranging from 6 people to 25 people in each home including new-born babies & kinds of different ages .
          This tower is located on the very shakti nagar chowk over EXCLUSIVE VODAFONE SHOWROOM
          NEXT TO JAIN CORNER SHOP ( A FAMOUS PASTRY SHOP IN KAMLA NAGAR )

          This tower emitts radiations which is effecting the health surrounding of the area by causing problems to NEW BORN ,KIDS & GROWN UP CHILDRENS , ALSO YOUNG PARENTS , OLD FAMILY MEMBERS & TO BE MOTHERS ARE ALL A PART OF THIS TROUBLE WHICH CAN BE DISASTER

          Sir/Madam i would want you to kindly look into this matter & urge you to take it a bit seriously as its effecting the whole residential area of KAMLA NAGAR / SHAKTI NAGAR .

          Vodafone — illegal tower

          sir,
          There is a tower installed in the residential area of derawal nagar. We live in the neighbourhood so we are afraid of the hazardous consequences of the radiations of the tower. Moreover a hospital is also nearby.Kindly take action against the tower installed in the A-block of derawaln nagar, delhi-110009, behind the vinayak haspital. at A-241, derawal nagar.
          I, as the representative of many residents living nearby want you to look into the matter and take action.
          It is also very harmful for our children.

            I was issued a bill amounting to Rs 1,00,619.73 /- (Sep 2011) for my postpaid Vodafone connection which exceeded my credit limit of Rs 9100 by significant amount. Moreover, rather than issuing any further clarification, my service was disconnected which is of great inconvenience since it’s the only business contact number known to my clients and colleagues and hence I am at complete communication breakdown. When I asked for an itemized bill, I was handed over a 40 page document listing out the data usage amounting to Rs 92,000 /- which i believe was stupid and inexplicable

            I sent this complaint via an email to the customer care and didn't get any response untill i escalated it to the Nodal officer. Couple of weeks later I got a call from the vodafone agent who clarified that i was charged incorrectly and they did some adjustment and deducted around 88,000 from my bill. But, no justification was offered as to what was the reason for incorrect billing and on what ground was the specific amount dedcuted. I emailed the Appalette authority and got a call from certain Mr. Vijay Kank who was supposedly a higher escalation authority who told me that he won't ask for a single penny but I was again slapped a bill of 12k (including the previous balance after deducting 88k). I called Mr.Vijay again but he didn't rally bothered to respond

            My problem here is that Vodafone offered no reasoning behind the discontinuation of my service for more than 30 days which put me at a significant loss and now rather than offering any sort of explanation or compensating for it, they have rather turned ignorant

            I am also in the process of filing a complaint with the consumer court as I write but I felt its important to use this forum make people aware of such happenings and be precautious about using their services

            Moreover, I haven't been offered a unique complaint number till date and this communication is going on for about a month now

              I had activated 2gb free internet plan for 95 rs on my mobile no:[protected] as shown on vodafone website on[protected]. But after activating the same i got a text from vodafone service saying "your data pack is active now, valid up to 21.12.2011 23:59:59 and balance :1024.00 mb free.". As per vodafone text to my mobile the plan only gives me 1gb free internet access but vodafone website says that it gives 2gb free internet access for rs95. This is pure infregment/ breach. And afterwards same day[protected] i had contacted their customer care office by 2.22pm, the customer care executive told me that was an old plan now the plan have been updated to 1gb for rs 95. If so, while they update the plans the same have to be updated on their website, they have not done that. Lacks of customers enter vodafone website for looking the tariffs like i did , these pepole will be infringed. This is pure infringement. As webpage cannot be attached to this i am attaching a screen shot of their tariff which they havnt updated on their website and claimed that the offer is changed. I have saved the original webpage, i can produce that as proof at any time as requested. So i kindly request to take appropriate action on them.

                i tried to recharge my mobile [protected] today with talktime of 125 www.rechargeitnow.com. however my balance is still zero.......................how come this happen it again .

                again i tried with rs 76.. but failed to get talktime.... both times money deducted from my debit account.i tried to recharge with rs 150 on 20th november.....money deducted but talktime not got......................something is seriosly wrong with vodafone service...........

                really something is really serious with vodafone!!!
                its our waste of time, first make a recharge n then after wait for 5 days n not done then run behind bank n vodafone, ,

                  I was sent request for mnp (port out) to 1900 from my vodafone m-[protected] on 11/11/11 at 2.10pm and i got upc no. vm562177 and same was submitted to uninor, same day same time, and they (uninor) say it will take max 7 days to port from vodafone. till today 21/11/11, 06.51pm after 10 days vodafone had not taken any action or giving any proper time to port out.
                  It is shameless.

                  Vodafone — delay in mobile number portability

                  I have applied for portability (from vodafone to airtel) on very first day i.e. 20.01.2011. I got the code number and submitted all papers to Airtel Network. After that I got message from voda fone for 96 hours time limit. in the airtel network also informed me orally it may take time for 7 days and told that they received the application on 28.01.2001 only. . In airtel outlet they told it is the problem with vodafone. But in vodafone, they told on 11.2.201, all are cleared and it will take one hour. But still there is no change in my network. Now i am asking, in which network i am complaining? how can I know what is the problem?

                    Hello Team,

                    I am Animesh Saxena i am a Prepaid user of Vodafone from last 4 years and my mobile number is [protected]. I Recharged my mobile on 1st november with 98, so that i can use the 2 GB free internet on my mobile and this is valid on my number till november 30 as per the rule of the company.

                    Suddenly on 16 november while i was using the internet from my mobile i got zero balance onmy mobile and i found that approx 120 rs was deducted from my mobile for which i have not used it, when i called customer care of vodafone they told me that this balance was deducted as i was suing the Internet and they deducted the amount as the internet usage charge, then i reminded them that i have activated GPRS plan of 98 rs validated on my number till nov 30, and also i have used only 1.1 GB till today. The Executive told me that he will check and let me know in a minute, he told me by mistake the plan was deactivated he file a request for again activate the package again for refund and the request number is [protected] and also told that this will be completed by 18-Nov-11 6:00 PM.

                    Till Nov nothing happened and also right from 18 Nov i am not able to call customer care from my mobile. I dial customer care from my another vodafone mobile and the executive Rajesh answered me that the request is not yet completed and he dont know when it is completed and disconnected the call, When i called call the executive Naveen Kumar answered the call i told him to transfer the call to supervisior he told me he cant and then i told him that i want to talk to supervisior he told me that he wont and told me get lost.

                    Please look into this else i will stop using my two numbers with a day or two.

                            My gprs pack validity till 16/11/2011 but during 16 morning when i was
                            Used it my balance is deducted by 42 rs and at that time my gprs
                            Balance was 1500 mb.

                            During 15 nov it was 18 rs deducted without any reason

                            Please give me details of it and credited my balance for same and
                            Carry forward my gprs balance

                              Further to you're email date "Tuesday, November 15, 2011 5:55 PM" as mentioned below in the email that the request has been forwarded to the concerned department and the same will be processed in 2 working days & We assure you that you will receive a confirmation call for your above mentioned Vodafone mobile number.

                              - I would like to mention here that Vodafone has again failed to do so. I haven't received the confirmation call during these 2 working days as committed to me nor my issues are resolved yet.

                              We wish to inform you that we would be unable to reverse the Monthly rentals for your above mentioned Vodafone mobile number since they are correctly charged.

                              - Can you justify the above statement as to with respect to the plan and the usage comparing the usage with respect to mins in last 6 months (roughly around April 11 onwards till date i would suggest since when I am regularly facing issues with the network in the said location which is experienced for last 9 years)

                              I received a call from some person (Could not understand his name due to voice breaking and no clear network I guess its the same person sending me this email) stating that the reversal is not possible since the maintenance work is going on.

                              Some doubts here:

                              Why Should i pay for network charges when I dont have network where I stay as well as where I work?
                              When Vodafone is saying I have usage can Vodafone also do a survey for what is the Plan and also compare the usage to the for last nine years since the complaint is logged with the recent 5 months usage. (Its has gone down due to network issues drastically which also should be a part of the process before deactivation of my services)
                              Since 9 years I have been listening to Vodafone that there is a Maintenance work going on some times there is a Network tower planning going on but till date there is no network where i Stay as well as where i work.
                              Why Vodafone not sent an engg to my residence yet since nine years to check the network issue which was committed on each call which was logged.
                              Why would vodafone ask a customer to do a survey for the entire area for network issue and provide the nos facing issues? If yes let vodafone pay for the time and money needed for it and I am happy to do it for vodafone.
                              What happens if after 2 working days the network issues remain same? Will Vodafone reverse the network charges?
                              Please note here in the calls made to me Vodafone executives have accepted that there is a network issue and have done multiple calls to speak to me on the same day please refer to the call logs from the dialer system as well as the voice call recordings.

                              Please note that I have always vouched to pay the usage charges what ever mins. I have used when i was in network area and asked for the reversal of the rentals as rentals are for the maintenance and the network which in my case is not happening since nine years.

                              Kindly give me in writing with an justifying reasons why there is no network for last nine years and till date and why should one who is suffering should not ask for reversal of the network charges.

                              Also please note that sending emails at the office closing time is not a professional attitude do send the emails in due time so that appropriate replies are read on time so that the time delaying tactics are used less to resolve the issues much faster.

                              I have been a Vodafone customer ever since the time it was ORANGE. Post the takeover Hutch by Vodafone their services have just fallen downhill. Their ' Happy to Help' seems to be the biggest farce. Only when you are a new customer do they give you little importance. Once you are a few years old they treat you like unnecessary baggage.

                              My plight worsened on Thursday evening 23 July. The network started creating trouble.It was impossible to make a call without numerous attempts at it. When the call did get connected it was not possible for either parties to hear anything, or I could hear my own echo...or worse, i could speak for as few as 5 secs...all this while me wasting my TIME, MONEY and ENERGY.

                              Tolerating this inconvinience for 1 day, I lodged a complaint with 'Vodafone CUSTOMER CARE' on Saturday 25 july (with a lot of trouble, the phone getting cut as usual, mind you) only to hear that there was some Network "ISSUE" which would be rectified by Saturday evening LATEST in their sweet "can i assist you with anything else " tone.

                              The problem continued till Tuesday through Sunday and Monday. I called Customer Care on Sunday they registered a fresh complaint and gave the same evading answers.Not only me but four other family members and several others in this area have been suffering from the same problem.

                              I visited the Vodagone Santacruz gallery on the morning of 28 july and was told that they were not connected with the problem and the branch manager does not arrive till 12.30pm (shop opens at 8.30 am; I reached at 10.30am) My phone no. was taken by the Customer Care Executive Mr. Pravin. But what do you expect, I never received any call!!!

                              My patience was put to the test today once again, when I spoke the Customer care Network section Ms. Mona, who took down yet another fresh complaint and said that an engineer would come to my area to assess the situation within 7 Working Days.

                              I am a doctor by profession and my patients are being put to a lot of inconvinience and me through a lot of mental agony. The least they can do is rectify the problem at the earliest and waive our bill for this period and compensate for the mental agony we all have gone through.

                                I am writing to you and that is my last hope.
                                That I approached Vodafone company through Mr. Rakesh Shalla (Sales Head Vodafone IK)
                                for seeking “Activation Agency” for Kashmir region and he in turn introduced my client to Mr. Ram Mudakavi for

                                further deliberations. Thereafter Ram Mudakavi proposed me to open "Vodafone Outbound Call

                                I accepted the proposal floated by Ram Mudakavi and in order to start the call

                                centre, managed a place at ”Rajbagh Srinagar”.

                                That after managing office at Rajbagh Srinagar, one of the officials of Vodafone Company viz; "Mr.
                                Basharat” from Srinagar office visited the site and forwarded the photographs of the premises
                                managed by me for setting up of call Centre. It is worthwhile to mention here that I

                                paid an amount of Rs 20,000/ as advance to the landlord as booking amount.

                                That after a couple of days I received an email from Ram Mudakavi whereby his expressed his
                                inability for setting up of call centre at Srinagar and instead proposed me to make
                                arrangements for Call centre at ]ammu.
                                That pursuant to the email mentioned above I rushed to ]ammu and after lot of hard work
                                managed the requisite space for the establishment of call centre at Greater Káilash Jammu and here again I paid some amount in Advance to the new land lord

                                That it was on April, 2011, Ram Mudakavi along with Mr. Manav Thakkar visited the site and approved the

                                same and again an email was sent to me where in the proposed site was accepted and I was asked to make office ready within some prescribed time i.e. week of May.


                                That after the approval of the site at GK Iammu a meeting was arranged by you between me

                                and Mr. S Sreekumar (Law & Commercial Department) of Vodafone company and a proposal to start

                                with 35 seats at the rate of Rs 6750/ per seat was finalized, the copy of the agreement to this effect

                                was forwarded through email to my client.

                                That as per the communication between Ram Mudakavi and me, I was to make the call center functional w.e.f 15th May

                                That I completed all the formalities within the prescribed time limit and the call centre was

                                established, It is pertinent to mention here that apart from establishing the office at Jammu I invested a huge amount for the purchase of computers, mobiles and other necessary equipments and activities in order to ensure the call centre is established Well in advance before the stipulated time.

                                That Ram Mudakavi had assured me verbally as well as through email that the agreement would be entered into post the activation of call centre

                                That I completed all the formalities and the office (call center) was established but unfortunately in the first week of may Ram Mudakavi met my Client at Jammu and showed some reservations about the setting up of call centre at Jarnmu because of the reasons unknown to me which resulted in tremendous loss to my current business and frustration as well not only materially and financially but also mentally.

                                That my client approached Ram Mudakavi many a times for the redressal of my grievances but on one pretext or the other Ram Mudakavi avoided me and prolonged the issue by simply saying that my grievances would be addressed soon.

                                That Ram Mudakav's irresponsible behavior has put me to a great loss both mentally and monetary and wasted my 4 months for none of the faults of mine.

                                Now I have also send one legal notice to the Vodafone Company but they seem to be very lenient in redressing my issue. Copy attached

                                Now I request you to please look into the matter personally.

                                I have taken 3 corporate numbers from your vodafone executive. For two numbers([protected], [protected]) i have auto activated home ISD service. But for my number [protected] facility of HOME ISD is not available.

                                I am tired of calling your customer care. I called them almost 50 times but till date this service is not activated for me. Request you to activate the service on urgent basis or i have to go legal for such a small issue.

                                I need Home ISD service on my number [protected].

                                  i have been using a vodafone sim card for the past 3 years but i have not been able to check balance on dialling *!41# and also not able to check internet balance by dialling *131*98# and when i call the customer care number when the operator picks up he/she immediately cuts the call and doesn,t respond only once by chance i have been able to contact them they said they have taken the ccomplaint but no response till now

                                    whenever i insert my vodafone sim into the handset there is a flash message "error:0*5" on the screen after every 30 seconds or so....
